March 27 @ 6:50pm, at the checking out and the cashier did this to the purse I was buying. she turned around to get the that tag off you know that thing that makes noise and I was like what is she doing and why is she hiding, but was my fault for not checking it after she handed me the bag. Made me so sad cause I really love this bag. She could have at least says sorry or get something else but she still handed me the bag.

As a man, Dd's is ok. It has a variety of clothes and other miscellaneous items. Perhaps is may be the Holiday season but, I couldn't help feeling like Daffy Duck coming out of his dressing room... too crowded and wanting to step outside to change my mind.

Went by last Thursday. The cashier that came in to help out the other cashier was in a hurry I guess. She charged me and called the next person while I had just placed my card to pay. Then she said the receipt is there. So I had to grabbed the receipt. There was only about 3 people behind me.

This is my first time shopping here and I just witnessed what looked like the manager of the store and an employee yelling at each other over scheduling hours right by the checkout registers. In front of a line of customers.. It is Dec 9th @ 10:54am. The manager is a light complected older woman with glasses. She then proceeded to attend to the next customer in line, which asked to see if the store offered discounts for damaged (dirty) merchandise that she was purchasing as a Gift. In which the manager replied that they Didn’t allow discounts with a smirky and condescending tone, adding she could just wash the garment instead Or shouldn’t be buying damaged merchandise as a gift to anyone any way.. 😧 By far the worst working environment I’ve ever observed and lack of people skills and professionalism by a manager on duty.
