Food was good kitchen looks clean the lobby and dining room we're not playing service was rude and they messed my order up and for me to be the only one in the dining room it took forever for me to get my order when I let them know it wasn't right it took an extra 30 minutes for me to get the order back fixed

Food was on par. The service was extremely slow. I was able to watch 6 cars place orders, pay, get their food and leave the area before mine came out. Let me be clear, we went in so we could sit down and eat before the hour ride home. There were no cars in the drive thru when I entered the building. Placed my order in a few minutes and sat down. We counted the 6 cars and was wondering why it would take 30min to make 2 quesadillas and 2 soft tacos.

Definitely not stopping again when we head out that way.

Just ate there December 28th 2024 at 1700. Started throwing up at 1900, hugging the toilet at 2127. Yalls app makes reporting the issue impossible.

Taco Bell PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE! Why is it when i order a burrito from any of your establishments here in the past year its always been either i ask for a fork and mix it myself or try to re-roll the burrito and have the stale shell crack and tear but the MAIN ISSUE IS PREPARING: Why are your establishments now serving burritos that are layered.. ive never worked at taco bell and i know weird people exist but no one orders a sour cream burrito or an un melted cheese burrito how about a crunchy spanish rice burrito... why dont these ingrediants get layered so im tasting all in every bite that is the ACTUAL item you market you dont market a cool sides burrito with a different burrito topping only in every layer... whats going on here and why do i pay so much to finish preppmy food better yet why is this allowed in your establishments?

Don’t eat here!!! I knew when the people behind the counter looked cracked out I should have left. My wife and I both got terrible food poisoning from this location. Save yourself!!

Everytime I have gone here it’s awful. Came tonight and it never fails, the order is wrong, found a hair in my sisters food, “they made that right” give them credit where it’s due, but lastly my steak quesadillas look like they got rocked by Mike Tyson. Not to mention I ordered extra stuff on them and was charged for it and never received it. Do not recommend this Taco Bell. Go a bit father to the one on the other side of Dickson

This was a Taco Bell connected to gas station that was very busy along a busy highway! So we tried the new Catina chicken taco, the cooks did a terrible job on putting taco together! Little chicken, and not much of the other ingredients!

I like to buy the Taco Bell seasoning at Walmart I love the seasoning but Taco Bell does not put enough meat in their tacos so I don't go there as much anymore I probably wouldn't go at all if it wasn't for my beautiful wife to be she likes them chalupas I like the chalupas too but that's about it so if you're reading this Taco Bell corporate you need to put more meat in your tacos thank you

I have come here several times, most of the time they ask me to pull up to the window and then come inside so their timer isn’t running. What is the point of having a drive-through? Horrible, horrible service. Don’t even bother trying to use the window

Just meat, very little sour cream, no lettuce asked for lettuce and no tomatoes and got meat, sour cream and tomato’s very little of all… no cinnamon twist but paid for them. Very little chicken in my other food.. can’t read a screen and make what they read.

This is this worse fast food restaurant in Dickson. The service is horrible, they totally ignore you, or treat you rudely if you do not use the kiosk. If you want a glimpse into the future of automated restaurants, go here. They do not act like humans here, it's all very robotic, and they do that poorly as well. Service is terrible, it smells like urine sometimes, and the food is often cold. I delivery for Doordash, and I would not recommend ever ordering from this place

As a vegetarian, it is hard to find options at a food place.

Taco bell has OPTIONS- good and tasty options. It is my go to any time of the day.

Personally wouldn’t go there. Staff is horrible and rude to their customers and employees. Managers don’t assist other employees when busy. Pretty inconsistent. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone driving thru the area.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Placed my order at 7:53pm. Waited until 8:23pm for my order to be started- there was an order for 8 dozen tacos ahead of me. Had I known that, I probably wouldn’t have ordered here. Two crunchy black bean tacos came out perfectly made. But the 4 bean burritos were the worst I have ever seen. I checked them before I left to make sure there was no cheese. No cheese, BUT- where are the beans? Barely any beans all dried up on a hard tortilla. I asked them to re-make them. 10 min later I got nice hefty bean burritos. I opened the burritos to find all 4 of them had cheese. Here I go back to the counter- food prepper sees me and rolls her eyes. Someone comes back and I let them know the problem and they go back to re-make them. At least that’s what I thought. 5 min later I ask about my burritos and they hadn’t started them. By this time it’s been 45 min since I placed my original order. They gave me a refund, no burritos, but I kept the soggy tacos. There should be a sign on the door that says “We take care of drive-thru customers only”. Dining room customers order at your own risk.

Waited in line for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged by the staff. So I asked if someone could take my order, and the other orders for people waiting in line. They said "use the kiosk". I had tried earlier but could not find the new items I was looking for. They said we would just have to wait.... Keep in mind, they had 5 employees and all of them working drive through.

Shame on you!!! There are living breathing customers in your building CHOOSING taco bell over all the authentic Mexican food in town and this is how you treat us?? Don't worry, I won't be back

Service was very slow. They had plenty of staff working, but it still took 25 minutes to get my order. The food was poorly made and undercooked. My stomach has been upset since my visit. Definitely the worst Taco Bell I have experienced.

Using a debit card don't tap yes. I'm glad I had my glasses.
Ask for sauce and they say it's in the bag. It isn't in the bag. Not even 1.

Usually I have fantastic service here but tonight was kind of ridiculous. This is my chicken cheesy Gordita crunch. Lady at the drive thru window was amazing and did a great job.The cook however failed miserably. Since they are closed now I can’t take the order back. Unacceptable.. “Updated!”Came back and they fixed my food and made things right. Amazing management they are just going through training.

We were passing through on our way home. This Taco Bell had fantastic food, service was awesome and food was hot. I had the tacos Supreme all the ingredients was so fresh. A wonderful change and out of the norm for Taco Bell. We had the chicken quesdillas, the bean burritos and soft beef tacos. It did not disappoint.
