I am blown away by the service I received today in the worst possible way. I usually don’t even bother leaving reviews but this location has gone down hill drastically. The baristas working today were so rude and completely unprofessional. I understand it’s a coffee shop but there has to be some sort of respect & kindness you should show to anyone; let alone a customer. I even tipped them and I 100000% shouldn’t have. Used to be a regular here for years even before they moved buildings; and I will never be coming back. Customer service horrible, drinks were just as bad.

Word of advice to the girl at the counter, if you tell a customer that youre working on their order “right now” and then proceed to work on and hand out at least 6 other orders, it looks very bad. Very misleading and untruthful. Been sitting here for at least ten minutes watching her make other orders. Was going to leave 2 stars because she seemed nice, but this is getting ridiculous.

Always have a good experience here. The baristas are friendly and make our drinks with care, and always consistent (some places the drink varies a lot which is odd).

I love the baristas and the vibe they have at this location but when I order a drink online I’m paying extra for caramel on top and in the cup, and I know it’s only $0.60 roughly but I’d appreciate having those little things added since I am paying for it.

I went through the drive through to get my daughter a vanilla steamer as a prize and they screwed up the order and gave her hot chocolate. Which she doesn’t like. 😔 Then they were closed by the time we figured it out so there wasn’t a way to resolve it. And we also asked for whip cream on my drink and hers and didn’t get that. Extremely disappointing!

Pleasant baristas. Quick service. This is a small, cute, and quaint location. Both indoorand outdoor seating is available as well as high chairs if necessary. As as many other Starbucks this location offers coffees, cold or hot,as well as specialty drinks. They also offer a variety of food and dessert options.
as you can see in the photos they also provide a wide variety of options for grab-and-go eating. Snacks, bottled drinks and water, and Starbucks swag.
Maximum occupancy for this location is 23 people. There are two unisex bathroomsthat we're both very clean. Each bathroom has a baby changing station, garbage can, feminine hygiene receptacle and paper towel dispenser.
The location itself is clean as is the property around it.
My only issue is the layout if the bar itself. It forces all the customers into a very small, narrow corner of the building while ordering/waiting. If you have people proximity issues or anxiety I suggest ordering via the drive through.

today I ordered my vanilla iced latte venti as usual, but unfortunately I get the milk in bad condition and with a very bad taste. I am very disappointed because I actually buy almost every day and this never happens to me. I make this comment so that you can review the dates of your products and be more careful with those who use milk and how you know it before packaging it and sending it. and clearly from now on they will no longer be my preferred brand.

This place needs corporate help bad… they cant even make a sandwhich right after telling them its been incorrect 3 times. the manager kayla is very rude and unprofessional , not only did it takes these people 3 times to make a sandwhich correctly I found hair in all of my food I ordered…

This Starbucks is in a completely remodeled old Wendy’s building so it’s huge. The service is amazing and the team that works there get people in and out so fast that even if the drive through line is super busy, you will get through it in no time.

I always have a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. Despite requesting simple modifications, they consistently fail to meet my expectations. Today, I ordered a Venti-sized beverage, only to find an excessive amount of ice in it. Considering the high price point, it becomes frustrating when my specific requests are not fulfilled, resulting in a beverage that is essentially diluted by ice. I will never be going back. I’ve given it a chance over and over again and it’s always a disappointment.

This is the worst Starbucks I ever been to can't imagine they put a dead mouse in our drink instead of giving me an explanation they offered me a return of my money, which isn't worth it. We went to the hospital the same day to making sure nothing serious happened and I paid those bills.
As I showed them my drink they told me that the district manager would call me which she did and assured they will figure it out. One night she accidentally called me and as I responded thinking she might have some updates rather she said hi and oh god it's mouse lady. Once she realized she called me accidentally she hung up immediately and never updated me on my issue, who did this?
We already stopped going there for our sake.

The staff at the Draper location are amazing. Very friendly. It's definitely high on our labrador retriever's list of places to go, he gets so excited for his pupcup and the staff that give it to him. The Chai is the best!

It not my fault your sticker machine does not work. If you charge a person 2 times for a meal make it right.. I shouldn't have to call your corporate office, to get a refund because you charged me twice for a meal. 30 minutes for a online order of one venti coffee.

I love this update location. The atmosphere is very homey but professional with plenty of room. I particularly like their outside seating area! Baristas are always on top of it and so kind.

This location is filled with fabulous people. I come here every morning! I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to start my day with the fabulous twins or Riley! I use to work for Starbucks years ago and they all by far exceed expectations. The prettiest and cleanest location by far.

Stood at the counter today for over 5 min today at around 3. All the workers kept walking past me, not a single one acknowledged my existence. No words, not even eye contact. I walked out and left. How embarrassing.

I'm working in this area for a month. My hotel has shity wi-fi. And I love coffee. This place is super super comfortable for me to do work in, I drink coffee and eat there throughout the day. Everybody, and I mean everybody is super nice to me and they don't know me from squat. So yes this is a very cool place

Hi, I ordered a Venti Ice Caramel Macchiato Ellie, needed to remake my drink due to not getting my drink correct with adding caramel drizzle to the bottom of the cup. I mentioned kindly that is not what I ordered. She quickly abruptly replied were making another for ya... I Appreciate that. Gives me the correct one but with major caramel drizzle on the side of the cup and I needed a napkin it was all over my left hand and palm of my hand. I asked her for some napkins she was already being unkind and said anything else... I needed a straw for the caramel drizzle can't really get that out without a straw. I worked at Starbucks in a big city where we averaged 30-40 Orders per half hour. I never had this experience or given anyone this experience. Ellie was also rubbing her nose with her left hand and fingers and then touching everyone's drink cups. Come on guys this is the food industry and there is hygenic standards. It's not just being a cashier at a store. I do want a full refund. I will be contacting the store manager Monday morning. 5/8/2023

Everytime I order a drink from this location they ALWAYS seem to forget the whipped cream! For 5 yrs now this location keeps missing the whipped cream on my drink unless I'm at the drive thru to remind them! It's getting old and at this point, I'm going to select other locations to order from. If it's an issue with the way your store listing is in uber, then fix it! But, I'm tired of not receiving the drink I've paid for and without reward points too! Wish you'd link those rewards to the food ordering apps as well to keep rewarding customers.

I always like to go Monday and Fridays with my sister to Starbucks. I usually make my own decaf coffee at home because I have a medical condition where caffeine limits my everyday activities. This is the third time now where I ask for a decaf coffee and they put caffeine in it. I love the people who work here, but please be honest and remake the drink if you don't know if you put decaf in it. I don't want to stop coming here because of fixable mistakes made.

I went to a different Starbucks location today and I got my latte iced and literally half of my drink was just whipped cream. (I did not ask for extra.) I asked them to add caramel to it and my drink was still VERY bitter. (I always order the same thing so I know that it should not have been this bitter.) Very disappointing because the location I typically go to was closed today so I had to drive 15 min out of the way to get bad coffee.

They only allow drive thru because of the mask mandate, there was nothing online about it, an order 10 min ahead took 25 min longer to pick up through the car line. They gave me the wrong order But I didn't have time to wait for a new one. Two of the baristas were wearing their masks below their chin. It just got worse and worse.

Ordered online to have drinks delivered. I have had a few issues with the last few deliveries and decided to call and let the manager, Omar, know of my disappointment. He didn't even want to hear what I had to say and kept talking over me. Very rude and obviously the employees have no idea what they are doing if they can't make drink correct or package your order without spilling half of your drink out by the time it's delivered.

worst starbucks experience ever. i ordered ahead and it said it’d be ready in 7-10 minutes. i showed up after 10 minutes and it wasn’t ready. i politely asked about my order multiple times and was told it was being made… i showed them my receipt and confirmed it was the correct location. my drink never appeared. almost 30 minutes after ordering, i finally told someone i just wanted my money back and my drink appeared within 30 seconds. they gave me my money back for the trouble, but i feel like excuses were just being made with no real apology or effort to go the extra mile after all of that. i was super nice up until the end, too, when it was clear i was frustrated and needed to get back to work… but even then, i was still as nice as one could be at that point so i don’t need any karen accusations, haha. i hope this location can get it together!

Machine jammed, and they didn’t bother to check that all orders got printed. Waited 15 minutes before complaining. After that, the barista had no clue how to make the drink. Finally just asked the manager to give me a refund.

This place is always busy. Be prepared to wait. Normally it’s ok however today it took 25 minutes to get one drink. I wasn’t the only one.
I understand that places get backed up but there was no communication to the customers or drink coupons for such a long wait. . Then upon asking for my drink it was wrong from what I ordered. Things happen … but plan 15 minutes ahead. I worked for this company for 7 years. This should’ve been handled better .

Starbucks has fun variety of classic and seasonal drinks. A tad overpriced but really everyone has a go to order that they love. I’ve only eaten off their menu a few times but have always been pleasantly surprised. The turkey pesto panini is really good as well as the tomato & mozzarella panini. Very friendly staff.

Have always loved Starbucks coffee, but not so much the stores. This morning reminded me why. Seven employees behind the counter with no other customer inside. 20 minutes to get three drinks, while watching car after car go past me at the drive-thru.

Listen. This rating isn't about the employees. I've always had very good interactions with them. Never have had a rude barista. My issue is with the coffee itself. Every coffee I get is always lack luster. Their coffee always tastes burnt and anything with chocolate is always sludgy and chalky. I just don't recommend Starbucks.

This is the newest Starbucks in Draper and the worst. They can’t keep employees because the new manager Dixie is a tyrant. I tried coming to this location only to see a new face every time I would come through. They can’t get orders right. I will drive the extra few miles so my order is right and the continuity of service is key. From other reviews I’m not the only one recognizing an issue.

I understand that there a busy days as a fellow barista myself, but i have felt that lately there is a lack of customer interaction! people used to try to talk to me just a little bit as they handled payment. but now, it’s just a swipe of the card and i’m off! also the wait time has increased significantly, there are always so many workers in there so i can never figure out why! overall good coffee, they always get it just right. but the lack of friendliness and efficiency sometimes outweighs my yummy drinks!

I've become convinced that Starbucks is for the 20-something crowd, with junk food overstuffed with sugar, grease, and industrial byproduct, of the cheapest quality their customers will tolerate... it's only worth going there to work on a laptop if nothing else is open.

This Starbucks is the worst don’t ever go when in a hurry. I place my orders through the mobile app because the drivethru is so slow and it’s never ready when they say it will be. They are always rude when you try and explain most people are in a hurry getting their coffee. Said my coffee would be ready in 9 minutes 20 minutes later it wasn’t ready I left. Happens every time I come here unless it is a slow time don’t even try to come.
