There is always something missing in orders or they are completely wrong. My sandwich was handed to me like this: sloppy, soggy and completely wrong. Came in for the Avocado Toast 🤤. Was a phenomenal hit to both my taste buds and my pocket. 3.49 for so much flavor and a healthy breakfast has me leaving with a huge smile. My server Shyanne was so helpful in recommending the Garden edition . Thanks Shyanne!

My mom ordered a grilled cheese from here. She was less than satisfied, and if you take a look at the photo I’m sure you can see why. To serve this to someone who paid you for it is actually offensive, if it wasn’t done against my mom I’d get a good chuckle out of this tbh

Went thru the drive thru for sourdough bread and hot chocolate,it was raining and cold. Miriam was amazing. Asked if they had a tip jar and she said no it was a pleasure to serve you tip is not needed! Dianella brought the bread and she was also very professional. Panera you have amazing employees

The food is fine but no one would give m my coffee when i am handicapped. I almost burned my hand from having to get my coffee myself.
I clearly put the note in my online order for dine in. They looked at me and just gave me a cup.
I don't want to call anyone out but there needs to be ADA accommodation for someone who clearly has trouble walking an carrying hot liquids.

There is always something missing in orders or they are completely wrong. My sandwich was handed to me like this: sloppy, soggy and completely wrong. Drive thru took a long time when there was no line inside or out. Ordered an Avocado Spinach sandwich and was confused when I got my sandwich and there was 0 spinach. Had to go into the store where it took forever to be greeted and then was told they don’t have spinach anymore. Would have been nice to know when I ordered “SPINACH and avocado breakfast sandwich.”

The lady in the cashier was nice but the lady who made our'e sandwiches not very nice.Our'e half sandwiches were plain.Stuck a chunk of chicken and bbq sauce and soup was cold.I was charge 30.00 for two orders.Very expensive for half sandwiches I'm not going back.Panera is not the same they hired people that doesn't take their job serious.And they don't care how they fix your food.Very disappointed 😑

Besides this place going downhill now. They're charging, you more and giving you less. I used to get a bowl bowl of chicken noodle soup. Now I get one, it's barely got any noodles in it and a little broth plus the bow is only three fourths full. I don't know how they can say they can satisfy their customers. Found out from an employee, they only get two scoops in their container, and that's it.Well, this is what the two scoops looks like it ain't s***. You get a bowl 2/3 full. That's itThere isn't even hardly anything in it. I want to take a picture but it won't let me lucky dam.But I refuse to eat there anymore because they're charging more for the food and giving you less.

Just - nope. Upon pulling up, there was a sign on the drive-thru speaker saying it didn’t work, must order at window. We pulled around and waited 15 mins behind another car. The drive thru window is right next to the dumpster, so there’s a lovely view of all the garbage getting thrown away. We waited another 15 mins to get food. They said they were out of the Asiago bread I ordered, 5 mins later said they were out of the Brioche bread I substituted. Offered me plain white bread, which I mistakenly agreed to, but wasn’t interested in at all. If I hadn’t invested so much time there, I would’ve just went somewhere else. Got home just to discover the sandwich was miniature, DRY, and completely missing the sausage and aioli sauce. Pissed, I went back. They remade the sandwich on Asiago bread, which they apparently were never out of. They offered a pastry and drink for the troubles, which I really appreciated. The new sandwich was just as dry as the first, bland, and bread on the burnt side. I appreciated the effort to make the issue right, but I will not be back to this location, nor ordering breakfast at any Panera Bread location again.

The main issue is the disorganization with our order and lack of coffee. I had to request two items they forgot or were not aware belonged to my order. I had to request for my coffees and water. The coffee itself was cold. When I complained they started making a new pot but it took so long that we finished our meal and never got the coffee. They did give me a water battle replacement. A very bad experience for us and it's hard to return to this location... Our table was also dirty but we managed to clean it ourselves.

There's always something missing from your order, if it's take-out. And the pieces of bread (baguette) on the side have gotten very small. Disappointed. Do you think we don't notice things like that?
I updated my comments to lower my review of your "service," if you call it that. I get these emails from Panera about these wonderful specials, so today I go in to take advantage of one of the offers. But I am told, no, you can't order that for that price HERE, you have to order it on the app, then you can pick it up here. That is really stupid. You lost a customer because I couldn't remember my password, so I walked out. You used to take the offer code at the register. Why not now? Here, let's improve our service by making it more difficult for our customers to get our food. SMH

Ordered a chicken sandwich with very little to no chicken. Another time it was a little avocado with the avocado peel inside a sandwich that was supposedly call avocado melt. I am so disappointed that Panera quality has reduced so drastically. Panera has always been my to go breakfast spot even as a college student. I will not be patronizing Panera again.

this place is right by my job so i go every single day and get me a green tea, every time the employees are the nicest. today the kid in the drive thru i guess knew i like extra sugar cane syrup in my tea and let me know so sweetly they ran out. i just think its sweet these people remember what their guest like. 12 stars lol

Ordered on DoorDash. The Bistro French soup was black and tasted like garbage. Also the order was not ready when the dasher arrived. Order placed at 12:56 pm and estimated time to deliver was 1:21. Food delivered at 2:12 at no fault to doordash, I tried to call the restaurant to see what the hold up was, but no one ever answered. Please avoid this Panera bread!

This place has really gone down hill. Last time I went inside their ceiling was leaking everywhere and they were still serving food. The past 2 times in the drive thru, no one greets you and they just throw the food at you once they do finally come to the window. Today I went for old times sake for a bagel and hot coffee and it took 20 minutes, me telling the manager, to finally get my order and both things were wrong. Needless to say I will not be returning.

This location is soooo slow. Today will be my last time coming here. They put kiosks at the entrance so you can order like a McDonald's but without McDonald's speed. Dine in, carry out doesn't matter. Make sure you've 20/30 min to waste if you come here.

One of the dirtiest Panera Bread Stores I have ever been in The tables hadn’t been cleared. There was dirt in the floor around base boards that had been there for awhile. If the store had been busy or under staffed I could have given them a pass However that wasn’t the case The management isn’t doing their job Just awful

Completely incompetent staff today!! I order a pick two and a cold sandwich- it took 35 minutes, with the last 10 of those minutes spent waiting at the counter because they "couldn't find" the order.
I had also placed a secondary order of just coffees only two minutes after my initial order and they couldn't find that, either. As I grabbed the food and went back to my table, I confirmed with the girl on the beverage station that it was two iced vanilla lattes.. went back 10 minutes later and she still hadn't started them.
"Sorry, I'm still trying to find the order, and my manager was looking for it too."
"Okayyy well considering it's been over 30 minutes can you just make the drinks first and look for it later??"
Another girl chimes in- "She doesn't know how to make them, she's new." and goes about starting my drinks. She filled the cups with such little ice that my iced latte was luke-warm. Not slightly chilled, actually still warm. Then she slides them across the counter without a word..
"Aren't these supposed to come with whipped cream?"
"IT MIGHT." And takes the cups back. Adds the whipped cream and proceeds to put the flat top back on the cup. The cream pushed the drink down and it overflowed all over the counter. She still keeps pushing and trying to close it.
"Don't y'all have any domed lids?"
"Yeah, that would've been better." She switches the lids and doesn't even wipe off the cup.
It's pretty comical in hindsight but you don't expect to wait 30+ minutes for coffee and food at PANERA, you know? And for them to "lose" both of my orders and then give ME attitude?? This store seriously needs some better management and training.

Ordered at the kiosk myself, got a pick 2. Turkey bravo and Italian sub. Can’t speak on the service because I didn’t talk to anyone my entire visit. Got 2 half sandwiches and a bag of chips for $17??? Why am I paying so much? The kiosk even asked if I wanted to tip like bruh who am I tipping?? Your shareholders?? I didn’t talk to anyone the entire time.
Food was good no complaints there. What I expected from Panera.
I could go to a place like Cheba hut, get a bigger and higher quality sandwich plus someone will actually speak to me, take my order, and bring it to my table and it would cost less.
I normally don’t leave bad reviews but goodness gracious paneras corporate has gotten out of control.

The tables are peeling apart, the seat on my son's chair was completely off, pinching his fingers terribly, the bench seats were all split open, and the back upholstery on every booth was covered in food stains. My son said the bathroom he went in was one of the worst he's ever seen. The food was ok, but this location is in need of a renovation.

I like Panera and eat at locations all around the city. No issues with food here, but I almost left because almost every table was dirty - and they were not busy. I’m sure we must have just missed the rush, but by the time we left, all the tables were still dirty. The smell of urine from the bathroom wafted out into the food pick up area. Absolutely disgusting. We almost left without picking up our food after encountering this. Leaving a review so that hopefully they can address the cleanliness of this location.

Bread for soup is hard and cold .It should be hot warm and crunchy when , soup got plastic papers inside the soup .It came from factored fill inside bags , I end up swallowing twice , soup should be available in morning , specially when cold weather in the morning 69 degrees or below and available cracker to customers , when we the customers can seat down and enjoy the food from this fastfood restaurant , I haven't run into sandwich problems yet except for soups only . Recommended swiss cheese with jalapeno melt on turkey or chicken sandwich 🥪, condiments should be on each tables for dinning in , membership for drinks is $12/ month is not bad coffee/teas/juice/soft drinks for kids is not bad than buy drinks from restaurant at time order foods . Hope Panera bread keep up with this promotion for membership

been here multiple times, every time they get my order wrong and forget things and they take FOREVER to get it to you if you’re to-go but they’ll mark your order as ready. it’s all just very annoying, i can never get everyone fed because something is always missing

I love Panera, but this location is horrible… I have tried to get a salad at least 6 times and every single time some of the ingredients are out. They did not even had baguette today.
You normally have a few teas to choose from, not here. A 3 tank machine only has one of them working.
Although the restaurant was pretty empty… food preparation took close to 20 minutes.
The restaurant looks fairly clean, but you can tell that they don’t clean it often or after customers leave… several tables were dirty.

The worst customer service ever, I oredered a green goodess drink, it comes with mango, peaches and spinach. He just put some mango pure and spinach on it. They lied to my face it is peach mango pure when I actually saw him do it infront of me.
They lie to your face, are super late and they don’t take your other orders. The older white guy is a complete lunatic, so is the bigger black guy.
They also had no coffee for breakfast.

I ordered the chicken noodle soup BOWL and also ordered kids grilled cheese. First off the wait time was so ridiculous I ended up having to call the employees on the phone to alert them I was waiting at the side window. My soup was so horrible! It was watered down and barley had any noodles and chicken ! I only got 2 full spoons of chicken and noodles every other spoon after that was broth and basically nothing. The grilled cheese was OVER cook! I usually go to the one on hwy 6 & I wish I would’ve saved my money and went there. I’m currently sick and didn’t have the energy to turn around but yea the whole experience was low and not worth my money or gas! I did a online order so I’m sure y’all will remember the pathetic soup y’all gave me!

The weekend crew absolutely sucks. They are completely unmotivated. They consistently screw up orders. We stood there and waited and they just stared at us. Five minutes later somebody came over and took our order....which they screwed up. They ended up fixing it but it all could of been avoided if they weren't so intent on being the most sub-mediocre employees.

The Asiago bagel I had was light and airy, not dense and chewy, like some others. So, may or may not match your expectations of what a bagel should be. Order accordingly. If I hadn't been too late to catch the breakfast menu, I would have ordered the egg white and avocado sandwich, which I think is just the best 👌.

Delivered only half of the order. This was ordered through their website, not DoorDash. All side items on the entrees were left out and not included. In the caesar salad entree, no croutons were provided. Spoke with Lane over the phone and was told there was no way to provide any sort of correction. No money back, no additional delivery of missing items. Unsolvable. 1 star for service.

Came here with a friend for coffee and pastry early in the morning. Honestly the last TWO times I've been here they haven't had all coffee selections available. Only two selections were available and when we asked the server about missing selections he told us that was all that was available. As much coffee as they sell on a daily basis and they are out of half of the selections? I don't get it... Lazy and didn't want to make more...that I get! Do better because next time we can go to $tar****$

The place is disgusting, AC vents are cover with dust and mold, the drop ceiling is dirty as well, employees should be trained properly on the use of corporate uniform, they represent the brand, thus place need a new strong mana or be shut down, is a disgrace for a company like Panera Bread should be.

The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! There were two cars behind my moms car got their order before ours. We called the manager to see what’s holding up the order, and he hung up on us!! If you’re thinking of going to get food here, patience is 100% mandatory.

Worst Panera bread ever! Walked in with little hungry kids at 1:00 p.m. did not get food on the table until almost 2.
1. Had issues with the self ordering kiosk
2. Moved to ordering with the cashier and had the same issues
3. Finally move to ordering from the app and they only option is to-go pick up (no dine in)
4. Slowest prep I've ever seen for Panera
5. Our order was missing a smoothie. I've asked if I could get the food to the kids first and come back to pick up the smoothie. The response was that the smoothie is being made.
Will not return to this location!

We don't go to often so don't know all your rules and as customer we felt rushed with the order process and was dismayed when we got a dry bagel with no condiments available. When we asked oh you have to purchase the cream cheese as we looked at a long line to do so. Said you can get butter down there which was empty. Felt like we were in a military chow line. Take it or leave it attitude even by the manager. Yes we were a bit upset and won't be back.

The worst attitude and service and the place is dirty we ordered soup in a bread bowl and it came with a plastic spoon they should bring normal utensils for the soup bowl any way to many bad point I visited two locations in Katy Tx and both locations are bad

I love the sip club and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich, and occasional pastry, like a blueberry scone. I also traveled recently, just give your phone number and your account pulls up, regardless of where you are. That’s cool.

Went inside for my togo order since I wasn't sure if the place was good. It was dirty! Asked who the cooks were because I wasn't sure who touched the food! The half chicken sandwich was ok, lot of lettuce, but threw it away after a couple of bites. I ordered Chicken Noodle soup which was broth with 1 plastic soup spoons of noodles and meat, 2 slices of carrot. Had to throw that away! Very disappointing.

The place itself doesn’t look well taken care of, I love the soups and Mac but some Paneras don’t heat them up right and will give you semi cold food which I dislike a lot!
The food is great when heated up right!

The location is either dead, unprepared, or unbothered. Everytime an order is claimed to be ready, they are not. And if you are a Panera member, forget them having your drinks ready because they want you to get out of your car to get it yourself with the cups on display that is not the size you ordered.

Food is always good, but on this particular visit service to get a specialty coffee made was really difficult. After 10 minutes and telling 3-4 others that it hadn’t been made yet, Stephanie got involved. I was able to catch her attention and she whipped up the drink in about 1 minute. Stephanie is AWESOME and needs a raise or to be made manager!

Very unpleasant experience. It’s a shame that the one in Cinco Ranch closed down because it was much nicer overall. I came here today and immediately noticed it was filthy and employees had an attitude. We had to wipe our table down before sitting because most of them were dirty. When we received our order, a salad dressing was missing along with a pastry. My husband went to inquire about it and was deliberately ignored by one of the workers. He finally was able to get the salad dressing after waiting 15 minutes! By the time he came back with it, I was finished with my meal. This is not the typical Panera experience.. IN A BAD WAY!

I'm not one to leave reviews, especially since it's Panera Bread and you'd think it'd run like any other Panera you've ever eaten at before... but, I've never seen a less efficient "fast casual" restaurant in my life. Everyone orders then stands around waiting 30+ while the staff behind the counter shouts at each other for missing items. Like 75% of the salad offerings involve caesar salads or caesar dressing yet, mysteriously, the location is sold out of caesar.
I legitimately do not blame the staff, I blame the owner of this franchise location, who clearly does not care about the endless 1-star reviews on Yelp that I read, one-by-one, while waiting endlessly for a bowl of soup.

The lady that took our order was so patient. She would read to us the ingredients because we couldn't see the menu.

Went to this location on my way to work and ordered the strawberry poppy seed chicken salad. When I arrived to work, noticed a piece of bread thrown in the bag, unwrapped and looked like a bit was taken out of it. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! There should be better service than this with prices as high as they are!

7:53 AM 4-15-2023. Have no idea how the food is here however after walking in, observing a employee get 4 cups of coffee that I assume was for her crew members ( I’m hoping so because she stuck her fingers into each cup to carry them all from the top) I waited patiently for about 2 minutes before I decided to leave because no one there to serve me. Nice job

It's a pretty alright and chill place to get a sandwhich or coffee. Portions are alright and so are prices. I'm only dissapointed with my most recent order from the place. I remember ordering a chicken salad sandwhich from this location to eat there, and it was pretty big. But compared order to go, sandwhich seems smaller and has way less chicken salad then last time. Honestly don't know if it was done because of the box size or another reason. Besides that, is still alright with me.
