They are too cheap to keep receipt paper in their pumps so you have to go inside to get a receipt. Their car wash is broken & and they know it, but they solicit you to buy a car wash & let you pay for it. There is no out of order sign, so you'll sit there for 5 minutes trying to get the kiosk to accept your code before trying to back out the long, narrow drive to go back inside to get a refund. They are the highest price gas in the valley. Avoid these bottom feeders.

The employees here do not apply discounts to your 7-eleven membership. Instead, they shave the funds off the till at the end of the night, and split the extra money they stole from the customers. And they’re able to get away with this because it’s in a nicer area. Plumbing problems all over the store also.

Products in store are above average prices, gas is comparably priced to Chevron and they often don't take rewards as the company promises. Maybe just a bad franchise. But I love seven elevens generally. Also a girl who works there seems to favor Hispanics, again not a big deal.

The xactair compressors are absolute garbage. I lost tire pressure after trying 3 of these at 3 different gas stations.

So, my friend and I came in to this location to buy fountain drinks (01/16/17). I noticed as we walked in, the employee did not acknowledge us. He was not completely bald but like a buzz cut, glasses, Caucasian and was working around 1:25pm. This might not have anything to do with it but I just wanted to throw it out there, everyone else was Caucasian, my friend and I are both Hispanic, maybe that had to do with it, maybe not. Anyway, we came up to the counter and the employee (didn't catch his name) said all together or separate, we said separate and showed him who's paying for what and what drinks. I gave him my Mountain Dew Red, total was $1.27, I gave him $1.50, he tossed 25 cents on the counter... I was confused of why he tossed it in a rude manner, and not hand it to me. So then my friend tells him she's paying for her two drinks and he rings up the SAME drink. We said um no we already paid for that, we're paying for these other two drinks with a CARD. Then he says yea and you're paying for these as well. So we repeated the same thing. He starts muttering and not making sense and then he says you know what it's free. His co worker kept looking over like he knew what we were saying but stayed quiet. We're both standing there confused of why he was making this so complicated. I have never been treated this way at a gas station, I was shocked so I said great customer service! I wish I could've gotten his name because he treated us so so badly.

Service is great to a point, unless it involves the car wash. I have been going here for years and on a whim tried their car wash. There are no lights inside the wash telling you to move or not. When the sprayers and everything stopped for about 30 seconds I assumed it was time to move to the dryer. Since my cycle was apparently still going it stopped the entire thing and made it so I couldn't even get it dried. When I went inside to get just a dry it was not possible and it would cost another $6 to get the most basic wash which probably didn't have a dry. Luckily I gave soda and so my addiction that always had me going there is over. Sadly this occasion does not inspire me on the flexibility of the store attendant to fix things or on the car wash system in general. Do everything here but get your car washed.

Locks on the bathroom door broken. I got to make friends with another customer while I was on the porcelain throne who came in and said hello!

This place is horrible they are very rude disrespectful they dont honor the prices they advertise and charger more not only that but the place isn't clean the bathrooms were closed and not in service go to anyother sev besides this location corporate needs to get involved to straighten this place out.

Don't come here if you use debit or credit cards. Their system will decline your card not the bank. Over and over. Never coming back again.

pump # 1 fills up at a rate of one penny per second. That means 10 dollars is literally going to take you 16 min to pump gas... I put it in 30 dollars thinking this was a normal pump lol. (50 min) if you come here do not use pump#1.

I got it switched to another pump and it was good.

Guy that works during the day is just kind of rude. I'm a single mom and when i go on there im usually a little harried from chasing a toddler he just rolls his eyes and scoffs and i am super friendly try to joke and lately i just dont want to go there in the day. He's a tall lurpy kind of bald guy with sores on his arms. I love the guys who work at night though they're always sweet to us.

My daughter and I went into this location to get a slurpy and of course they were out of cups. The staff was less than willing to help us and acted like they were to busy to give us the time of day.. very disappointed in this location. It has dropped the ball lately.

Horrible place. It use to be my store but not since it was bought out. The employees are rude, they bearly understand English, and the store is VERY dirty.

I came here since i moved to draper back in 2008. Everyone knows me by name because im always coming over to buy junk food or get a red box. Friendly staff and service. Their car wash works just fine! No complaints!
