Dunkin'

I usually don’t have problems at this location but I also usually go early in the morning before work, today I went a little later. I ordered a pumpkin donut and this is how it was given to me…they were rushing but I feel like that’s no excuse. You don’t hand someone food that’s smashed like this. No one spending money on anything should have service like that. Extremely disappointing

I was really saddened by this location. The lobby needs cleaning.
There were 4 associates working, including a manager who was taking a personal call while patrons were in the restaurant. I had to wait for an associate to come from the restroom to take my order. My biscuit was cold. At least they were pleasant.

The last time I went to this location they gave me a sweet tea that taste like sink water. I go back today for a donut & hash brown simple order right? No I had to hear the employees, and Manager complain about how people are ordering food and should stay home since it's raining out. I guess these employees forgotten they chose to work in the fast food industry. They gave me dirty looks once they noticed I heard them. Then got mad at me because I didn't allow them to bully me. Meanwhile the manager Haley heard all of this and even joined in. I feel really sad for the mindset of these government zombies...

Soooo disappointed! I wrote off DD for years, because every visit Just amounted you still donuts and cold coffee. About 2 months ago I met a friend at the one on main Street and was pleasantly surprised, fresh donuts and good coffee. We started meeting there about twice a month. Because of appointment locations we ended up here and FLASHBACK!! Instant reminder on why I swore off Duncan years ago. The donuts at this location should not be for human consumption. If you're looking for an easy game for children to play, they would work well for ring toss. They can even be used in place of bean bags in cornhole. a papyper weights, a life saver at sea. The ones I got today hard enough that they would work as a spare tire. As if hard unedible donuts aren't bad enough, a slim selection is even worse. They really only had cake donuts. Its really is just very frustrating. The change from just one location to the next. Waste of time, money. Honestly I feel ripped off. They know how long this donuts were out or if they were poorly stored, yet they sold them anyways..

The donuts were damp, and the sugar coating on the jelly donuts has melted. It appeared like they were coated with sugar while they were still warm. They weren't very appetizing looking, but the taste was fine.

Purchased a spiced cookie iced coffee and 4 donuts. My iced coffee was not what I ordered, my donuts were old tasting and one had what looked like it had a bug wing on it. Would not refund order and was very nasty about it saying the morning crew made this not them! We won’t be back!

As always the food and drinks were good, problem is mutipoint. First you couldn't get into the entrance due to lack of space and the drive thru extending all way around building leaving no room to get to small parking area in rear. Second, girl at the counter spoke so quietly neither of could understand a thing she was saying and after us obviously not understanding her she still didnt raise her voice so we could hear. I simply asked for an iced coffee with whipped cream and some Carmel sauce. She asked me a series of questions using words that we have no idea what she's talking about. Needless to say I didn't get anything resembling what I wanted but I just took it and left. Don't think girl behind counter understands what customer service means. Training may be needed.

Poor service. Sat at drive-thru speaker and no answer. Thought it was broken so I pulled up to the window and described what happened. Not only could they not make my coffee but their excuse for poor service was "we were busy".

Slow is the word! Dirty.bathrooms, discussing! Slow I’m here at 750 still in line at 8:29 I would have left but I put on my dunkin account already. Customers visibly mad, walk in and drive thru, many customers left due to poor service.

Stopped in to get my son 4 doughnuts. First order was not what he ordered. After he walked to counter and got eye rolls. He got the second box. 2 we’re still not was wanted. Store was a mess. Ladies could be heard blasting customers. Not a great experience

I visited this location on 4/18/2023. No one acknowledged my presence, said hello or greeted me. Soon an employee sweeping the floor came to the counter, didn't wash her hands, and asked for my order, still no greeting. She did put on a plastic glove. I was told that my coffee could be picked up at another counter. I moved there, stood there for several minutes when I inquired of another employee was the coffee sitting there for the last five minutes mines. My point, the employees there are the rudest, most inconsiderate, bunch I've ever seen. No, I will never patronize that establishment again. Never!

I usually love Dunkin, I had just been released from hospital no coffee in way too long. Order 2 medium frozen latta, with Carmel and almond milk. Just to be told they don't server them anymore. Broken my heart ❤️💔. Then they were to busy to serve my son the bites he ordered. He said first n late time he will go to Dunkin, sad 😭, The manager there is so nice.

Went to this location this morning. Ordered two coffees in the drive thru. When we got to the window, our order was there in the window and ready. Instead of greeting us and saying hello, the girl was talking to another employee and after that, proceeded to stock straws. Finally, after her still not speaking to us at this point, we told her we needed to add something else to the order. She told us she was sorry she couldn’t do that. When we asked since when, she just rolled her eyes and walked off. She was very rude. No greeting when we got there and no bye or thanks for coming when we drove off. She acted like us being there was an inconvenience to her. She has dark hair in pig tails and a nose ring. We go to this location quite frequently because it’s close to our house. Not anymore. We’ll be going to the location on Rivers Avenue from now on. It’s obvious this one doesn’t want our business.
Also, just want to add that we went inside to order the extra item, asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one. Whoever owns this location might want to rethink that based on the way the employees are treating your customers.

Friendly staff. Other customer grabbed our bag of food (ordered from app), and the customer who took our food was really rude. When this happens, the staff offered to re-make our order and was patient with all of it. Challenging situation but appreciated the attentiveness.

We are a group on a large bus and We were trying to purchase 6 dozen donuts on Wednesday 9/29/22 @1 pm, so I stopped by a store at
9155 University Blvd
North Charleston, SC 29406
United States
But they had the doors locked and no notes on the door to say a reason for closing the door and the staff had no decency to come talk to me at the door and they kept yelling and showing me away so I walked over to the drive through window to find out how to get my order but they were talking VERY RUDE and treating me like a homeless man asking for a hand-out and told me to walk with the cars till I get to the speakers to make my order and follow the cars to the window for pickup.
Where is the brain? How are those people thinking and if a person gets run over it would be their liability.
We are a large group from Florida and we are on a tour in South Carolina and we are extremely disappointed at how the staff is treating customers .

I've been going to this Dunkin donuts off of University boulevard in Charleston South Carolina for more than 5 years I used to go almost everyday now I go once or twice a week but it has nothing to do with Dunkin' donuts I just am not available to go there as much as I want to I have always been treated with the utmost respect and have always had the best customer service anyone could ask for I do remember when I had been going for a year or there about, when I had an incident and had to speak to the manager because of one person that very unnecessarily treated me terribly I can't help that I am an overly sensitive person but either way I'd much rather be overly sensitive been downright mean. Anyways, after I spoke with the manager I never had a problem again I even told the manager I don't want her to lose her job I just want to be treated with respect as a customer and I was from then on there's so much more good things I could say about Dunkin' donuts and the people that work there off University boulevard but I've already said so much I don't really have the words right now in Charleston and the surrounding towns most and almost all of the drive-thrus it seems they will hire anyone and once in a while you'll get a good person who treats you with respect as a customer but most of the time it doesn't matter how respectful you are as a customer or polite or nice it's like they just don't care and I find that very sad Charleston used to thrive we had people all the time coming to Charleston South Carolina because of its reputation and I just really think it's sad on that note I hope people can read these I'm not good with computers or telephones but if you do go to Dunkin' donuts remember to treat others as they treat you give them a tip and a smile or just a smile either way you'll be happy with your experience at Dunkin' donuts University boulevard Charleston South Carolina!! Very disappointed. I purchased a Boston creme donut and the cream tasted like water thrown in with a little corn starch and sugar. No creme involved in that recipe. I won't be going back here. I threw the donut away.

the service was abit slow, would have gone in but it appears to have only 3 parking spaces.Whoever built this here was not to bright as the design and layout of the lot makes it very difficult to exit the drive thru when the line is wrapped around the building. Food was fresh and consistent.

This early-EARLY morning stop is essential to my routine before my long shifts. Opening at 0430(am), is exactly what I need to ensure I can get some food into my body before my long & hectic days. The staff there are super friendly, they make a great coffee beverage, and are "on it" when it comes to special orders. My days aren't the same without my encounters and breakfasts at this Dunkin!! Keep up the great work everyone!!

I will make a point to drive to this Dunkin vs Goose Creek. The young lady working thr register June 1st 2:35pm was so sweet. As soon as I walked in she spoke and took my order. She got my order quickly and was just so friendly. It definitely makes you want to return. The receipt says Tiffany but I'm not sure if that's her name or the manager. She's a young girl with black hair. She looks hispanic but idk she was beautiful and her personality seemed to shine. Plus they actually put a decent amount of jelly in the donuts vs the GC one seems to barely put any in it. I will definitely return to this location.

I understand that people can have an off day and we aren't perfect but my order was completely incorrect. I asked for no whip and you can see in the pic I have whip on my drink. Also I asked for an iced drink but this drink is frozen.

The whole point of being able to order a drink via the app and pick it up is to avoid any hassle or inconvenience but that didn't happen.
