I will never shop here again. I refuse to stand in line for 30 mins 3 people ahead of me for self check. The one register with a cashier was very very slow. Self check I will not participate in.

Order the completes had them shipped to the door all twelve were broken. I was told to leave them at the store and they would credit my account within 7 to 10 business days. I was told I would have to reorder them myself. The customer service number that I called They were rude, and you could not understand a word that they were saying to you. Finally again, I was told they would refund my money within 7 to ten days And that was the best that they could do. I am so disheartened with Dollar Tree right now. I have order to order the plates again spending my money , and I will have to wait till I get my refund to my account to even order. Therefore, it's probably gonna be 2 or 3 weeks Before I get my dinner plates because the stores don't have them. I know you probably don't care if you lose my business. But everybody that I can tell I promise you We'll because your customer service sucks.

The store where customers shop is pretty clean and the employees are very nice however, I went inside their bathroom today and it was disgusting and I feel it's also a safety hazard. The sink has almost separated from the wall, the toilet is leaking onto the floor, the baseboards look like they havent been cleaned in ages, the toilet seat looks like it could come off the floor at any moment. I will NEVER visit their bathroom again. Just HORRIBLE!

My complaint is against corporate and their policies. To start, I’m a regular customer... and when I say “regular”, I mean I come to this location anywhere from 2-5 times a week on average. I just calculated how many times I’ve been since July 1 and have 8 card transactions. I am here ALL.THE.TIME.

So today, I come in needing a few of those stupid stickers for the sticker books that are stuck in the back corner. We dug through all of the remaining packs to find the ones that go with the collection we have been making. (We are talking about $50+ in stickers at this point that we have spent at this location... literally.)

There are 16 packs remaining and we go to check out. When the total game up, it was way less than I expected so I pointed it out. The total was $12 and I was expecting $30+ including everything we bought. The stickers rang up $0.01 instead of $1 per pack. I was honest about the total, trying to be a decent person. The manager told our cashier to void them and she couldn’t sell them as corporate had stopped selling them. She said they would be thrown away.

At this point, I’m happy to pay the $1 per pack as I had no idea they’d ring up wrong. Instead of selling them to us, the manager on duty refused and said they had to be “thrown away”. By this point, everyone in line is like, “WTF? You’re going to throw them away instead of letting someone buy them??”

They’ve lost a customer for sure at this point.

And corporate, you work the cashiers too much and too hard! Y’all suck! I’ll miss the cashiers (although today’s manager Melinda, I believe her name was, was rude as hell) but the company will miss my money more than I’ll miss their cheap products.

Unlike several other store chains with the word "dollar" in the title, everything here really does cost $1. Many items are exactly the same, same label, same size, same age, as what I see in other "discount" stores. It's a terrific source for craft supplies, party items like decorations, paper napkins, table covers, both paper and plastic eating and drinking needs. They have glass glasses, ceramic dishes, bowls, mugs, kitchen tools selling elsewhere for far more, a range of cleaning supplies in familiar as well as unknown (to me) varieties and brands. The staff was friendly and informative, the store was clean, and the shelves were well-organized and well stocked. I bought two staple-pullers ($1), a brass padlock, kitchen scissors (name brand), containers of condiments that sell elsewhere for five times as much (yes!), open-top fabric covered storage bins that, while not as fancy as the Broyhill bins I got at another discount chain, were less than 15% of the price. Also couldn't resist some paperback books, cosmetic items, Be aware that some items, like the paperclips, are not great buys, and can be purchased for lower prices at other stores.

It's a hit or miss on if something is in stock because of being popular for people on fixed incomes but the cashiers are friendly and helpful and the prices are definitely worth stopping to see if they have what you need

Dollar Tree was busy today, as always, restocking going on, lots of empty shelves, bins. This Store is always shopped hard, if you see it, better get it, because tomorrow will most likely be too late ! Inventory flies off the shelf here.

It's the Dollar Tree. Everything is literally a dollar. Or sometimes 2 for 1 dollar. I bought Valentine's cards for my nieces and nephews. Gonna put them some money in the cards. Gotta love the Dollar Tree. Spend 20 bucks and feel like you are a king.

Love The Dollar Tree! They have brand name items for $1! This location has a frozen foods section including frozen steak, yeah I said steak 😋 frozen fruits for smoothies and frozen veggies, various snacks and household items from bathroom essentials to gift wrapping materials. I highly recommend this location for all your shopping needs. Its quick and convenient.

Employees are always helpful and friendly. Always well stocked well and usually find what I need. Organized well.
However visited the restroom today and couldn't believe how dirty and unkept it was. Needs paint and wall replacement. Garbage hadn't been emptied. Dirty floors. Foul smell. Maybe a District Mgr should have a look.

I visit this location about once month. This visit I was impressed with their growth while keeping prices at a dollar an item. Store was clean,well stocked, and organized. Staff friendly and helpful. Don't expect to see every product you may desire. Do expect quality, low prices, and great service.
