These ladies are wonderful. The manager, Suzette, is always so pleasant and helpful. The store is very organized and clean. Someone always says hello when you walk in.

Came in today for the first time. I must say my shopping experience was great. I received great customer service from Aurora. The store itself is beautiful. It's large, well organized and tons of neat gifts, candles and so much more.. I will definitely shop here again.

I had to think a long time about leaving his review, but based on the service the past few years i think this review is relevant. I have been patronizing Trudy's Hallmark since Galaxy Hallmark (best store) closed. I purchase a large amount (>$500) of Christmas ornaments every year. We love creating our wishlist and anticipating the upcoming Christmas ! My husband and I love Hallmark and have collected them for over 30 years. The past 2-3 years has been less than ideal at Trudy's. They have lost my Christmas wishlist or "never" received it. We have missed out on ornament favorites each year. Being a member of Keepsake, my wishlist has been submitted electronically or printed and submitted. The special opening for members was not festive, enjoyable, or anything to recommend. Unfortunately, we lost out on ornaments in our collection. Now we have to try to find that special Hallmark Crown store that has that Holiday spirit of helpfulness and caring. Wish Trudy's hadn't lost that customer service and spirit.

I love the Hallmark store but every single time I've came in this store the older woman working here follows me around to the point I always feel uncomfortable shopping. It's not fun shopping feeling like you're being watched. She's made comments to my kids about them needing to put stuff back and watches them like a hawk. I make my kids behave, I can handle my own kids.

Store manager (marissa?) was incredibly rude to my friend for 0 reason. She made a snide comment about “leaving some for other people” because my friend asked about an item on the back counter. We were only buying 2 squish each (2 different styles) and were not shelf clearing by any stretch of the imagination. We go here semi frequently to buy these plushies as they release different styles often and we both collect them. We were friendly and polite, and I’m so confused as to why she was so rude. I’ve worked in customer service my entire teens & adult life so I understand it can be stressful and people can be horribly rude to employees, but we were polite, quiet, friendly at the register and were careful to not waste their time. Incredibly uncalled for. I pity other collectors who come to this location.

Staff was very attentive and helpful when I entered the store, but when I tried to get my purchases rang up, it became Three Stooges time. They fumbled and bumbled helplessly because of some computer malfunction ('It's not us, it's Hallmark" one of them explained to the customers piling up. Uh, Aren't YOU "Hallmark"?). I gave them my email and phone # so they could send me my receipt that they were unable to print. That was on 11/9/21, and I still have yet to receive it. Most egregious of all--I wasn't given a gold seal for the greeting card I bought. Might as well had gotten it at Walgreens!

Very neat, great customer service, calm environment, not busy, and able to shop with peace and mind along with being able to think clear when shopping. They offer great gifts you could buy a graduate, a colleague, family, etc. Wonderful experience! 🤗

I usually truly enjoy going to my local Hallmark during the holiday season. I'm sad to say that streak ended today. I ordered an item as a gift for my wife online and chose to pick up in store. When I went to pick up the item, It was given to me lose without a box. When I asked about the box for the item I ordered I was told that I shouldn't expect a box. Why in the world would an order placed online that was shipped to store not be delivered with a box? I understand if it was a display that was sold as is, but I ordered the item new from hallmark's webpage. The staff graciously told me that I could purchase the box if I wanted it. I was taken back and didn't know how to respond honestly. I will not be going back to this location again. It is worth driving 10 miles to go to a store that doesn't mistreat it's customers and try and rip them off charging for boxes that the customer should get with the item ordered (retail packaging). AVOID!

This is store is by far my favorite one ever. The manager, Sherri, is truly amazing and so very helpful. I rather come to this location than the one in Webster. I always feel welcomed walking in.

Now, that I have found this hallamrk in League City I will no longer have to go to the Webster location. The Webster location is unfriendly and never have the knowledge of the cards I’m looking for at the time. The League City Hallmark the employees help me to get in and out.

This is a smaller Hallmark and they didn't have many "American" related gifts but the employees were FABULOUS. One lady spent all the time I was there looking for a particular card that I saw on the Hallmark internet. She even sat down on the floor going through the cards and FINALLY found it!! Not only do I love her for that but she happened to remember an Americana plaque that had just come in, that I instantly loved and bought it. The card and plaque were a huge hit for my neighbor who became an American citizen the next day. Thank You Hallmark!! I might suggest to always have a few "American" gifts people could buy in each store!
