Walmart Supercenter

This is a bigger Wal-Mart than most, and they have a noticeably bigger produce department with a lot more fresh food options. The Bakery area is also quite a bit bigger as well. Bathrooms were very clean, shelves were well stocked, helpful and friendly workers were close by anytime I needed anything! Huge Easter selection too!

I would give no stars if possible. My wife who has something delivered to our house before did not have an issue like this. So we tried your grocery delivery and it went horribly from the drivers phone having no service. To delivering $180.00 dollars worth of groceries to the wrong house….all we received was a refund. we will not be using your service in the future. Very un professional and also in acceptable.

It's a Walmart. Things were easy to find. It was a large Walmart and the staff was friendly. It was really busy. I was able to snap some photos without people, but it was hard to pull that off. I did not use their restrooms so can't say if they were clean or not, but the store seemed clean.

This particular Walmart has had issues with poor customer service, a lack of stock on shelves and a loss-prevention system that enables thieves and punishes loyal shoppers (the abundance of locked displays for instance). The auto center is the worst I've ever had the misfortune of patronizing, which is a shame since Walmart is the go-to tire store for many people. The problems with the greenway and the people that occupied it were often pointed it as the cause of many of Walmart's problems. And it was, but things really got worse more than they got better for a while after that camp was moved. Having said all that, they are finally starting to turn things around. They seem to have more employees on hand, and the ones that are there seem to care a bit more. They might finally after several incarnations be getting the self checkout under control, but the jury is still out because we've been tricked on that before. Just to point out, the five stars are for my last trip and that trip only, I do believe they are getting better so hopefully this rating is the start of a trend. We will have to see just how low that ceiling is moving forward...

I'll close with a mention of this locations best attribute: the pharmacy team! They really are a cut above the rest; not just other Walmart's, but most competing pharmacies. They care about their job and their customers, And don't mind letting you know it! They are swamped much of the day, most of the days And yet most at work there are quick with a smile and slow to frustrate. Been our pharmacy for at least 6 years now, and I don't remember a day when it wasn't that way.

Keep it up Walmart, you finally earned a decent score... But these stars are soft, and it's going to take work to keep them there...

I hate to be this person because I normally never post reviews but this was my childhood Walmart and now this place is disgusting. It is always dirty (especially the bathrooms), I’ve been in cleaner gas station bathrooms than these. Dropped my car off for TWO tires only. They didn’t touch it for 2 1/2 hours when they said it would take an hour. I get it that stuff happens but they literally were so rude and also were starting on other cars that showed up well after I did. When I arrived there was only 2 maybe 3 cars being done. Absolutely should not have taken this long. As soon as I sent my bf in to ask them about when it would be done they came to get the car and bring it into the bay. I will not be letting them do my tires again.

Always clean, never too crowded and seems to have whatever I need at a good price. Fairly decent selection of gluten free items too.

I've been shopping at this Walmart in Dickson, TN for several years now. The staff are a reflection of the friendly folks in our town. Recently, I was shopping for a large bundle of Dasani water and noticed the pallet was empty .A Walmart employee, named "Cole", was working nearby. He stopped his task and offered to go check the back of the store for more water. Cole carried that heavy bundle of water, all the way from the back, and put it in my basket. I thanked him and he gave me a smile and told me to have a nice day.
It's nice to know we have such thoughtful and courteous employees at our Dickson Walmart.

In and out for bananas, half&half, potato salad, and body wash. Less than 5 minutes with self checkout. In and out 3 or 4 times a week

This particular Walmart has had issues with poor customer service, a lack of stock on shelves and a loss-prevention system that enables thieves and punishes loyal shoppers (the abundance of locked displays for instance). The auto center is the worst I've ever had the misfortune of patronizing, which is a shame since Walmart is the go-to tire store for many people. The problems with the greenway and the people that occupied it were often pointed it as the cause of many of Walmart's problems. And it was, but things really got worse more than they got better for a while after that camp was moved. Having said all that, they are finally starting to turn things around. They seem to have more employees on hand, and the ones that are there seem to care a bit more. They might finally after several incarnations be getting the self checkout under control, but the jury is still out because we've been tricked on that before. Nice selection, and if I can't find an item I'm looking for, I just go in the app, and it will tell me which aisle it is on.
Now it's time to get rid of the buggies that don't go in a straight line.

Was humiliated with scan and go. Had to show ID and my items rescanned to leave with my own purchase. Was made to feel like a thief how she had to pul us out in front of all the other people. It wasn't a check the re iept rhing which is fine totally cool but it was far from that. Never in my life. So Embarrassing .Never again

You have to go early make sure if yoʻu have any meds to pick up that it is ready.We found everyone was helpful.We did not have to wait in line to check out vefy long.

WORST! Had 2 items to return, but only a receipt for one of them. She said that would be fine as long as I had the card that I had purchased that item with. I did have that card, and she told me she could not return it because it had been purchased over 30 days ago. However, she returned the other item that had also been purchased over 30 days ago and she kept both items. customer service at Walmart in DICKSON is ridiculously lacking!
UPDATE: Called and was put on hold for 10 minutes and a manager never came to the phone!
