Went to this store just now to look at Costas. They were extremely unhelpful with looking. Store manager and assistant manager were the ones nearby.

I placed an order last week and expected my package to get here 2 days after for a birthday gift. I haven’t received my items for over a week and it told me it was coming today. It did not it has been all over the us and I am very disappointed

With the experience that I had here, I will NOT be coming back. Me and my boyfriend went to this store to look for some shoes for a Christmas gift for my dad when we over heard two employee assuming that my boyfriend was going to shoplift just because he was wearing a face mask. These same two employees proceeded to follow us around the store while passing a ball back and forth and rough housing. At one point, the ball almost hit me. We still bought the shoes, however, will not be back.

Good location; only missing watches. I'll certainly pop into any Palmetto moon though to check out. If only the Vineyard Vines items ever went on sale...

They were very helpful ! Especially Freddy! I don’t recall getting the other girls name that helped me but she was great getting me the last bottle that they had in the color I wanted !

Great Job by Ms. Megan Cox - she is super quick, knowledgeable and bright kid/young most sharp person....Ability to understand anything ...first i was asking where was the place to go ...she is quick, then i was asking about what to get for Matt in Chilli's who is a great, outstanding manager, true genuine fan of Clemson -so i have to ask and i am not sure of the size- she is quick to help out.

SAme goes about the Corporate office in close to Hanahan Road - Mrs. Emily - extension 100 in North Charleston office- very quick and understanding...Both are young kids who make a remarkable accomplishment for the Organization.... Mrs. Emily is thoroughly honest, ethical, girl of integrity ...i say girl -she is too young - both of them are really young in their age....talented people.....she speaks her mind directly - happily married Mrs.Emily.

I really wish there was a zero Stars available for this. I purchased a t-shirt online and it did not fit went to return to a palmetto store was told could not return to this store because they do not carry said brand pretty sure I purchased it from your online store worst customer service ever avoid avoid avoid avoid happy to take money but will not give it back

Not handicapped friendly-not enough space between the displays. Also, my walker bumped some merchandise and not one of the workers standing around offered to help me pick the items up.

I went to Palmetto Moon to get some rayon f face masks because it is very hard for me to breathe through cotton masks and the paper mask sometimes are very linty. Palmetto Moon carries a lot choices for people who would like different designs on their masks.

Took my bestie in . She was down visiting and wanted to get somrthing for her two teenagers. Richie was great and helped us with sizes and told her about the sale.

Great store if you are looking for Southern or South Carolina based merchandise. Clemson fan, Carolina fan they have your gear. They also have really nice leather flip-flops.

A nice stop for some souvenirs...t shirt prices were decent . The associates we're attentive and readily answered questions. The items were stocked and arranged neatly.

This is a nice store with helpful associates. They carry a wide selection of clothing and clothing accessories including college fan wear. Their prices are reasonable especially if they are running sales or their special deals.

The 2 for $20 shirts are very cheap quality. Had a hole in it. Returned it and got another one to replace it, and still had a hole in it. Save your money and go elsewhere!!
