We used Uber Eats for an order of dognuts and they are absolutely terrible and not even the order we put in but had our name on it. Not even a working phone number to call to get it straightened out. Will never eat here again.

The freshest doughnuts I've had in years!
First of all, my compliments to the young man that waited on me at the counter Wed morning, he was very friendly, energetic and had great pride in this store's doughnuts. I picked up a couple dozen for my coworkers, they all loved them.
However, I had to call in to work to let them know I would be late, as this location doesn't open until 6pm, I hope they work on this.

Super disappointed by this Dunkin’ Donuts today. I normally order a toasted croissant and add a slice of American cheese at my usual Dunkin and it’s always around $3. Today when I came to this Dunkin the drive thru worker (not rude at all) informed me that her manager today her she had to ring it up as an egg and cheese croissant. When I asked what the price would be, it came to like $4.30. This is a complete rip off. You are charging me for something, I’m not eating (eggs). Why give the option to order a croissant and a side of cheese but then tell the customer too bad we are going to charge you more money? Terrible way to run business.

We went to this location to get our daughter munchkins for a dance competition breakfast tradition and coffee for ourselves and after no one would come to the door at 7:10 with 4 people waiting outside we tried the drive thru and they told us they didn’t have glazed munchkins… After ordering we just sat at the window for another 5 minutes waiting on them to take payment. I was in here on Friday with a friend and we were getting our coffee before school. When she got her drink it was a lot darker than normal and she knew it wasn't going to be to her liking because it was going to taste to strong, so she asked them as nicely as she could to please add a little oat milk, the girl handed her food to her and walked to the girl who was adding oatmilk to her coffee and said someone's going to get me fired today, she didn't even try it. And then continued on loudly talking about her while we were standing right there as if we couldn't hear! Not that this dunking donuts location cares because I mean well just look at the reviews but, this was just absolutely ridiculous and rude and extremely poor customer service!!!

Chose another location. Ordered online and then waited 20 minutes in the store for them to tell me no box for coffee and also didn’t have the donuts I ordered. Dirty store. Cups thrown everywhere. Employees drinks by their food stations.

Not sure why this location hasn’t closed down yet. In store pickup through the app shouldn’t be an option if when I arrive, the doors are locked and I’m told to wait in a drive through line of 10 cars. I never have this issue at other locations

Very slow service.
Set in line without getting service, received my food, then set at window waiting on my coffee that was setting on counter while serve walked off to do something else for a few minutes then returned and handed my coffee out like it wasn't there.

First time there stood at the register got look at a few times but was never ask how can I help you? The lady with the huge eyelashes was right there, nearly in my face but not a word, just a look. I even asked if they were still serving breakfast.. still not a word. It's OK, tho this Dunkin isn't the type of establishment we will be patronizing or recommending to anyone in the near future because we never even got to taste or smell any of their products. WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO JUST WALK OUT!😞

Understaffed, okay, I get it. However, there’s ZERO excuse for not greeting people that walk into your business…especially when you’d rather have personal conversations and NOT make food or drinks. Food wasn’t heated up properly, bacon almost appeared raw. Ordered a wrap with bacon, egg, cheese but there was no egg in it. Not happy but no point asking for food to be remade when they obviously don’t care much. Good luck yall!

Absolutely terrible. I mobile ordered my drink at 7:35am and it’s 8:16am and I just received my order. After waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes with no movement, I decided to go inside to see if I would have better luck. That was wishful thinking…. When I got inside, there were 4 “employees” moving incredibly slow and had terrible attitudes. No one had gloves on when handling food and drinks and it was just disgusting. The drink wasn’t made properly and after being 20 minutes late to my job, the Dunkin Donuts chain has just completely lost my business.

Consistently slow. We were in town for 5 days. Tried going here twice and each time there were problems. First, we showed up at 7:15 and the dining room was closed even though it was supposed to be open. The drive through was 12 cars long and we decided to go elsewhere. The next time, we showed up at 8:00, dining room was open and there were 16 people just aimlessly waiting to place orders at their single kiosk. The two workers had no sense of urgency, so we left to another coffee shop again.

I visit this store about 3 times a week because I love Dunkin. But after today that will no.longer be the case. I ordered a iced coffee on the mobile app. When I arrived it was not ready. I stood in the store for almost 10 minutes before an employee asked was I waiting on a mobile order. Meanwhile the employees and manger just stood around chatting like everything was ok. So this morning I was late for work. Have never had such horrible service.

Sadly, this location is suffering from a severe lack of staffing. On more than one occasion, I have had to leave without my advance order due to wait times. They are drive through only more times than not in the early morning. I order regularly for DD locations for my business. Today, I wanted to treat my daughter to a treat before school. We had to leave without food and a sad seven year old. I've called customer service to get a refund for the order. I hope that the location finds people that want to work very soon. We are not the only customer that left today. I know it's a tough situation. My first suggestion would be to turn off mobile ordering when the location is understaffed and overwhelmed. Best of luck!

Sat in the drive thru at 8am for 35 minutes with only 5 cars ahead of me, making me late. After I finally put in my order at the speaker I sat there for an additional 5 minutes without moving so I had to cancel my order thru the speaker and try to squeeze out of my spot, go to work late with no breakfast or coffee. He said there only 1 employee in the store and he’s slammed 😕 Why is there not a manager or the owners there to help him?

Hands down the nastiest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. 9am and not a single table was set. All the chairs were still up to keep customers from sitting. The straw/napkin area looked like it hadn’t been wiped down all morning. Employees were standing around eating so it’s not like they were understaffed or too busy. Floors were dirty. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, and the sprinkle on top was the smashed roach on the floor. If I hadn’t already ordered and paid for my drink, I would have just left.

We’re from out-of town. Placed a mobile order at this location and upon pulling up the woman working the board was friendly and our food was ready for us. The gentleman working the pink-up window was very friendly and sweet to our daughter in the backseat, the food and drinks were excellent and fresh, overall a perfect quick breakfast. Our family loved our Dunkie experience today and we recommend this location!

I don’t know why this location gets such a bad rep. Y’all forgot they were understaffed for some time, still are I believe. I have NEVER had a bad experience with this location. EVERYONE has always been very nice. Our order was only messed up twice but they happily fixed it. Thank you to the staff at this location. You guys are amazing. Keep up the great work!

I’m a Dunkin Fan but this store is always lacking! Lacking in donuts early in the morning, wrong drink orders, nasty drinks that taste like water. Last Friday I had to use the restroom and check this out. A filthy restroom at 8:04am on a Friday! Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in days not meeting their own standards on the mirror. Zoom in on that toilet.
This store has steadily gone done over the last 3-5 years. Get it together DD! Biggby Coffee is my new go to.

Worst experience at a Dunkin. Bathroom was gross. Took over 15 min for 2 coffee with no line inside or at drive thru. No cashier, so forced to order by kiosk. Coffees were wrong and tasted horrible. Dining area dirty as well as pick up counter. I do not recommend this location, go to the competition in the area because you will waste time, money, and peace of mind going to this one.

The customer service here was the worst we’ve seen. Two people in our party ordered sausage biscuits, and after 20 minutes waiting for our food, we asked about them only to find out there was no sausage or biscuits. After several conversations, the worker was very rude to us and yelled across the counter. She implied it was our fault that we hadn’t gotten our food and that we had done something wrong. I’ve worked in customer service and know it’s easy to get frustrated, but there is no excuse for being this rude to costumers. I talked in a calm voice the entire time. There was no reason for her negative attitude. She complained that she had us talking to her and the headset in her ears. We have no control over that. Compassionate training and niceties need to be taught at this store. I would leave no stars, but there’s option for that.

Waited forty minutes for a mobile order and didn't even receive the entire order. No strawberry donuts were available. Also had to leave because it caused me to be late to work had to abandon half of the order. Terrible customer service. Cashier said that she threw the ticket away because she thought it was made. Management did nothing to try to correct this awful service.

Ordered ahead using the mobile app. Arrived and nothing was started. No big deal. Was asked my order and replied for 3 dozen. Reaction was one with attitude and sloping off to get the first box started.
Appreciate it was early in the day but a little get up and go is always welcome. Half way through putting the box together they walk off to take a break and left another server to put the order together. Apologized for the wait and got the boxes put together double time.
Not the first time I've experienced this as this location unfortunately.

I am very intentional about being polite when I order. I always say "please" and "thank you." I am also very forgiving when it comes to service. But my experience has been so bad at this Dunkin that I feel I need to warn other people about it. Today I ordered a medium hot latte (plain) and a bacon egg & cheese sandwich on a plain bagel. The lady taking orders was very rude, rushing me and sharply responding to me as if I had ruined her day by being there. At the window she repeated my order to me incorrectly and I politely corrected her, to which I received a nasty look. Even after reminding her of what I ordered, my drink was still entirely wrong. She gave me an iced coffee with caramel. Unfortunately I was running late and did not have time to wait for a new coffee, so I figured I'd try to at least enjoy the sandwich. 5 minutes later I opened the bag and found a croissant (not a bagel) with just bacon and cheese in it. No egg at all. The lady at the window did not give me a receipt. Since I was still running late I had to keep driving, so I decided to call the store. "Sorry about that" was the best I could get.
If you are counting on getting something to start your day off right, do not hedge your bets on this place. Also, the drive thru menu is completely destroyed and useless.

This must be the worst Dunkin Donuts in the United States. I’ve had curdled cream in my coffee. I waited ten minutes behind someone in line (outside drivers only; front door locked) just for them to tell me there were no bagels. The back menu sign is falling apart. I could go on and on. Steer clear of this location until it has a complete make over. The location on Hwy 78 near Trident Hospital is 100% better.

The lady who was working there named dawn was the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. I was given the wrong drink and had to go inside to get my actual drink and when I took a sip it was very disgusting and I PULLED HER HAIR OUT OF MY MOUTH! Her hair was in my drink. I was so disgusted I lost my appetite. I was also given the wrong breakfast sandwhich. So now to talk about the employee. When I pulled up she asked if we wanted to try some drink I assume she has to ask everyone and we said no and then 2 seconds later she asked “are you going to order?” With an attitude and then we were ordering and she said she could not hear us very rudely. Then when I got up to the window I had a coupon for a drink and she scanned it and looked at me and I asked how much it was and she said very Rudely that she doesn’t know and won’t know until I pay. I was paying in cash and didn’t even know how much to give her. While she was speaking to us with an attitude she said into the headset to the people ordering “I’m not talking to you” I was just appalled and have never witnessed anything like it. This paragraph can’t even represent how rude dawn was. I really would like a refund but wasn’t given a receipt of course. Worst Dunkin experience ever!

Order is hardly ever ready when placed 10 minutes in advanced and they just cannot make ice coffee to save their lives. No matter if I add extra sugar or creamer the coffee still comes out bitter and different everytime.

Went through drive through, one of the fastest ones I’ve gone through, however the signs for the drink menu are entirely missing and have been for weeks! Attitude for the workers are horrid. I can understand it’s early in the morning but every day?

Only people in the drive-thru and we waited 25 minutes for our two drinks, hash browns, and two donuts. Employees were not friendly and clearly did not want to be there. The person who took our order sounded like she had been out all night long and was forced to come into work against her will. The guy handing us the order was screaming across the building from the drive-thru for one of the drinks. One part of our order we had to ask for because we never received it. When we finally left, we realized we didn’t have straws. Good luck if you brave this Dunkin.

This place absolutely disgusts me. The touch to order screen was caked with visible gunk, and when I asked the barley conscious employee for a wipe, it froze the screen so I couldn’t order!!!! There’s literally no human to take orders, Dunkin’ you just lost a customer forever. I’ll be heading to Starbucks. Your employees are so sad and stupid it makes me scared for humanity. This is why I can’t go in public. Everyone is getting dumber by the day!!!

Love this place when they are open & when they have what you want. You can see that they are clearly struggling with staffing their business. They may not even be open when they are supposed to be. So, call first if your coming from afar.

Worst service ever, staff was incompetent couldn’t get orders correct and had a bad attitude. Young man with glasses was in back and not waiting on people who were in line, they walked out. The woman working was more interested in visiting with a friend outside then filling orders for the ever growing line outside and the few that stuck around inside and all the tables were dirty.

SLOWWWWWW. This has got to be one of the slowest Dunkin' donuts on the East Coast. And when I say slow, I mean they are physically moving in slow motion. When I walked in there was 2 other customers waiting on their orders. No one in the drive-through. So I wait and wait and wait.... I'm thinking one of these other customers must have a large order, and then I realized what's going on. The workers are moving so slow I almost started to laughing. The best way to describe it is, the sloth at the dmv in the movie "Zootopia". The girl at the front counter disappears , she's gone for a good 3 minutes, then comes back with a small coffee for the guy that was waiting. Then she takes about another 2 minutes to grab the single donut that he was waiting on to complete his order. I finally get up to the front counter. The lack of enthusiasm, and level of lethargic energy from the cashier was mind blowing. I thought "Is there a carbon monoxide leak in this building??" Either that or they're moving this slow on purpose as a joke. It took 10 minutes (from when I walked in- to leave) to get my order (A coffee and 2 donuts). I wasn't in a rush so I'm not really upset about it but it would definitely be a problem for someone trying to be in-and-out .Food/coffee was mediocre, but I can't blame that necessarily on them. Service was terrible.
If you want a good laugh just stop by and observe, it will blow your mind.

Customer service is pathetic. The person at the drive thru literally did not speak while we were at the window. It took 5 minutes for them to put 2 donuts in a bag and our change was incorrect. Donuts were upside down and after pointing out the change issue, we were still short changed.

Rarely has food in stock ordered bacon and cheddar omlet bites and was given vegetable and told it was because they were out of the one I ordered. Didn't even give the option for a refund or change my order before I payed.

Drinks were wrong and terrible. Waited 20 minutes for donuts, finally went back up to the counter and asked how much longer and she rolled her eyes and said I don't know, I'm not the one who gets them...they were literally right behind her at the register that she was just stand at, doing absolutely nothing. She took my receipt and walked in the back asking what to do about it. She finally returned with another employee and asked her to get the donuts while she stood there and watched. Will not return.

We ordered 2 doughnuts and 1 coffee. The coffee didn't take long. However. the doughnuts took almost 30 minutes. I waited at first because I thought they had to be made. But when I asked, they took them from the pre-made rack. Should not have taken that long.

Stopped in today for a quick trip, 30 minutes later we finally got our food. The cashier seemed like she hated her job and was constantly on her cell phone. There was on guy working I believe his name started with a D and he was trying to do everyones job.

This is the WORST Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I’m from Boston and know what the food is supposed to taste like. The workers were rude and unprofessional! I asked for three bacon, egg and cheese croissants toasted and got it back not toasted and cold! My coffee was cold too. Asked for them to fix my order and it still came back the same. My kids couldn’t even eat their food. I wish I would’ve gotten my money back. This place is 0/10 the worst!!!!

We stopped coming to this location because of the excessive wait times, sometimes 20+ minutes. We understand there are specific busy times of the day, but in addition to the wait times, there is a 50/50 chance our drinks are incorrect when we finally get them!

the frosted donuts were cake donuts with barely any frosting and no glaze underneath they tasted so bad. and the coffee was really bad. we asked for a certain donut and they gave us a plain cake donut. we asked for what we ordered and they just put it in a box and didn’t replace it with what we ordered

The staff here is clueless as to how to take an order.
Took my order wrong, gave me something completely different twice and complained for having to fix it. Not to say I paid for the wrong stoff which cost more than what i ordered but they didn't know it needed to be adjusted.. I just left.
Place looks run down and tables are clustered up and dirty.

Incredibly slow service, the drive-thru had two cars ahead of me and it took almost 15 minutes to get through. The only reason I waited was because it was closer than driving to the other location.
I will never be back to this location.

This is the worst Dunkin around. Doors still locked from the public after 2 years from Covid. Drive through is awful to deal with. Plenty of help, only they are not working. My husband went to get us donuts just after 7 am and what he eventually came home with was 6 very stale donuts. The one bite I took tasted like they had been made on Thursday and today is Saturday. It’s just an awful business. I recommend going to the one in west Ashly or just go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money! No idea who’s running this shop but they should be replaced immediately!

Ordered Uber eats from here 4/16 around 10am. I ordered two bagels with cream cheese, a sausage egg & cheese muffin and a hot caramel macchiato. The order came sealed up and upon opening it - nothing was correct. The drink was wrong, the sandwich was cold and both bagels were missing. I’ve tried calling the store 5 times and it just rings and no one picks up. Terrible service.

I had door dash delivery order yesterday! Asked for a couple of chocolate croissants, munchkins, and a latte! Driver calls and says they don’t have the food! So, I said fine just the latte! But they the entire order! What are you out expresso too! Coffee entirely?! They could’ve still send the latte but didn’t! I’ve ordered from other Dunkin’s places with no problem! Never again from this location!

3/20/22 at 1230pm. Worst dunkin of all time. Wondered why My coffee was half filled. They clearly ran out and watered it down to make it enough to 3/4 fill the cup. Awful.

Drive thru stalled out, not moving at all, line wrapped around the store at 10am. The store is locked down when every other place in town is open. I thought America runs on Dunkin? Not at this location; don't waste your time. It baffles me that management hasn't responded to any of these reviews.

We ordered coffee with ten sugars in it.. didn't taste like any was in it..I also ordered a latte and it wasn't even half full the rest was all foam.. asked for triple mocca.
Maybe one shot in it.. And even the donuts they got wrong..How do they stay open or not fire people who can't do there jobs.. It's not cheap..Threw both drinks in the trash and 5 out of the dozen in the trash..DO NOT GO OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION. And to all the four and five star reviews..How much did they pay you to lie
