Dunkin'

Ordered a large UNSWEETENED tea. It was extremely week and was no where near the color of tea. We sent it back in and they added SWEET tea to it that was just as weak and sent us on our way. Poor customer service is not the answer to having a good business.

12/23/24 today at this location in between 10 A.M 12 P.M i stop for coffee and a donut and I forgat and lost my wallet whit over a 1,000 dollars , for real , but , this lady call me and she told me about my missing wallet and the cash , I got to say not 1 dollar was missing from the wallet , super honest lady , you have a great Christmas lady and thank you for ever , you good human♡

I asked for regular coffee She brought me cold coffee When I told her I wanted hot coffee I don't drink cold ones She started making fun of me and those with her, and spoke racist things Coffee officials must choose good people. We are customers and we leave the money to you. You must choose someone who is competent.

Went through the drive-thru in the morning- around 6:30 am. The drinks were made fine, there's no way you could mess up a black coffee and a latte. The drive-thru lady was incredibly rude though. As we were going through the drive though, she seemed to be rushing us, and then when she completed the order when we weren't ready, she got attitude with us because we had to add more items. She constantly asked "is that all is that all." The staff seemed to have no coordination. Just an overall bad experience for just a few minutes of ordering.

Got 2 muffins and a coffee, had to repeat the order 6 or 7 times at the machine and at the window. The muffins weren’t even cooked all the way through (great since one was for a child), still had uncooked batter in the middle, and the coffee was colder and incorrect after all the times repeating. Was not given a receipt or spoken to outside of being asked what it was I wanted over and over.

What can I say? The capuccino was very good, but they only sell donuts at this place. Sugar and sugar. Very disappointed...get some scones in there, fellas.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 850 not realizing it closes at 9. I waited 5 minutes. Nothing. Even though I could see people inside. So I go in real quick to order a plain ole coffee. Nope! Not after 815! Since they close at 9 they aren't allowed to brew any more coffee.

I'm so confused. Dunkin' Donuts...but there's no coffee OR donuts even 🤔

I wasn’t going to post a review, but after reading all the Karen’s and Chad’s, just have to say you guys do great and I’ve never been disappointed with any order. The food industry isn’t easy and nothing is perfect, pls ignore the haters who didn’t get a chocolate donut or their coffee wasn’t perfect - they need to get over being so entitled.

I came in at 445am on a Saturday to pick up donuts and coffee for 20 folks at work. I did not have an online order or call ahead. Honestly I expected there to be a cap on the amount of donuts I could order, but I was told "we can take care of it". Those 2 made sure I had everything needed for a group of people. Absolutely wonderful service.

Ordered online. First, we were given a black iced coffee that clearly needed things added to it that were ordered. Second, there was not a glazed chocolate donut that could be ordered online so I chose a marbled donut. Instead of addressing this with me at the window, which would’ve been fine, they gave me a plain one with no comment. I go inside nicely to ask what happened and the manager (whom I didn’t ask for) very rudely tells me do not chose that option online we do not have marble. No apologies, but told me I was in the wrong and don’t do it again. MAYBE that you should fix your app before getting an attitude with the customer.

I do not go to This dunkin'very often .
I usually have trouble with the names of Lattes/ cofees almost everytime and never say them the same everytime.
The women taking orders at drive-thru was very rude when I didn't know how to order this specific latte and made me feel dumb. I pulled around to the window &she had a very bad attitude towards me as if I just made the last 2 minutes of her life the most difficult part of her whole day.
She was also speaking to her co-worker about me with an open window where I could hear it.
So anyway, long post..
Worker was not helpful and even "nasty" towards me. And on top of all that the Latte tasted "burnt" and wayyyy too sweet .

I ordered a Water ,donut ,and a sandwich. I received the water and the donut but not the sandwich. We waited for nearly 15 minutes before asking what was going on since my friend had also ordered a sandwich(ordered separately), and received it almost immediately. Only to have the employees say that they had already bagged it. I also overheard them saying that they had bagged it with other sandwiches, which means they gave the order to the wrong person. instead of admitting an honest mistake, had me sit there and wait even longer. We asked again if we were going to get the sandwich and only then did they decide to actually remake it. After receiving the sandwich, there was no apology for the wait time or the mistakes that were made. My friends matcha latte was also not properly mixed so there were just chunks of matcha.

Duncan used to be so much better. Glazed donuts from the fridge is what I got. Server's are a good. atmosphere? It's a gas station....they may have better donuts inside there tho.

Placed an online order for the store to not be open 1 hour after the posted opening time. Thankfully the Fairview store took care of this. Multiple times this store isn’t open when it should be.

Was publicly cussed out by an employee after I patently waited 15 mins. She only helped 3 people and one in the drive thru. Then cussed me and told me to f’ing leave. If she can’t handle the pressure get a new job. It’s coffee not rocket science.

The employees were fighting in the back and messed up my order. I did not feel comfortable there so we left as soon as we got everything. Thinking we were just stopping on our way through to get coffee and breakfast turned into an emotional roller-coaster. Will not be going back here.

Every single time I come to this location, my order either can’t be taken correctly or the people taking my order are rude as all get out. It seems everyone at this location hates their job. They’re always hiring and it’s no wonder; who would want to work in such a negative environment? Once I ordered online and when I approached the drive thru, the woman just held my drink out the window until I pull up to grab it. Another time, I ordered and they just added whipped cream and caramel to my order and when I was looking at it, they asked “is it wrong?” And I simply replied “well I didn’t ask for whipped cream or caramel. It’s fine, I just wanna make sure this is my coffee.” The employee then replied “it’s yours.” Well there wasn’t a name or sticker with the ingredients so who knows if it was mine. Today it just seemed to be the biggest inconvenience that I arrived “too soon” after my order was placed and that I had to come inside instead of being at drive thru like my order said. Apologies I couldn’t get in line because the drive thru is trash. Won’t be using this location anymore. Such a disappointment.

It's hard to imagine what i just witnessed here. Employees running all over each other no coordination. Emotional breakdowns. Fixing the wrong drinks or forgetting orders all together. The front register guy seemed lost. The long-haired employee was about to go cry in a corner. There was no management at all. No system at all, just 2 chickens running around with their heads cut off and a cook trying his best. The drinks were all messed up and took way too long after reminding them of the orders they had taken. Choose the other dickson location over this one. Way more organization at the other.

I ordered a snack and bacon which has seasoning and usual cooked to a crisp. They hand me bacon they pulled from a sandwich, then I asked if they could season it, they just dumped a whole ton of seasoning into a bag. I wasn’t upset I just respectfully said I don’t want this have a nice day

Very unfortunate experience.
An older female w/ black hair (I’m assuming she’s new b/c I had never seen her) was extremely aggressive at the drive thru. She was confuse between my order & a different one, after clarifying my order for the 3rd time she got very confrontational for no reason. She could have been having a bad day but the way she acted was uncalled for & very unpleasant.
Ps: seems like the guys there are the only friendly/profesional ones.

I Keep hoping when I stop, my experience will be good . Every business has bad days but literally every time I’ve ordered either my order has been wrong, the coffee has been old or burnt tasting and today my coffee had clabbered cream. Today was officially my last visit, I can’t keep wasting money.

Service was great and relatively quick despite appearing understaffed. I am rating it one star because in the back in clear view of customers is a sign that says "nobody cares, work harder!". Joke or not, this is highly inappropriate; it is not funny for customers to see employees demeaned, and I bet it does WONDERS for employee morale (sarcasm). Absolutely deplorable. I believe the name of the manager I was given who installed the sign is Cayci Percival. If this is the wrong location let me know and I will put the review on the correct Dunkin.

Went at 7:40pm (closes at 9) and can't get a latte because they have cleaned the latte machine already. Why are we cleaning over an hour before you close. Waited 5 minutes nefore they qere even ready to take order..

Painfully slow! If the employees would just stick to a station everything would go so much faster. I was there for 20 min to get 2 donuts and 2 lattes. I was already down the road when I realized one of the drinks was wrong. If they had just stayed on their stations instead of walking away I the middle of drinks and having someone else finish, there probably wouldn’t have been a mistake. Just go to the McDonald’s next door.

Oh my gosh! The morning crew that worked on October 6, 2022. HAND CLAPS FOR YOU GUYS! This was the most welcoming experience that I have ever had in an establishment. Everyone was friendly, and while I was working, Alex went above and beyond to make sure that I didn’t need anything. As I was walking out, I hear the drive through person tell a person cleaning the parking lot that he was doing an amazing job today. This is the kind of experience that makes a persons day go smoothly. I loved the smiles and the energy. Keep it up guys, AND GIVE THESE LOVELY PEOPLE A RAISE🥳🥳

I have tried to get donuts here 3 separate times. Each time the donut was dry with a crusty texture & had maybe a tablespoon of filling. And they made my coffee before it was finished brewing, so it was bitter & really acidic. Save your money & go to the location on Mathis or at exit 182.

The barrista made me an extra large coffee meant for a 6'2, 300 pound man. However, more is always better, right? Half it with a friend is what I say, or just keep it for yourself. Then the salesman at the window handed me my coffee and said have a good day! Dont expect to get a free coffee, nothing is free!

The girl in the drive thru was rude today. She spoke over us, didn't let us finish our order, before asking 3 times is that all. Then when we pulled up she was talking bad about some guy who better not get in her window again. She didn't tell us our total at the speaker or window, just charged my app.
Then my bf coffee was made wrong he asked for 1 cream and 4 sugars. Got the opposite. I asked for a large ice coffee and got a medium. The flavor was incorrect in my coffe.
If I could rate zero i would. It was a horrible visit all around.
