It's really nice when I can have a genuinely nice day while getting a drink. The staff here is so kind and friendly that I was able to enjoy the little banter between them as I drank. Simply the best teamwork I've seen in a while. As soon as things die down everybody gets to cleaning up and the place is back to being spotless.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. We were told they were out of strawberry pieces for the refresher, but they had mango. We said OK, that would work, and then he proceeded to charge us 80 cents for it….. Make it make sense. Starbucks wants to short us a product we are paying for but then charge us for them to make it right? Horrible customer service in the drive-thru. For the prices they charge, they should DO BETTER. Save yourself some money and go to the Dunkin' right down the road.

HATE the way this location now makes and serves brewed coffee. They installed machines that brew the coffee one cup at a time. The coffee is disgusting…even their blonde is terribly strong and it takes way too much time because they now have to make each cup individually. I used to stop here every morning, but now going to get my coffee elsewhere.

i made an inside order that included three drinks. as i was retrieving my items i notice it wasn't in a four cup order tray. i then asked for the tray which the lady stated that they ran out. i then asked for the two cup holder tray and the lady stated her manager order her not to give those trays out unless they're online orders and the last time she did the manager got upset. i then asked how am i supposed to carry my cups with only two hands. the lady didn't have a response for that. i then requested for a refund since i couldn't carry three cups of drinks out the score. unbelievable that they were unable to assist me with any trays. smh

Very excited to know that we finally have Starbucks at CHS airport. Every week I fly back and forth and usually arrived at Charleston airport before 8pm and always looking forward to have some coffee but most of the time they are already closed. I probably got tea there like twice since they are open because they are closing early. Whoever manage this area should update your time. 9pm is never accurate, you guys are always closed early.

The service depends on who is at the drive-thru that morning. We stop every morning before work. Normally, the person at the drive-thru is pretty friendly. But, when did Starbucks start giving customers a half cup of of their drink?? With the prices they charge, the cup should be overflowing!! Those pictures are BEFORE I even took a sip!!

There was a man doing his work on his laptop enjoying the great atmasphere, they still have a large selection of danishes an pastries to choose from the employees are quick to serve with smiles and if you're not sure what you want, it's not a problem, they will assist you with picking out a drink for you

They close the door 20 minutes before they were supposed to. Drove 30 minutes to this Starbucks to purchase a SF Vanilla and they closed early and the workers were just sitting inside talking. Extremely frustrating.

I use a Starbucks personal cup, you can get a good deal using it. First, you get a cup discount of a dime (no big deal, but nice) and you get a 25 star bonus, that's a big deal. This Starbucks usually forgets this. So I went back to remind her. She said sorry and I assumed she fixed it, nope, just gave me a dime back on my card. This store needs to do a little training.

Very small location in a busy area so I use the drive thru. Some people are helpful and some are not. Just depends on whose working. The quality of the food I've gotten has been good and the iced coffee I have gotten was good also. Would have given 5 stars if all employees knew the details on the drinks.

Came to this location to grab a strawberry refresher and was told that what I was asking for ,which was no lemonade or water in my drink ,was not something this store can do. which I know is a lie because I have ordered here before ,but also I have ordered this drink at multiple other locations, including target and Harris Teeter. Like girl if you are new and don’t know how to do your job, just say that, but don’t lie to me and say that what Im asking for is not doable.

Just left there and just HAVE to say the girl at the counter with glasses and red hair, rude as hell....WOW! I came in with my 6 year old daughter, never smiled, never asked what sizes we wanted, not helpful at all, looked disgusted to even take out order. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I’ve stopped in this Starbucks a few times and the last time I did was the most unpleasant experience. Starbucks had added a buy one get one free to my account and I showed the barista and she wouldn’t accept it. She refused to allow me to use it. I accepted and just bought drinks for my husband and I but overall the service was bad. There’s plenty of other starbucks in a few miles radius that have better and nicer customer service.

I stopped going here 3 years ago due to bad milk. But I decided hey Starbucks why not. All I ever get when I go to any coffee place is a large coffee with extra milk so my coffee is not to hot. That's it. And it usually lasts me from 630 am to lunch just slowly sipping. At noon I had a half cup left I opened up my cover to be able to dump in microwave cup and the milk was curdled. I was very mad and I don't usually get mad easily. BUT come on at these prices I could have some good milk. Anyway ........

Not only does this location keep up with the incredible number of customers, but they do it with great personality and attention to detail. It has been a LONG time since I have found a Starbucks location that is so consistent with their level of quality. The ONE time a mistake was made with my drink was immediately corrected. I truly felt cared for when Moe (or Mo? Sorry I didn’t ask for the spelling) made my drink and I asked him if a different drink on the table was ok to take since it was left there. He told me it was ok and I told him that my brother was in the emergency care nearby, and offered to remake the drink fresh. I felt true concern and care from him, and hopefully he gets a raise/ more awareness towards him. And if you’re seeing this, thank you man. I hope everything goes your way.

I ordered a Starbucks reverse latte I was told they had a up side down latte and the guy and girl was laughing about it back and forth between their headsets like I didn’t have a clue but the drink I was given had form on top. Also one female worker was rubbing under her nose while preparing food just disgusting and unsanitary . This is not the first time I had problems at this location , the first incident I asked for a green matcha hot tea with coconut milk instead it had cows milk with made me sick how can you work in a coffee shop and not know how to make drinks properly. Around 5:00 am Wednesday morning

The staff is really nice and drinks are what you would expect. Atmosphere is terrible. The temperature has to be 60 degrees and you better have a Parka if you want to sit inside. Even if you could stand the cold the blaring music at 7am would chase you out. Starbucks used to be warm and inviting. A place where you wanted to go and just “hang out.” You could grab a coffee and they actually had a real stand with napkins, straws, sugars, milk and creams! That’s not the case any longer.

I do mobile order 5 days a week. It’s been fine until this morning, they didn’t stir up the white chocolate mocha in my iced expresso shots, it literally could see a whole white layer of the white chocolate mocha on the bottom of my drink.

Today I went back to this location to get a drink remade, it was just milk yesterday and when I called I was I told to just stop in to remake it. I waited in line and the cashier was nice but there was going to be a 30 minute wait today, so I asked what we could do about that. From across the room the manager overheard and immediately shouted “sorry sir you have to wait like everyone else” but I pressed on and was offered a refund so I was going to take that instead but the refund didn’t include the extras I paid for in the drink. I had to go back to me car to get my phone for the receipt and when I returned, the manager Chakee, DENIED ME SERVICE for WASTING her time. When did a customer asking for a situation to be rectified become a “waste of time?”I know I sound like a Karen here but I used to be a Starbucks partner, and this is NOT how Starbucks operates even if they’re 100x as busy as normal. I wish I could give negative stars.
