Ross Dress for Less

This is one of the nicest Ross stores around. Great prices and product selection. I wish the customers were more respectful though; I found a bunch of items just tossed aside in the wrong sections of the store. The store associates are friendly and helpful. My cat loves her new bed!

I purchased two blankets for my grandchildren to sleep over a week ago, and I took off the tags from Ross and washed the blankets first and both of them were the same brand and they totally fell apart in the washer and dryer to where I can’t use them anymore. Unfortunately I threw away the receipt because, I was intending on keeping them and Ross will not honor returning them or even giving me a store credit without the receipt or the tags. They have no way to look up what I purchased on my credit card like target and TJ Maxx and Marshalls do. I even offered to bring in my credit card receipt to show them that I had made a purchase at Ross a week ago and, they won’t do that either. I will never shop here again. I only went there because it was convenient one time but from now on I will always go to Marshalls or TJ Maxx where they can track what I buy so if I lose my receipt or tag, I can still return it no problems as of now I am out $50 and have two blankets that are falling apart

Ross is a great store. Not a lot of people can afford expensive clothes, shoes and accessories. I love going here and finding nice clothes for a great price. The staff are friendly and you get great customer service. I love the convenient location in Draper. I don't have to go far. It's a great store and i highly recommend it

I shopped here on Saturday and watched in disbelief as people trashed the store. Some left carts full of items for the staff to clean up, and many pick up items and dump them somewhere else in the store. I saw shoplifters too how dangerous. Parents let their kids run wild like it’s a playground. I wish was joking but I’m not. Tthe employees deserve more respect and protection in my opinion.

Clothing is so disorganized and seems that clothing is always a mixed bag of sizes and types all mixed together.

Men's and women's women's in kids and kids in men's sections and 3XL in the XS, and so forth just a mixed bag of everything

This was a terrible shopping experience , the store was semi out of stock , no employees on the sales floor and the Halloween costumes and scary Halloween figures around be store terrified my little ones , how can one shops while their kids are scared to walk with them because the store manager had no common sense to realize children may be scared of this stuff all over the store ? Terrible

Today a supervisor named Michael at the Draper Utah retail store abruptly called me a racist because he misunderstood a word I said. He said he'd call the police if I didn't leave. When I I told him that I'd wait for the police (because I didn't do anything wrong), he recanted his threat. As I was leaving I told him that he didn't deserve to work there. He again told me to leave.

BTW, I'm an elderly person-of-color and I KNOW what racism is. I'm hopeful that Ross Corporate will read this message and provide sensitivity training for Michael. I've never had this experience before at any Ross store!

My daughter and I went to this store today. It all started with the snarky cashier, she asked me to pull the hangers off the clothes, I don’t think it should be the customers job I am not being paid to there job. And it just surprised me how she asked me she was really snarky about it but I let it go. Then I was getting ready to pay and realized I didn’t have my Ross card I remembered I had it on my Apple Pay however it wouldn’t work, so I asked the cashier if she could look it up for me she snapped at me we can’t do that! You are going to have to go on the website so I went to my car. I tried to get into the website it wouldn’t work. I called customer service they transferred me to bank explained the store can’t look up my card I have to download forgot card. I walk back into the store download forgot card go through process make my purchase I explain to the girl that is all I had to do she starts yelling at me I tell her please don’t yell at me the manager steps in let’s just leave at that. After I paid for everything I walked up to girl and said I was sorry for getting upset at her. She couldn’t even apologize to me where has customer service gone?

The staff and their attitude is a joke 😂😂 an employee got aggressive with me over a pair of pants falling on the floor and me hanging them over the rack. He threw.a.fit over it.

Not a good experience. Store was a complete mess, dressing rooms were filled with clothes and over heard an employee talking VERY loudly (they were at the front and I was in the back, looking at towels) about how they should quit (she had a shaved head and was talking to a male employee). It felt really uncomfortable so I left without buying anything.

Came in for a black skirt. Couldn't find one anywhere. Asked an associate and was waved off to women's. In the entire store there was ONE black skirt... In clearance...in pants. And it was a teeny tiny size 3.

I hate this place more and more. I did find one great super soft jump suit for only $10 so I’m giving it two stars, but the quality of the shop here degrades every time. The one in Jordan Landing had its alarm sound going off the entire time I was there. No one cared. I finally left as opposed to going crazy. No teen stuff.

They rarely have kids shoes stocked. It’s the only Ross that never has juniors girls sets. I’ve never had a quick line experience. Today there was ten people in line with one cashier while trying to keep up, plus a lady waiting in the return line for ten minutes. The other male employee ran around her grabbing random things looking terribly lost until suddenly remember he knew hot to use the register as well…

Customer service person used words like I think and sorry can't help you. When calling ahead before going was told something completely different. Just wanted to swap a pair of Nikes that were way to big for me for a pair that fit 🤠

Used to shop here more often but the last few times they don't have enough clothing selection for me. Yesterday I found some inexpensive sweats to try on but they had a sign on the dressing room saying it was closed and to use the booths at the front of the store. They used to have a lovely dressing room and then they went to these portable looking booths that have moved around the store. They are absolutely creepy and undignified. Used them once a while ago when I thought it was a temporary situation, but come on! They feel like anybody walking around the store could come up and shoot their camera under the door. I will not be shopping here for clothes anymore.

Maybe they didn't have time after the holidays to restock but they seemed low on items. The temporary dressing rooms weren't very clean. I did get lucky and find what I was looking for and the line was short. The girl that checked me out was kind and considerate.

Nothing is very organized, hard to find any clothes in the size I was looking for, not because it wasn't there, but because of how badly it was sorted, workers basically do nothing, rating it 2 stars because at least it's cheap.

I love Ross stores. I visit them often where I can, and love the selection you've placed on your floors. This location needs more labor dollars. Having been in retail for decades, this location was in disarray. It broke my heart, as I so appreciate a store that is clean and organized. May they get a manager and staff, and hours to support our customer experience that can make this a happy shopping experience. 2/5 stars.

The lady with the piercings on her cheek was so mean at the registry. Never told me I was going to get store credit if I didn’t have my receipt and literally told me at the end after having scanned everything. She was so mean with her coworker too treating her like she didn’t know what she was doing although she seemed to be new. She should get fired for sure!!!

I shop there frequently and I was a few cents short. Well, the intelligent manager being the up most customer service oriented employee of the bunch, wouldn't let a few cents slide. Again, I shop there frequently and I'm definitely a familiar face and this woman risked a couple cents over customer satisfaction. I couldn't believe it.

I initially wrote a bad review on the employees that I had an encounter with last night. The store manager (Shauna) called me first thing this morning & was absolutely amazing. She genuinely cared about the situation that occurred last night & reassured me that she will be taking the appropriate steps in handling this issue. She listened & was very apologetic. She is the perfect example of outstanding customer service & just a good person in general. Thank you!

This was a surprisingly cool experience. I found the most unique odds and ends; delightful really. Everything from shoes to earrings to cookware. Excellent pricing and a consistently friendly staff.

Saturday, 10AM, 1 dressing room open. When we asked an employee to open another, since there were 5 people waiting, she acted like we were out of line.
Selection was typical for Ross, hit and miss with some great deals thrown in.
Will probably avoid coming here very frequently, it seems to be a very poor decision to now allow people in dressing rooms at this time

I came to this store seeking shoes for a photo shoot. Seems like their selection is hit and miss. I should specify (women's shoes)..... I didn't find what I was looking for sadly but did walk out with other cute boots for the winter. Decent prices overall, but it seems you have to go to different Ross stores to find what you are seeking !!

Maybe it was in between seasons but I have never seen a Ross as bare bones as this one was the day I happened to drop by. Thank goodness I only intended to browse but there was very little to even browse at much less make a selection if I had intended to buy (which I always enjoy!). Overall I find Ross (the company in general) is hot or miss- they either have an awesome selection or none at all. It would be nice if they figured how to even it out...

It's a typical Ross. Hard to find exactly what you're looking for, you're at the mercy of their inventory. But some things are quite reasonably priced if you happen to find it.
