One19 Craft Kitchen & Brewery

The only reasons I give One19 three stars are the food was good and our server/bartender Abby was awesome. They had only one beer that they brewed. The rest were fairly common micros. When you bill yourself as a brewery, you should serve your beers, not excuses as to why you’re not serving your beers. I travel full time and I look forward to trying new breweries. This one was a big disappointment!

I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a spot that combines great drinks, live events, and an unbeatable vibe, One19 is where you need to be.

Stopped in for a burger and beer. Beer was decent, but I found bugs crawling in my chips. I opted to keep the burger, which was ok. I never try to get a free meal and was happy to pay, but they could have made me feel better about my purchase. Service was good. Won't be back.

We had a nice time and the staff were very nice and patient as we tried to figure out what we wanted to order.

The facility is cute with all fresco seating.
Brew choices were great and there were a few special cocktails, the Summer Slam was yummy.

The food was ok but not great. The flavors are there but needs some editing, in my opinion. We ordered the potstickers and they were good. The purple slaw underneath was ok but too creamy and too much for the appetizer. I had the Southwest Chicken Flatbread and by the time I finished the second piece the bread was so soggy, I couldn't eat it and couldn't take it home. The homemade chips were nicely cooked but no salt and really didn't go with the Tennessee Caviar. Maybe fry your own tortilla chips, too?

All in all, I would go back for drinks and atmosphere.

We stopped here looking for a pet-friendly option. There is a nice open-air patio and the staff was very friendly. We did not sample any of the beer and had the food. Overall the food was good and well prepared. We had the kettle chip nachos and the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. Both had good flavors and presentations. I ordered the kettle chip nachos anticipating made-in-house chips, but the chips appeared from a bag, so it was a let down. The flatbread was good and well cooked. All in all we enjoyed our stop and lunch.

Tried lunch there today. One server. Took over 45 min to get any food and the plates came out slowly one at a time…confusion with the kitchen. Finally paid and left. Food average to below. Such a cute place and great location. Would not go back.

Stopped in today during the Street Festival. Service was great…friendly and speedy. The food was delicious!

The pretzel is massive and the dipping sauces are yummy! The kids loved the cinnamon sugar sauce.

The hot honey flatbread was great! I almost didn’t want to share, lol!

Great brews! Def a great spot to hit for craft beers and ciders.

Can’t wait to come back.

Went last night and paid a $5 cover charge to get in, with four people. After 20 minutes of sitting at a table, I had to get up and ask for a rag to wipe off a dirty table AND put our drink order in. Even though there were 3 servers just STANDING around behind the bar. The girl gives me a dry rag so I had to ask her to wet it down, then a different employee walked me back to my table to clean it off. He then took our drink order. 3 waters. 1 beer. 1 cider. He came back with out drinks and proceeded to take our food order. All was going well.

15 minutes pass. He brings a second cider to the table.

10 more minutes pass. The first girl come and refills our waters.

ANOTHER. 10. MINUTES. PASS.

We have 3 adults looking around for food that SHOULD have been to the table by now, since the place was pretty dead.

The first girl come over and asks if we need another round and all of us are saying that we were looking for our food

Server- " did the other guy not tell you the kitchen was closed?"

Me- "dude-bro TOOK the order of food. Is someone not back there cooking?"

Server- "ohhh... the bail bondsman came in around 30 minutes ago and picked him up"

SERIOUSLY?!?!

When I first came to this place, I LOVED it. The food, servers, the atmosphere of it all. It was great! It has gone SO DOWNHILL I will never be going back to that place.

We were in Dickson for a dear friend’s wedding & One19 became our go-to hang out for both the wedding party & we parents. I highly recommend it for good music, good food, & great drinks. Not to mention excellent service!!

My experience has been nothing but amazing every time I go to One19. The food is great, and the staff is friendly and do their best to take care of everyone and love the owners! It's a great experience. You should try it!!!

Stopped here for dinner while in TN looking for places to relocate too. It was located in the cute little downtown area of dickson. I ordered the chili, husband ordered the pretzel. Both were very tasty. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. As we were leaving there was someone getting ready to play music, but we left before he started. If you're ever in the area, stop in. Only complaint I had was that the selection for food was very small.

Hey! No need to read any further. This place is the bees knees. All the fun starts on Wednesdays with an open mic writers round. Then Thursday is the best trivia in the state. Live music Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Sunday brunch is legit and the vibe is perfect for rounding out the weekend.

The Food and booze paired with all the above makes for an amazing atmosphere.

Yesterday afternoon my boyfriend and I went to One 19 thinking we were going to enjoy a couple of beers and burgers but sadly we left disappointed. I’ve been to this brewery before and always had a great time and my boyfriend had never been so I wanted to take him here. When we arrived, we sat down at a table in front of the bar, and there were two bartenders behind the bar but they weren’t busy. We sat at the table for an embarrassing 30 minutes and NO ONE including the two bartenders that weren’t doing anything never approached us. No one even came to our table to ask if we had been helped. I really wanted to have a great time here with my boyfriend who had never been before and I hyped this place up so much. It was extremely disappointing because we left the bar feeling hungry, thirsty, and unacknowledged. We won’t be returning.

The Sammich - awful chicken was supposed to be nashville hot , no flavor. Over fried to the point I could hardly chew it. Beer was served in a plastic cup. Awful!!!

I had a takeout order of the Rally's Burger and it was terrible had enough salt own it to supply ocean. The Patty was all crumbled up. I thought their chips was homemade kettle cooked but I watched them come out of a bag. You can get a better burger at McDonald's for half the price.

Friendly service and rueben sammy wasn’t too bad. Had a wrong order come out on one of our other meals. One big qualm outside of the incorrect order was the table next to us was fairly racist which ruined the jovial atmosphere.

Dear God this place is terrible. The “service” tonight was the literal absolute worst. I’ve given this place multiple chances because they do have good nights, but the menu is always changing and they’ve removed burgers which is just about the only thing I can even eat here. Tonight though, my chicken came out so hard that I could not bite it, could not cut it, and could not even stab it with a knife. I couldn’t even complain about it to the server because she was the only person working there while we were in, so she was also working the bar. So I sat and waited and waited and waited while my family ate, and I did not. While I waited, at one point the server was sitting and eating while just talking to someone at the bar. It was when she finally came to check if we were done that she found out how terrible the food was and that I wasn’t even able to eat. She discounted the ticket and gave us our tab to pay. I set my card down to pay and she never came back to take it to ring us up. We eventually just had to drop cash on the table and just leave.

This service is not how it always is. There are good workers here, but just not tonight. The ever changing menu is also a huge annoyance. They had a fantastic burger, best I’ve had in awhile, but they no longer do burgers because the kitchen is too small to do a lot of food.

I just can’t believe how terrible it was tonight. That was unreal. Literally could not cut into my rock hard food, and had no service. Absolutely ridiculous.

Cannot recommend anyone go here, and I guess I’m done giving them chances. If you’re looking for food, this place is not it.

Finally went here and I was glad that we did. The place is beautiful and we had a great meal here. I highly recommend the Graffiti Burger. Out waitress was very nice. I look forward to eating here again and trying out their beers.

I do like their wide selection of beverages. However, I tried the BBQ brisket grilled cheese which sounded amazing (smoked in-house) and it was literally inedible. I rarely leave negative reviews but this was so bad I feel obligated. The brisket was so tough you could not even chew it. I couldn't even break it apart with my hands. It was like leather. I was starving too and only ate 3 bites - couldn't finish. So disappointing but I will not give up. I've had the large pretzel with a variety of cheese and mustards - that was delicious! My daughter loves their pot stickers! This is why it's not a 1-star.
Maybe it was just a bad night for the cook last night. Hoping for better grub next time...

Lots of good reviews for this place so me and a friend checked it out. If you are craving a burnt burger from a high school football game concession stand this is the place for you! Do you like cheap wine with a splash of vodka poured into a glass that had beer in it? Then you may enjoy their blackberry wheat beer. The staff was very friendly. The kitchen staff unfortunately prepared everyone’s meals with the same unwashed ungloved hands in the company of their small children. Atmosphere seemed like it might be a cool place to hang out. We could have caught them on a bad day, but overall wouldn’t recommend it.

We loved everything about this place! The patio is super cozy and the beer selections were awesome. They also had fantastic food offerings. We had the giant pretzel, pot stickers and the juicy Lucy and we loved every bite! The service was exceptional, we can't wait to come back.

Open air concept is awesome. I tried the duller ipa. Great flavor with a great kick. I went on trivia night which is obviously popular. Could barely squeeze into the place!

Furnace Brewing is a great place to hang out with friends. The beer is fantastic. I love how they rotate beers each weekend. It is always something different. The staff is excellent with friendly service.
