Pluckers Wing Bar

The varieties of sauces are plentiful and the flavor is great. One of the wings were a little charred but overall very good. They are a bit bigger than typical wings I had which was a nice surprise.
My wife and I had the margaritas and they were excellent! Very lively upbeat atmosphere and our waiter was awesome. We'll definitely be back!

This was my first time trying Pluckers and it was delicious! I tried their Holy Macaroni, Wings, Fried Cheese, and the Boring Burger. They also do the Pluckers Wall of Flame challenge, which was good and spicy. I will be definitely coming back!

My number one place for wings, drinks and sports. My husband is from Austin and he introduced me and ever since we are regulars here. Btw I like this location over Cypress because service is always friendly and consistent. Food is always good as well the drinks. We always order Holy mac, followed by wings and sometimes dessert. Fried oreos are our favorite. A lot of flavors to choose from on wings, wide variety of cocktails too. You never go wrong with anything on the menu. I highly recommend it.

I come to this location at least 2x a month, always had great service, yummy food, and great ambiance. This time around was extremely disappointing. I came around 8-8:30pm on Thursday, 12/26/2024 with 4 people total. I completely understand it is the day after Christmas, there were a good amount of people there. I've worked in service myself. I am usually pretty patient. When we first came in, it took a while to have a server come and attend us. After we placed an order for drinks (soda), we had to wait 10 minutes for someone else to bring them. Our server gave us the impression that we were bothering her. We had ordered appetizers, but then our silverware got taken away. That was no problem, I just asked for some forks. I waited about 15 minutes and then I stopped someone else to ask for forks. By the time they came, food was already cold. I had received some coupons for free wings, which ended up being expired. I did not know they had an expiration since someone had given them to me at a Rockets Game a few days prior. Manager came and said they cannot honor this coupon, they can give a free dessert. It was honestly disappointing because I had 4 coupons, which totaled to what would have been 20 FREE wings. That does not seem equal in my opinion. Our drinks did not get refilled, we didn't get checked up on, and we were there for 2 hours. We did not order anything crazy. I am paying $100+ and I could not believe the service this time around. Then, when our server finally came to ask what dessert we wanted, we ordered brownies. At this point, I am ready to get the check and go. What was supposed to be a quick dinner kept dragging on and on with miss after miss. Imagine my face when oreos came out, I was thinking to myself, another mistake. This was an extremely unpleasant visit.

I recently visited Pluckers for lunch and ordered the 8-wing combo with a side caesar salad. The wings were delicious, and the sauces were spot-on with a great variety to choose from. However, our experience was slightly marred by a service hiccup—the waiter forgot to bring us the fried pickles we ordered.

Umm, am I at Wingstop or Pluckers?? Disappointed with my first time here. Although the wings were flavorful (kind of salty)…they were small and slightly cold. The fries weren’t fresh either. My bf got all you can eat and they took forever refilling them. The only positive thing I have to say is our server was friendly and kind. But overall meh, especially with the price point.

Okay so decided to come back. They've finally got security made me feel safer to eat here. Service and food was better. However, I think the company really needs to update their restroom signs. I had to go use the restroom and found two men in the women's restroom. I think it's a little confusing and outdated. Anyone agree?

I've been visiting this location for a year now and it's always a pleasant experience. The membership is a no-brainer. The wait time is always short, food always comes out hot and fresh, and the waiters are friendly. Always have to go eat at pluckers at least once a week.

I even brought my brother in law that was visiting from Tennessee, and he said they don't have anything over there like pluckers. Just shows how blessed we are, haha. Check it out if you haven't already! Holy Macaroni is a must!!

I love pluckers! It’s my go to spot for wings. They have so many great flavors and spices. I have been going to the memorial location for years and can confidently say i have never had a bad experience. Service has always been up to par, food is always on point, and the atmosphere might be loud on a game day or something but thats to be expected. Clean and family friendly

Great Food, Service and Atmosphere as always. By far my favorite lunch experience especially on the weekend for football. During the week Morgan as always is very attentive, friendly and makes the visit better each time because she is there to serve you with no BS small talk.

I always enjoy my outings to pluckers. This was no exception, however, their were a few hiccups this time. I asked for 10 wings... all flats, but was brought a mix of drums and flats. I also ordered a 4oz queso and was brought a 2oz. While these are small hiccups, they still were an inconvenience. The waitress was absolutely the consummate professional in making sure everything was corrected.

Front gave me the wrong food for my order. I called back to ask them to prepare the correct order. First girl said please hold…she left me on hold for 12 mins and then someone else got on the phone and started my order after that long hold. Now I wasted time I could have been watching the game with the drive back and forth twice and the wait for the food. Overpriced and horrible service.

So I went to Pluckers to pick up some food. I did not call and order. I actually just arrived there and looked at their menu because this was my second time trying them. I placed an order with the hostess and she said it would take roughly anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes. So I sat by the bar right next to the hostess station and waited. I kept myself distracted by watching some Instagram videos and occasionally looking up to see if my food would be ready. I waited 20 minutes 20 minutes to turn it to 30 minutes and then 40 minutes. I finally asked at the bar if they can check on my food, the bartender asked if I had ordered with the hostess and I said yes. At this point there were so many people standing around talking and chitchatting and so were the Hostess, eventually won, looked into my order and it had been upfront for the last 20 minutes or so. Not once the hostesses or the bartender asked me if they could help me with anything. Terrible service I ended up getting stuck 20 to 30 minutes more than I should have and then got stuck in traffic for another hour on the way home. Please do better with your customers.

My review isn’t about the service, I like eating here but I can’t return anymore I feel as if the way my best friends interview went today was very unfair. The manager stated they sent him an email for an interview at another time and no email was received, I checked the entire email for myself. When someone is willing to work and do things in the legal way the door is always shut on them and they can’t catch a break it truly breaks my heart when good people are looked over. Discrepancies happen, life happens but this was unacceptable to me. It’s sad but I guess that’s how the corporate world goes.

The food was great. But just FYI for anyone planning to go here, my car was broken into along with two others. Apparently this parking lot is known for crime. No cameras in the parking lot. Glass all over the lot from previous victims. Be careful and don’t leave anything out.

We were trying this brand for the first time. The place was completely en. We wanted a table in the bar area. They would not let us have the table we wanted in the bar area ( like we are accustomed in Buffalo Wild Wings and other competitors). We got tired of trying to get the young hostess to understand. We left without having the opportunity to try any product. Service and friendly services much better at Bufdalo Wild Wings. We left and guess where we went. Lost a customer right at the beginning.

Delicious chicken wings and a variety of sauces from mild to extra hot. Good selection of margaritas! Service is quick sraff are friendly and attentive. At busy times (the evenings and weekends) use the app to book a slot or you may find you are waiting long time to be seated.

Food delicious as the usual, atmoshpere was too live because of the games they were showing. The service could of been better, I get it it's College Football Day it's going to be busy and crazy but just because you don't want to be there or having a bad doesn't mean your service to customer have to be terrible, just key notes of the service
- 15min wait to get waters after we were seated
- delay and incorrect alcoholic beverages
- server didn't seem to knowledgeable about their menu and certain drinks options
- 30min wait on the wings and they came out to be dry (probably sitting under a heat lamp for a good minute)
- server was rushing us to order
- server made it a hassle to correct our bill
- server delay even bringing the bill afterwards to the point we got up and paid at the front

went to this pluckers on tuesday. The waitress that helped us did not want to sell alcohol to me because I had my passport from mx. I do not have a regular state id and therefore I only carry my passport. That is discrimination and in a way racist. will not be coming to this pluckers because of this.

If you’d like to show up and find easy parking and no wait time I would recommend showing up at 11 for lunch, and 4 for dinner. Otherwise this place gets packed. We went for lunch and took advantage of their lunch combo, 8 wings and fries. This combo does not include a drink but is still $15. Wings and appetizer were great, service was great. My only complaint is that it is pricey and at peak hours it is crazy busy.

Had a great visit just after lunch time on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't very busy, the service was good and the food was excellent. So many different flavors and things to choose from. There's TVs all over the place. They use handheld Toast devices which makes ordering and paying very easy right at the table.

Food was good per usual. BUT the rude unapproachable hostesses need to be fired! When walking into a restaurant they are the first thing you see and experience before you even get a taste of what you came for. I wanted to leave and walkout because of how nonchalant rude and off putting they were. If you hate your job just quit. I actually chose not to be seated and just went in my car and ordered online because of how ugly there attitudes were. They have no badges with names so you can only identify them per visual description I won’t do that here. But the food was made fresh and was good & tasty.

Redeemed my birthday meal which was a TERRIBLE experience and the taste of the South Philly Cheesesteak was poor. I didn’t know the night I redeemed the reward was an Astro’s game and trivia night. The restaurant had no seating available. I asked the staff if I could please order my meal and take it to go because it was full. The host asked a waitress to go all the manager. She came back and said the manager said no.. so during that time, one person got up from the bar, so my seven-year-old son and myself went and shared a seat located at the bar. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak after waiting more than an hour for it to come out only to realize it didn’t have queso on it, which is part of the topping. I took two bites and grabbed it to box packed it up and left. I told the waitress I understand that this is a dining in only, however, under the circumstances that there wasn’t any seating, I wanted to take it to go, which I ended up doing anyway after taking two bites of the disgusting sandwich.. it’s like how could the manager not allow the judgment call like that? It was a full house that was the reason. It was a complete waste anyways It didn’t taste good and there was no way to get any queso because they were just beyond busy. And it took over an hour to get while sharing a seat with my seven-year-old..👎🏼👎🏼
