Goodwill Retail Store

A much better Goodwill than most, this one has tons of Nerf, action figures, and doesn't smell like the other Goodwills that I've been to. The employees are friendly, shelves are well stocked, and the store is clean!

They are over priced. Most items cost more than new. When confronted they said that it's not my responsibility I won't be coming back here. The photos here show an original price of 10 bucks and they were charging 13. This is common on every item in the store. They have lost my business.

I’ve been to hundreds of goodwills all over the place and this is a first seeing them mark up kids books (which are stated to only be .99 on their sign) marked 1.99 or 2.99 just because it’s not destroyed. This is definitely a personal choice of this specific goodwill which is why I can review this. Everything goodwill is donated FOR FREE but especially kids books should not be marked up. You’re making it harder for parents to buy their kids good quality books for personal gain. These were given to you for free

This is one of those don’t ever buy any appliances, lamp anything from them warnings on this particular iron I got a ma’am, we test all of our appliances. I personally watch them test them from a management lady that’s not really good at what she does. And had it hidden buy a piece of plastic.

One of the better goodwills I've been to! Very kind staff, I wish I gotten their names but the younger gentleman who checked up on us and the older lady at the cash register was wonderful! Had some good finds too!

The manager Lori refused to sell me an item… she yelled at me for not knowing an unposted policy that the item was not for sale … I could try tomorrow… arriving the next day I was scolded again and was told she didn’t have time to do it and I was to came back … another employee explained the scam to me . And when I returned the employee explained she was going to reprice the item to get more money… the manager was unable to verbally explain clearly how and why she refused to sale it to me .. possibly a scam

To donate items, you must separate items. For a company that pays its employees low wages and gets enormous profits, this is ridiculous. They are trying to squeeze every dime out of donated items by doing the bare minimum. Do not go here if you have a lot to donate.

Goodwill is my favorite place to shop. You never know what you're going to find! I always go straight to the Houseware section and I have found countless unique items to use as displays in the local small business I work at. (And people compliment them all of the time)
The employees at this Goodwill are the best! Natalie is definitely my favorite cashier. She's so sweet & helpful! Sekiya, Chelsea, Libby & Jay are all really sweet & very helpful too.
I always leave Goodwill with a smile and they are the reason! 🙂 Goodwill's employees are what makes shopping there so great!

Not sure what’s happened in the last couple months but this place has started pricing their items at insane pricing! The shoes are laughable, almost every pair $12-20+. I get it if a really nice pair comes through to sell but $20 for a beat pair of chucks or standard running shoes?
I travel a lot for work in Tennessee Kentucky and Alabama and this has to be the highest pricing I’ve seen at any goodwill, and it wasn’t this way a few months ago. The racks are getting so full you can barley flip through them as stuff isn’t selling obviously.
Greedy management here for sure. Stay off eBay looking at prices and price the stuff to sell.

They have good stuff and the store is clean, but they desperately need more cashiers. For the money, they charge, they should be able to afford it. I go for the used, discontinued toys to use for work, but have had to leave empty handed again today because there was only the one elderly cashier and a line going halfway to the back of the store. Someone please apply!

Great stuff, great prices, clean and orderly store. Nice employees. They reorganized the store recently, and it makes it easier to find what you need.

Update: they're rearranged the store, and some things are easier to navigate, but kids clothes are all mixed as far as the sizes. 😐

place does have a smell as a previous review stated. very limited selection even though the donation spot was very busy. only seen 3 elderly ladies working. checkout was pretty slow. not mt favorite goodwill, now the ones in northern Florida were amazing!

i like this store but the heavy set short dark haired cashier shorted my change back by 5 xollars . i agreed to up my purchase by 5 cents for donation so tge total was 24 dollars i gave her a 10 and a 20 she gave me 1 dollar back i told her was incorrect but she ignored me and while this was going on she was talking to a young man whi was also asking her questjons about what does goodwill stand for and his job ect. she compmetely blew me off so i guess i will videotape. frim niw on

I am a student and because I am only doing school online they don’t give me an ID and because of that I tried to explain to the lady that I don’t get one she just kept telling me she couldn’t give me the discount then proceeded to tell me to go tell Nashville State to give me an ID. Never once have I been asked for my ID or does anywhere around the store or anything does it say you have to have an ID. Won’t be shopping here anymore.

This is the best run Goodwill store I’ve been to. The assistant manageger , the tall man with blonde hair, was so helpful jumping in to take over where needed. I will always shop there whenever I am passing through.

I love Goodwill as I love to thrift shop. Today, I found more stuff than I've ever found there - mainly in shoes. Furniture was a little bare. The only thing I really wish they'd do is organize the kids clothes by size.

The shelves were basically nothing but junk except for clothing. I was shocked since the last time my husband and I was there about 6 months ago. I truly hope things improve soon.

Crazy or just absurdly rude employee. Medium length curly brunette. Flipped out on me for going into the side room behind the air curtain. They used to have books and furniture in that area, and I was hoping to find a chair. You would think I had barged into the women's restroom or something. Hollering at me like that. A simple employees only sign would be helpful in keeping folks from going in. I won't ever go back. Flippin insane ppl.

I was told items price had been changed and was $2.00 more, stating price marked on bottom. When I get home I look. To my surprise NOTHING!
I saw items with stickers from store marked higher than new!!
People dropping items off but shelves are bare.
I'll drive to Clarksville or Bellevue going forward

This Goodwill is the worst one in this area. Mismanaged. Never enough staff, and the place is always trashed. It's only 30 minutes from my house, and I drive 2 hours to Lawrenceburg to the Goodwill. The people are friendly and the store is always stocked and things in order.

I can never find anything worth buying here.
Clothes are okay, furniture selection is mediocre at best, and the aisles that contain kitchenwares and kids items seems trashed and gross. Once I made it to that section of the store I decided to leave...it was cringe-worthy.
The people working here seem nice and helpful though. I just wish the store organization wasn't so dumpy.

Driver over an hour yesterday for the 50% off sale, only to be told in checkout that ALL sales are suspended indefinitely!!! They get ALL merchandise donated to them, and while yes they employ people and have rent, electric etc THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Outraged that this company continues to be greedy after being ousted by several non profits for years!

The lady in the back drop off area was RUDE, and acted upset that we were even there! We had 3 large bags,like outdoor trash bag big. We hit a small bit of rain for less than 5 min. She RUDLY of course said she needed to inspect the bags. No big deal... The top article of clothing was wet but now she didn't even want to look further. That's okay I will take these many dollars worth of under armour clothing to helping hands! Please don't be RUDE to people giving you FREE items to make other people pay for!!! I will no longer give2goodwill!!!!! That's all it takes is one jerk!

Used to be great. Now racks are bare despite record # of people donating. Finding too many dirty things and they must not be using air fresheners anymore because store smells. Very disappointed has declined so much.

I’m moving had 3 very large nice mirrors and other things and he would not accept them said they had to many now not selling. What goodwill turn donations down, really! Someone may want to talk to this guy!!!!!

Some prices are way too high.

I have noticed that there are no longer any items priced less than $1.99. The only time anything is 99¢ is when it is the color of the special tag of the day. It also seems like everything is getting more and more expensive. My son found a game he wanted, Uno Jenga, that someone had donated as yard sale leftovers. The yard sale sticker for $1 was still on the box right above the Goodwill sticker for $2.99, they could have at least removed the yard sale sticker!

on june 5 i was walking by and saw that someone donated a couple of framed photo's. i began to ask about them and expressed interest in purchasing tjem an hour or so later i returned to find an exorbitant pice on them.tje original store's price was still on them new they were $44. goodwill priced them at$29. that's goodwill"s way of saying. f-you to their customers .i bet those frames are going to be there for awhile, nobody in their right mind would pay that kinda price. i feel that i shouldn't of expressed interest..

Customer service is decent, I understand they help people who other wise wouldn't have a job,Have One. Kudos on that, but let's rethink our pricing scheme. Holes or huge stains should have their own separate classification outside of the "things people might actually wear" Price's have also shotup since I went a few years ago.
