Food is delicious. Your customer service in your Dickson TN location is becoming very poor and quickly.

This is the worst pizza in dickson. They have mastered the fewest items on a pizza, and the least amount of pizza sauce. This manager needs another job. Dominos is better pizza than this location. No toppings, no cheese, please go somewhere else, you'll thank us later!

Ordered carryout. Only got half the bread sticks I ordered. The tavern pizza didn't have the pesto on it. But someone initialed the receipt that the ordered was checked and correct. 🙄 Took a chance on eating here and regret it completely. Wasted my money.

Had a whole old school, family friendly vibe(kids coloring pages was a nice touch). Manager on duty was welcoming and friendly. Food was great- first pizza in ages and it didn’t disappoint. I even caught a glimpse of an employee recognition board, and it gave me a sense of camaraderie.

Terrible customer service. I'm not one to ever do this but this is absolutely crazy. I order a pizza at 7:20 or so and am estimated to have have it here at 7:53 not only have I not gotten it at 8:50 but when I called TWICE to see about my order I was put on hold both times and never picked back up. Don't ever waste your time here.

Using door dash has ruined Pizza hut for me(I didn’t order from DD) 45 min after my pizza was picked up my driver came with a cigarette in her mouth and dropped off smashed cold pizza that wasn’t in the warming bags real hourly paid employees use. Smoking while holding the pizza right in front of a camera is goofy too

I just made an order on the Pizza Hut app at 7pm and it’s 9pm now and they still haven’t delivered it. It says “in the oven” and when I called for a refund they hung up as soon as I said refund. It really broke my heart considering i used to be a proud Pizza Hut worker. Like you could have at least refunded me or said no..smh

Dear momma i found someone as rude as you. Called to see what deal they had, he asked for delivery or pick up I stated pick up. He asked for name and phone number so I restated I was just curious the deals first, and click he hung up. Pizza and wings were fairly good and quick BUT, very few toppings on pizza to be a supreme and apparently they only do takeout, wife and I said we're gonna dine in, no menus, tableware or napkins and they brought food out in Togo boxes,, you have to order at register now and pay right then, I'll stick to the Centerville hut or Domino's from now on. Prices were also kinda high, LG pizza w/ wings was $50, You can get more for less at Domino's, usually a pizza, wings, cheesy bread and side sauces are less than $40

In a county of scrappy customer service, this Pizza Hut is AHMAZING!!!! Hospitality and fast workers make for the perfect combination in an area that lacks so much of it. The pizza i ordered was cooked at least 10 minutes before the time it should have been for my pick up time. It was like it set in a hot box waiting for me. They were out of some ingredients i wanted and the once they did add was very sparing on the application of them. I miss the Old Pizza Hut and the buffet. Not a fan of the new steel tables and buffet table used as a catch all they have now.

We ordered online and around 30 minutes after our food was supposed to be delivered we called and asked why it was taking so long. The food had been done and was left in the carry out section. They said they would send a driver immediately with our food. It took another 45 minutes and the food was terrible. We live 8 minutes away. We will not be ordering from here again

Ordered for delivery at 6pm. 8pm our food still had not arrived, I had been calling and calling and no one ever answered the phone. I had to drive to the restaurant resolve this, it is completely unacceptable for it to take 2 hours and no one ever call you to let you know something!

Well, we were here on a Friday night, and the staff were very busy, but were very pleasant and helpful. We did wait for an hour before receiving our food, but it was very good. We both are vividly familiar with what they all were dealing with, having worked in restaurants, ourselves.

Haven't been there since they moved. Everything was so nice and clean. Staff is very friendly even when my granddaughter decided she'd try to run in the kitchen and help. Some people would have had a heart attack but they quickly cut her off so she didn't make it far

We had the pizza delivered. Wasn't very warm, wasn't crunchy crust (we got thin). Of 3 pizzas the only one you could really taste the sauce on was the cheese pizza. The breadsticks were good but we ordered cheesy and they gave us regular. This was our first time getting pizza hut after many years and probably won't order it again.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly here. They are always super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and pricing. The dine in is spotless when I come in. The managers always make sure I have everything I need and ask if there’s anything else they can do. This location has always been a favorite but since new management took over, it’s been even better. I love that my food always comes out accurate and hot. They never forget the little things like sides and sauces.

Only live 4 miles from pizza hut and they say they don’t deliver, I can’t fix this problem, because all of their calls now go to a call center in India. Can’t even get a hold of the store nowadays. Pitiful.

I was in the mood for pasta. Not many options in town so I checked out Pizza Hut. I ordered online and the food was just coming out of the oven when I arrived. I couldn’t finish the amount of food and for $8.99 I feel like this is one of the best values around these days.
Even a sub sandwich is that much. Heck I paid almost $10 for a McDonald’s burger the other day. There was a large pasta bowl with meats and plenty of cheese. Then 4 (or maybe 5) large garlic breadsticks.
In todays world, $9 won’t get you much. But this pasta bowl was delicious, and the best value I’ve gotten in a long time. Thanks Pizza Hut!
Food was obviously hot and fresh and the man who handed me the food was very hospitable.
I’ll be back.

Had the absolute BEST customer service! The cashier helped get us the biggest discounts. When the order came out, there was a miscommunication and they not only fixed it but gave us extra. “Zack” was the gentleman who brought our food out and made the correction. He made sure my family and I had everything we needed and then some. They definitely deserve this 5 star today and the friendly service by ALL the staff is a rareity these days!

I work with special needs adults. We recently went to the Dickson, TN Pizza Hut and had an incredible experience! The whole team at this store was so welcoming and kind to my clients. The store manager, Tracy, came out and greeted each person in the dining room and was unbelievably sweet to them. Often times when we are out in the community, the demographic I work with is not always made to feel like welcomed. I truly appreciate the genuine heart this store showed our group! Also, the pizza was fresh and hot. The whole visit exceeded our expectations. Thank you again Tracy & Team for the terrific lunch!

I love this Pizza Hut. We have ordered carry out from here 3 times in the past month. When I go to pick it up, it is always hot. The pizza is always exactly what we ordered and it looks and smells amazing. The staff is friendly and kind. Josie is always happy and smiling and she ALWAYS ensures my happiness before my leaving. We will be returning to this location many more times in the future.

Got majority of order wrong. Given another persons order I'm guessing even though told what they give me is what they made because it came up on their screen for that. However they give me a receipt with correct information for what I ordered. Not to mention I used a My Reward for "Free Breadsticks" only for the app to charge $3.19 as an additional fee? Not a good experience.

Been a while since I visited a Pizza Hut. Was disappointed that they didn’t have fountain drinks but the wings were tasty and I love the new Cajun dry rub. My wife had a Hawaiian pizza and enjoyed it. The staff was extremely friendly.

The girl working during the weekday lunch hours is one of the hardest working restaurant staff I have seen.

Update: Feb, 2022

Sumiden Wire placed an order at 11:30 am for a 10:00 pm pickup to conduct an employee meeting.

Upon arrival, I gave my credit card to pay, the payment was processed, and as the employee was handing my credit card to me, the manager came to the window screaming at us, cussing at us, and threatening to call the police.

I had my 3 grandchildren, ages 1, 3, 7 in the car with me as this man was cussing at us.

I have done this 3 other times this month with zero issue.

I have never witnessed this level of unprofessional behavior from staff, especially from a manager.

We contacted Buffalo Wild Wings, who were more than helpful in helping me conduct business on behalf of my company
