Pepperoni's - Houston Heights

This pizza parlor is super special and one of a kind! The food here was fresh, hot, and tasty, and the service was impeccable. Jose, who worked the front, had the store clean and orderly. They even had "All Dogs go to Heaven 2" playing in the background! We will definitely be returning for another visit! If you want 5 star service and food, I highly recommend Pepperoni's.

I was in this neighborhood for an eye exam (a disappointing 2-star experience), and this gem of a pizza restaurant kept the day from being a total loss. A multitude of options were available, and the pricing was reasonable for the high-quality pizza I received. My only criticism is that this business, and all those nearby, had no bike parking or fixtures. Come on, it's the Heights—bikers are everywhere! I'll definitely return to Pepperoni's soon to take advantage of their lunch specials.

The pizza is superb!! The wings, and the variety of flavors are impressive. Let me tell you, my husband is hooked on the Pepperoni rolls!! That sauce is magnificent. So fresh, and full of flavor. I tried to make my marinara sauce just like Pepperoni’s does. I must know the recipe!! Everything I’ve tried at this place is good.

I call into this location a lot, at least once a month. Tonight was a horrible experience. I called to make a delivery order and all went well. When asked if I would like to tip the driver I said absolutely BUT when I said how much the person on the phone scoffed, had the audacity to tell me it was too low and went as far as to say that if I want to be frugal I shouldn’t be ordering food. I informed him I order from this location all the time and always tip that amount and he claims he’s taken my order before. He then proceeded to tell me the order cannot be delivered, as in he would not allow any of the drivers to deliver the food. I asked to speak to a manager and he claimed to be one. Said his name is Omid. I use to manage a pepperonis and was never allowed to speak to anyone that way. Also tipping is optional, meaning I have the right to tip as much as I want or nothing at all. I have contacted corporate and I am very good friends with the CEO and general manager of the main franchises who I have already contacted. I’m not looking for a handout and I will never order from this location again. The gentleman is clearly abusing his power and could’ve handled the situation very differently. It was unacceptable. As a prior pepperonis employee I suggest he be demoted or your establishment will not last a long time.

Worse restaurant I've ever seen.
If you order on Uber eats it says buy 1 get one, but when you get there they will only give you 1 pizza. The guy at the counter is very rude and told me he would not give me another one because his system and Uber Eats systems are not the same and he only saw an order for 1 pizza. Lost $9 sonce they didn't refund me and uber told me they could not do it since the order was ready.
Never coming back again.

Great new pizza place. The staff is very nice, attentive, and helpful. The pizza is good flavors. The timing for the pizza isn't that bad. I highly recommend you to try it.

Unfortunately my order was messed up. Forced to eat a chicken cheese pizza due to hunger. Chicken was seasoned well and good but pizza was okay at best. Salad and wings were disappointing. Wings tasted like left over frozen wings , dry as well. Salad was basic but to be expected.

Pepperoni’s is one of the best pizza places in town! They offer delivery and I will never touch fast food pizza like Dominos or Pizza Hut ever again! Always excellent and their dessert is great too!

Pizza and breadsticks were amazing, tasted fresh and flavorful. The people were beyond friendly and seem very very grateful for our business. 10/10 would recommend to a friend AND would come back again.

The girl working last night was too focused on flirting with my boyfriend to realize she messed up our order by the time we got home the store was closing so we could not correct it. For $15 a pizza I expect it to be correct. This is the second time we have come to this location and both times our order had been wrong. Will be calling for a refund.

Pepperoni’s pizza at this location is delicious. Always hot and fresh. Their Greek salad is so good too, as well as their wings. The employees are always so nice and accommodating. They also hand deliver to Elderson’s brewery next door so you can enjoy a nice pizza or/and side with your beer!

I tried 2 slices and it was about as good as Tostino's pizza. Highly recommend you go to their Montrose location, don't know why it is way better at that location.

I wish they would stop using door dash or other delivery services. They are slow. My food arrives cold and soggy and they just leave it on my patio floor[disgusting, who puts food on the floor] and don't knock on the door.
I live very close. It should not take this long.

Pizza was amazing. Thin slice highly recommended! Order/delivery took an hour to go 2 miles, forgot my salad. Not a great first experience, but since the pizza was so good we will likely return!

Place is very clean. The pizza was really good. I've been looking for something different from pizza chain restaurants. The ingredients are fresh, the sauce good, cheese is not oily like other pizza places. I did not feel disgusting and sluggish after eating this pizza. Definitely worth giving them a try!

Pizza tastes good but very pricey as one pepperoni pizza was $23. This location however does not offer sub sandwiches like other Pepperoni's locations. The interior is clean and the staff was friendly and patient. Limited seating inside, enough for about six or eight people.

This place is all around awesome! The pizza is delicious (if you’re a basic pepperoni lover, try their New Yorker… it takes it up a notch and is awesome)! This is our go-to pizza place. The delivery driver is the NICEST and quickest guy around. Also, we ordered a gluten free pizza for some friends and they couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. 10/10!

There's not a lot of pizza options in the area and decided to try Pepperoni's, with not high expectations and I was totally surprised how great the pizza was, how many options they had and the quality of the pizza. It was so good! The greek pizza is the bomb!

The best Cheesy warm delicious New York style pizza in Houston! I love Pepperonis pizza and this location has been consistently hitting it out the ball park. Their Buffalo and Thai chili wings are amazing with a nice kick of spicy. Recently tried their Napa salad and it was nice and fresh. This is officially my favorite location!

Ordered delivery on a Saturday evening -- online ordering was easy and quick, the food was delivered early compared to the estimated arrival time, and everything was correct and still hot. The pizza was delicious - looking forward to trying some other toppings/specialty pizzas! I wish they had garlic knots or bread sticks, but the garlic bread was tasty. Check their website and social media - there are now discounts and specials available which help save a few dollars. I'm glad to have found my new neighborhood go-to pizza after La Fresca recently closed.

Ask them if they could make me a heart shaped pizza as part of my gift for my significant other and they did and within 15mins too it was amazing and love how they put effort into trying even if it wasn’t Valentine’s Day

I used to go to the Montrose location (which is amazing), but this location is closer to me. My pizzas that I ordered were super fresh and hot. They use fresh ingredients and did not skimp on the toppings. I met the owner Jamal - super nice guy who’s trying to expand and give good pizza options serving Heights/cottage grove/timbergrove areas. I highly recommend the Supreme pizza and the pizza rolls.
