Immediately after I filled up my tank my dash light came on saying water and a tank. Was stuck on the side of the road for a whole weekend due to me having to pump out the gas and the water in the tank. Did not take accountability. Which I expect because it's a large company. Also was told by the general manager that a few days prior or week prior they had the diesel pumps moving slow due to their being cloud filters and contaminants in the fuel. I will never go to another pilot gas station Love's is better

Located just outside of Nashville, along the Music Highway! Plenty of car/truck/RV parking. Wendy's and Bojangles. Washers, dryers and showers. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!"

Rewards program was extremely hard to access, and then only gave us 5 cents off instead of 10. By the time we'd realized this, we'd spent so much time trying to get the rewards to register that we were pressed for time to get back on the road and didn't have time to go in and have them correct it. We're experiencing this at lots of Pilots and are using them less and less bc of this...

My parents had the most wonderful experience here. The service was outstanding, there was no hesitation in helping an accessible needs person. The young man was kind and thoughtful, and helped relieve some stress on a very long trip. The shower room was extremely clean, and my mom can't say enough good things about the young man who helped. Unfortunately she did not catch his name.

Very nice travel station and the bathrooms are decent. They have a fast food restaurant here, there is a cinnabon, a hot soup station and they serve pizza as well. A little bit of everything for sale so if you need it they probably have what you need. I was a little turned around looking for the register but I was probably tired and sleepy so I will not count that against the store and the layout. Also, they were pretty busy when we were there and the lines moved pretty quick.

I was parked behind the trucks blocking no one many trucks parked next to me, the guy came and said you can’t park here it is a reserve parking which made no sense cuz there was no where written that it is a reserved area. They just don’t respect drivers at all

I am a female truck driver, and I got up early to use the showers. Upon entering first thing I noticed was poop stains in the toilet. For the amount of money we pay for showers, it should be an expectation that they be clean and excrement free.

Buy food from actual food store. Not from gas stations.. I think Owners of Pilots and flyingJ’s are getting more greedy for money, they charge for dressing too now . $0.50c with pizza . No limits of greediness. Shame ……

Place sucks! Always dirty. Pumps never have paper for receipts. Inside is mostly self serve checkout so good luck getting a receipt there too.

I know this is odd but the guy cleaning the bathrooms was amazing! He was cleaning and welcoming everyone that came in. Bathroom was super clean.

Small truck stop but this is the only pilot that i know that has i think 8 bathrooms. That is convinient for truck drivers. The only down side is when i got there there showers were down.

Bathrooms are kept clean 👌 also you can always find something healthy to make a meal with. Coffee ☕ is good and fresh. Fontain drinks are good, but most of all the people serving you are always friendly and helpful.

Came here 18August around 11am to get some gas on pump 20. It pumped super slow and didn’t automatically cut off, causing gasoline to spill all over the side of my car and me (who is pregnant!). I had to throw out my clothes. I reported this to a staff member whose only response was “again? That’s the second time today”.. No “sorry”, no refund, and I didn’t even see them go out to clean or secure the pump in any way.

3 stars. Do not come expecting to find any free parking. Expect that to be taken by plenty of asshats who drop trailers and use the lot as their personal storage unit when they are home.

If you do stop at this Pilot Station don't bother going to the Wendy's there as they are absolutely lazy and obviously don't care whether you get served or not! The same thing goes for the Pilot Station itself. If you have to get gas, pay at the pump and shop elsewhere. Worst service I've ever had at a Pilot store.

All I needed was a hot shower…. Not getting one of those here. Shower water is by far the most consistent cold showers I have seen.. this stop is going on the do not go section!!!!! Wish I could get my credit back!!!!

When to wendy's stood in line 15 mins. Management said cant take no more orders. So when over to the pilot side to git food. No ones paying attention. The self check out machines no working. Mixed experience.
The coffee was very good and fresh, at 1 am on Memorial Day Sunday. I paid cash for it.

Gas price was the lowest around by up to 30c, so I went to get half a tank (10gals or so). I did my usual and chose to use my credit card. Usually simple, but in this case it was suspicious and strange.
I completed the usual security protocols correctly, but the message on the pump told me to go see the cashier. I didn't want to do that because it usually means paying in advance for an unknown amount of gas and making the whole thing more complicated, so I immediately canceled the transaction without even getting close to completing and the pump starting up to give me any gas. The pump acknowledged my cancel.

Later that day my credit card company emailed me to confirm that the canceled transaction of $151 was genuine. Nope, it wasn't a hold... so I don't know how a transaction that never happened could be for such a strange amount as $151... but I have a great relationship with my credit card co. and the transaction stayed canceled.
Makes me wonder what is happening at the pumps. Didn't detect a card skimmer.... something smells about the whole thing.

My husband purchased stuff from the store and it was expired and was told they couldn't exchange or give a refund and when I called about it they were very rude about it and hung up on me. Will not be back here and do not recommend.. better just to go to a whole other gas station for your needs

The worst service I have ever gotten at a pilot. 4 people at the counter area think one was the manager. Only one person was helping customers. I am a trucker so self check out does fill my needs. Besides if I do self service I should get a discount.

Occasionally go here to use showers. They have raised the price, which I understand. However, showers only reach lukewarm temperature. When you complain, the staff doesn't care or offer refund. I bring my own towels thank God. Last time I went there was a huge greasy handprint on "clean" towel. Toilet filthy. I don't mind the fact that price went up but I do expect it to be clean and have hot water.🤢🤮

Nice Pilot store it was clean. I did inform a young girl working today that one stall in the women's room needed attention. She then proceeded to tell me that the truck drivers mess up all the bathrooms and do not know how to use the toilet properly. I did clue her in that I was in fact in one of those trucks. I do not make messes nor do a majority of the drivers. She then tried to back pedal her comments about professional drivers. Went on to complain that customers getting coffee or other drinks disorganize sugar, creamers etc and she has to straighten it out. Maybe the retail industry isn't for her.

All around decent truck stop, be cautious of parking in the back lot they don’t enforce anything on the infamous “make my own spot” guys. There will be so many parked perpendicular in front of the back row you can’t get out. You will have to wake someone up. Last night I had one of the unfortunate truckers that just didn’t care, almost hit me backing up took him 45 min to straight back, then was woke up by a loud crunch at 4am and luckily enough he only crushed my mirror in and my hood was fine. He had left the scene rather quickly. Good luck. Love self check out employees are too slow anyway thank you!

As a sprinter van trucker, this was one of the worst gas stations I've stayed at. There is no trucker lounge, the only place to sit down is in the Wendy's which has solid wood seats meaning the only place you can sit on is literally you might as well sit on the ground because you have no choice or else you're going to be outside and over 100° weather. This was terrible and I will never stay at this gas station again I will try to find something else where I can actually sit down inside an ac. Without completely screwing up my back.

Decent little Pilot. Not much for health food options. Disappointed no PJ Fresh salads. Coffee was excellent employees were pleasant. Prices reasonable. The parking was insane. Resevered parking on app before noon and all were taken up by the time we got there around 2100. Attendants said to park wherever so we did.Drivers had actually blocked off fuel lanes with cones and parked behind them. Super smart. Might give that a try next time. 😉

They took out the counter and replaced it with self check. The people working stood at the pizza counter, I waited for her to walk to the only checkout register too check me out. I don't work for pilot and will not check myself out. WILL NOT BE BACK, LOVES truckstops from now on.

When Trucking and traveling with family I use Pilot exclusively because it's a one stop shop. Always fast, friendly and in/ out just like it should be! They are Covid-19 aware and sanitize all day preventing spread of the virus

Restroom dirty before 7am when nobody is even in it which is the perfect time to clean it even though attendant was present. Illegal parking so bad that maneuvering to fuel pump was not easy . Lit dirty. Bags of trash between pumps. Pump handles broken. Customer service at counter was a plus but location definitely needs a pep talk

Well you know I love their pizzas especially the breakfast ones but the problem is I come through at 7 in the morning and there's no hot food up. There's two burritos and a muffin under the warmer and that's it. It's supposed to be a travel center open 24 hours a day but at 7 in the morning there's no hot food. I just know I can't stop there in my mornings now

Stop here to put air in my tires on the diesel side none of the air hoses work all of them are brokenand at the same time you have to maintenance men changing out the trash cans as if it really takes two people to change the trash but no one's taking the time out to fix the air hoses!! (Unbelievable) 👎🤯👎
