Walmart Supercenter

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Walmart for shopping and or returning an item. Their customer service desk either is closed during normal hours. Or it closes earlier than other Walmarts. The lines are always...ALWAYS very long. This store is often OUT OF BAGS! How is that possible? I often drive out of my way to go to other Walmarts but sometimes I need an item. Hoping to quickly run in this one to get that item only to have wait in forever lines to check out. The store is DIRTY and NOT WELL KEPT especially the floors. If this store served a different customer base I'm fairly certain it would not operate like this.

Horrible, there are barely boxes to make the payment working. And this makes us stand in line for almost 1 hour waiting for a slow service. Lack of organization in the goods. It's a stinky place. Bathroom then, needs to be cleaned. And when I buy through the app, something is always missing.

I had the lack of pleasure of visiting this awful store. It’s a disgrace to all Walmarts. Down to extended assistance to the unsanitary conditions. I called every line with no response until I reach the pharmacy. I spoke to a Crystal in which, I advise on the customer service status. She cold transferred me to a line who continued to not respond. The money center has one person. To deal with payments that has time sensitivity attached delivers poor customer service up front and direct. Shut this place down. If the manager is displayed like it suppose to it is encouraged to take it down with shame.

Slooooooooooooow lines and not enough help. Came from out of town to shop and was disappointed. This Walmart encourages green practices such as paper bags 🤯 which is awesome. Hence the 2 star Rating bc it would have been a 1 without the thoughtful nod to nature.

If you want to send or receive money here, you better be prepared to spend over a half hour in line. I have been here 35 minutes already, and there are still two people ahead of me. There were 6 ahead of me when I arrived! On top of that, people do not know how to do social distancing.

And the person working that department took it with them when the went home?!? They have pallets of merchandise all over the place, making it difficult to navigate. And the employees completing online orders have no regard for other customers and will run you over with their carts. I will shop at the Tanger Outlet Walmart. It is an all around better store.

This week I was shopping through to near checkout when this delightful woman working emptying boxes said good morning and asked if I needed anything. Betty was just very gregarious and happy to be getting her work done. I so look forward to seeing her again soon.

The Customer Service counter at this Walmart is never open. I went in before 5:30p and was told Customer Service was closed. The website says they are open until 8p. This walmart is also always gross and the employees are always rude. I normally avoid it like the plaque but I didn't have time to go anywhere else.

Had the worst experience at this Walmart today with my mother and mother in law!! We got profiled for stealing just because my receipt wasn’t printed! And instead of them going to the self checkout where we were, we were forced to stand at the door until they saw proof while others with way more items were able to walk pass without showing their receipt
The skinny tall male manager with the glasses (who is this man and what’s his name?!) told my mother she needs to shut up once she began to complain about them being prejudice towards us and things escalated from there! Definitely the worst Walmart

Had a bad experience with a Walmart coach named Justin. Refused to re code an order I didn't pick up. He kept telling me to trust his word that it would be kept in the back off the record until the next day. Refused to put it in the system or in writing that it was not picked up.

Didn't want to refund me when I said I was uncomfortable with that. Ended up asking for a refund for the orders. Was a very bad experience, talked down to very demeaning. Refused to give me name.

This employees roll the eye and you have to drag them to help you I needed a key to open the display for baby formula the associate told me next time not to bother her because she was busy on electronics she was not doing anything no guest in front of her but her phone.!

The customer service here is non-existent. I've left frustrated so many times. It's the closest one to me, but I am done coming to this store and will be shopping at Aldi's down the street and Publix. The employees here act like it's an inconvenience for them to deal with you. The first time I went, the girl at the register was standing there talking to a bunch of other employees who seemed to have just clocked in. They held the line up because she was turned around busy talking to them. The poor lady she was checking out was trying to ask for her receipt, but she was too busy socializing. When she finally did turn around she acted like it wasn't her problem. That is typically the standard of this Walmart and what they expect of their workers because it has been consistent in the other times I've shopped here.

The floors are dirty, people stick stuff everywhere and things are all over the place. At the register tonight there was an apple pie and an opened bag of Cheetos shoved into the candy.

TLDR: they employees are rude, the store is an absolute mess, good luck finding someone that will genuinely help you, and just shop somewhere else. Save yourself the grief.

Store hours aren't accurate. They actually close at some random time before 11pm and have extremely rude people shouting from the front sidewalk, "We're closed." 11pm is only for people coming out. Asked the local front desk person at hotel and she told me she lives 5 min from this Walmart, but never goes there because of how bad it is.

Most of self checkout lines are always closed recently. I walked in to get a couple items and walked out after I noticed the long checkout lines. The line to checkout had at least 25 people, if not more, waiting to check out. The other side was no different. I can't see myself waiting 30 minutes to purchase a few items that aren't a necessity. Out of 8 self checkouts, only 3 were working.

Waited for almost 1 hour for someone to come open up the case to get out a cricket iPhone. All the employees were walking around, talking on their cell phones. The old lady called someone over the intercom like five times and no one came. It was like people had attitude that we were there to get the phone. The worst and most ghetto Walmart ever in this area, don’t come here unless you’re willing to wait 20+ minutes in line just to checkout, I waited 35 minutes in line on a Thursday night just to checkout, every line was packed.
The produce section is gross and unorganized.
The workers here are rude, disrespectful, and look like they don’t care about their job, I went there to pickup some bike accessories and they were all locked behind a case, and the only way to get it was to find a employee to unlock it, and some might not even have the key to it, I went over to customer service if they can unlock it for me, I was polite and still the women at customer service that I was speaking to had such attitudes, I then decided to walk out and went to Target nearby instead.
Don’t come here unless you really have no other choice.

Well... We found everything we wanted, but got into line and had four carts in front of us. Checker was an older guy, who i felt sorry for, as he was so slow, and appeared to be in pain the whole time. Waited an hour in that line. Couldn't go to another line, as wife picked the line and dragged us out of another line.

We just waited and waited at Cosmetics when they called for help getting into one of the glass cases with a key and help never came. No one working at customer service apparently with 4 customers waiting for someone who will never come. Lived here most of my life and walmart service has jist gone downhill. Absolutely pathetic walmart. Understaffed and unforgiving. Had a lady waiting in the absurd lines at this walmart. She finally gets to check out just to be told the self checkout is 15 items or less. The signs that say this are barely visible from the back and easy to miss even up front as they do not face the line and are high up. They were about to make the lady go and check out at another line after she waited so long already. They were convinced to let her stay and check out after their faults were pointed out. Very poor consideration, very poor decisions made by management.

Another instance, electronics lost the key to all the locked glass doors. Employees acted immature, unprofessional, and had no sense of urgency to find the key. Left a long waiting line of customers.

This is a walmart that is severely understaffed and has incompetent management. It has always been an inconvenience to shop at this location, and I won't be going back as the ignorance is intolerable.

Don’t bother doing deliveries or Walmart pickup from this location! Twice now I’ve received other peoples orders, with some of my bags tossed in. I spent almost 200 dollars on my order and didn’t receive half of what I bought!

I was just in there this morning I usually spend around $200 or more a week here. But today I spent a little over $220 and would of spent more but there was no produce bags so I could not buy any fresh produce. This is a complete fail on the part of the store manger which I feel has done a great job turning this place around. But I would say you are losing hundreds of dollars a day in produce. A lot of ethnic groups only buy fresh produce. You could of went to another store and picked some up or use cheap Walmart bags in the paper aisle.

This review is specifically about the pharmacy. My previous pharmacy had provided much difficulty. My old pharmacy removed my insurance plan. The Walmart pharmacy people were a friendly team that helped me right away and even dealt with my old pharmacy for me when transferring my prescription. They work too collect all my prescriptions and fill them while I shopped. Would recommend.

I've been to this Walmart 3 times within 7 days for particular reasons & each time the Deli was closed & it was also during the deli's opening hrs of operation. One of those days I stood at the deli meat counter waiting for almost 8+ mins while an employee who was working behind the counter, facing me, & standing 3 ft right in front of me totally ignored me. Another employee who was cleaning the hot food section finally told me they were closed. Too bad this Walmart is no longer the grocery store Sam Walton intended it to be. It's become one of the worst.
