Walmart Supercenter

Great experience everything is pretty much stocked,the store seems clean and organized! Great Halloween section as well! Clearance section is worth it got a comfortable pair of sleep shorts for $3 and two pairs of sleep pants for $4 each of Lilo and stitch and one of Garfield! Customer service was great, they helped me do an exchange in little to no time . The customer service line was short and they worked pretty fast. Self checkout line was easy to use and the attendant was on standby ,ready and willing to help in case the machine gave me an issue. The greeters at the exit were also very friendly and drew a smiley face on my receipt. Great shopping experience overall.

I would rate it 5 but honestly they have very poor scheduling, for some reason I've talked to a few managers, asking for employment opportunities!!
They say they aren't hiring because they are over staffed!!!
Yet most of the time the self checkout is always open with huge lines, registers are off
Items are being stolen, opened or if not
Missing stuff from it
Walmart should start giving customers discount whenever they do self-checkout!!!
It's literally stupid and very pathetic!!
Very poor and inefficient!!!
Lines are crazy long!!
Then they complain about items being stolen or ringing up the wrong prices!!
🤔 i mean they have the money, staff and equipment
Shouldn't be any excuses!!

I hate to give this place 3 stars because they are really awesome, but went in today and found out cooperate told them to close down half of the registers. This was against the management here and the way they run the store. Cooperate told them they had too many registers open, now lines are forever long. Typical Walmart cooperate policies, so dumb.

We were out in the boonies east of us, and we needed cash. My son ran in and got some frozen vegetables, sliced real cheese, & thick cut inexpensive bologna. He got cash back at register. Knowing him I assume he used the self-checkout. This store is one of the usual JUMBO Walmarts. I personally prefer the Neighborhood Walmarts, but the big stores like this have literally everything you might need, like the bygone Department Stores.

1/10/25 we rarely get cold temperatures in the Valley but today warranted turning the heat on for your hard working employees and paying customers. The store is freezing!!!

So disappointed in Walmart this Christmas season. Lines in the self serve area with only half the tills open. So they want us to cash ourselves out and make us lineup to do it.

bad customer service. 25 oct 2024 today i saw the same from some employee as I was leaving an old man was asking were to buy a hand pump tire inflator the employee told him he does not work that section. I turned around and showed him were.

Cosmetic cases all with locks and no one around to open them.

I live in Florida, just visiting... The Donna Supercenter is clean, employees are kind and helpful... I did not check the restroom this trip... Oh the only weird thing is the Pharmacy drive thru is on the right side of the building (facing from the front) but when you go inside the pharmacy is all the way on the left side near the front. So your scripts are transported how? Bank deposit vacuum tube?

Went to the Walmart in Donna Tx. Today, wow
I was extremely impressed with how well maintained and how neatly the entire store was. I’m from Weslaco Tx and I love going to this Walmart as well as the Weslaco Walmart.
I’ve quit shopping at HEB.
Prices and quality of products are amazing at Walmart.
Tired of HEB brand.

It's a resourceful store, but All that Stuff about workers waiting or standing at the entrance doors of the store just to Inspect your ticket to make sure people aren't stealing is Honestly a bit Degrading to us Fellow Customers...it makes us Customers feel like Ex-convicts or criminals when a Walmart employee Stops us to check our grocery Ticket.... It is quite Insulting for us Hard working people.
