Pretty lonely in the mornings but more sellers and buyers arrive a little later. Around 9 am it's when you start seeing more people. I was surprised there were designated parking spots for handicap

We ate at Biscuits & Gravey. Great place a small family owned restaurant. Excellent food, great atmosphere, clean, friendly staff. Fantastic place for breakfast or lunch especially if you like to take your time eating and not feel rushed. Feel welcome as the lady owner comes around and talks to you. We are from Illinois and are thrilled we found this family oriented restaurant. Thanks Biscuits & Gravey!

Loved the merchandise, new and used. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Delicious breakfast and lunches, many ethnic types of foods.
Vendors are kind and friendly. I love the stalls with shade, it really makes a difference. Lots of restrooms and places to wash your hands.

Big selection of items to buy. Wednesday is the best day to go. The largest number of vendors are there then. Got lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Lots of flea market/garage sale type items too.

Do go to often, but when I do I go for produce as it is far less expensive than at the grocery store. What I'm not crazy about are the gentleman at the parking area taking up all the close parking space. I'm handicapped and sometimes have to park far away because of them. I'm referring to the ones installing wipers and what have you and don't seem to understand the work No!

Stopped by at a small hotdog/hamburger stand. It was in the afternoon.
We got hot dogs with bacon pieces, fries, hamburger and sodas. Fries were sooo delicious.
We will come back.

Hell yeah Val verde is the place to be at when you got extra cash and don’t have no where else to go. Bunch of people out selling fruits in a cup or agua frescas. Gorditas de azúcar great to just get away also clean for a flea market workers always going around picking up trash

I liked it. I got a DVD/CD player for five disks for 5 bucks and a VCR for 8. great condition. Then I searched far and wide and last second found a cassette player that is also a CD player! five bucks but I am awaiting my arrival to mt domain to test out if the cassette player works. I hope so. If not I'm gonna come back and give this place one star. Haha im kidding but yeah it feels like home, a real pulga.
