This past month I have worked with the artistic Team in the Framing dept on creating frames for several original high quality and very sentimental family treasures.
Lilliana, Mercedes and Abby have been wonderful resources, providing their extensive knowledge and artistic acumen to selecting the most aesthetically optimal frames.
Grateful to have them on my Team.

This marvelous young employee, Chloe, stands out as such a strong individual. Chloe was attacked by a terrible banshee of a woman who was barking at her because she needed to use her PIN number during a purchase, "In all my 30 years I've never had to use my PIN!" I watched her bark at poor Chloe.
Chloe however is exceptionally classy and patient. Chloe handled the situation with grace, kept a level head, and accommodated the woman to the absolute best of her ability. Her customer service skills are PHENOMENAL. Chloe deserves the absolute best in everything she peruses, but also deserves to be recognized for how perfectly she handled the situation. Employees like Chloe are the reason I go back to stores because I know they're mindful, mature, and competent. Those are the kind of people who can assist me and I can trust to do their jobs well.

I like the supply of items and the costs are fair. But the bathrooms have been a PROBLEM. 4 different times I had to help my 3 yr old son go potty at this store- all 4 times, he has lifted the seat to pee and put his hands on dried FECES. One of these situations happened at 10:15 a.m., 15 minutes after the store opened. All 4 times it was reported to management. Don't go to the bathroom here, they don't properly clean it.

Clean and well organized, this store seemed remarkably well-staffed for the after hours. I expected to see one or two employees but encountered four. Each was very cheerful and smiling and helpful in finding what I needed. It seemed there was quite a bit of setting up aisles. Several worked on a project sorting an area for sales and were working well together and enjoying their work. They did stop to answer my questions when I approached them but quickly went back to what they were doing.
I found most of what I sought, but found on arriving at the circumstances that some of the products were damaged. My options were to pay full price or not but it at all and I chose the latter.
It was a purposeful shopping trip for a specific project for Valentine's Day and was as quick as intended thanks to staff and a good store layout.
PLUS!! The sales! 😃 They never disappoint. As Michael's go, this store is one of their smaller, more limited on product options. The was still a lot to choose from!

I actually went to get some Christmas picture frames on clearance. They had a lot of nice Christmas decor left from 50-70 percent off, and I had to really use self discipline not to buy more than I did.

It's ok, but not near as complete as Hobby Lobby. For beads and trinkets, Hobby Lobby has much more in stock.

I was trying to find 4 of the same type of item and only finding 3, so I asked a young woman with dark hair to help me find any extras from storage. She told me if it wasn’t on the shelf, they didn’t have it, and walked away before I had even finished talking. I eventually found another kind employee who found extras of exactly what I needed in a matter of minutes.

Later on, the same young woman directed me to a self check-out, despite me having an entire cart full of supplies and a fussy toddler. I asked if self check-out was the only option and she told me the store wants us to use them because they are new. While I was struggling, a man with 2 small items came to the register and she promptly checked him out without saying a word.

To the kind employee who helped me find my items, thank you! I wish I had caught your name so I could give you a shout out for great service.

I was looking for a calligraphy pen. It was there on the aisle, but so high up, I couldn't tell what it was. I used my app to locate it. There were employees blocking the middle aisle, and others just standing around talking. One guy as cashier.

With this location being the only one surrounding Lehi that is open on Sunday, I greatly appreciate it. I had went to a few different craft stores looking for graphite paper. I called this store beforehand & the gentleman I had talked to was very nice & helpful. I get to the store & the lady cashier was also helpful & polite.

Store is clean, set up well and the deals, sales, etc. were clearly marked. Employees were nice, friendly and helpful. The lady in front of me in line even let me go in front of her as I only had two items to her basketful.

Asked the cashier if they had purple beaded Mardi gras necklaces available still at store , on website it said check with store availability!! Upon checking 🤣🤣it took 2 people to check, an coming bk asking me "what they are🤣 if they were some kind of beads!!"🤣🤣 Cz they didn't know what Mardi gras necklaces looked like I laughed an left!! Just ordered it online plus it was way cheaper than getting them at this store!! 🤣🤣 just funny! Workers need to know what they're selling in those stores!

I went in for yarn and found that they have a very small supply compared to Joanne's. You could see staff working in the aisles but they weren't helpful. In draper, Joanne's is just across the street and I'd go there. They have a much bigger selection of almost everything and their staff is friendly and helpful.

I went in to get yarn and found that their yarn department has greatly decreased. I didn't find any yarn that I liked at a good price. I went across the street to Joanne's and found exactly what I needed and more.

Waited over 20 minutes for a manager to come unhook spider wire from a box of pencils I was buying. The person who checked me out has worked there for over 6 months and still doesn't know how to get it off. Second girl couldn't get it off either. Manager never showed up so I asked if I could take it off myself which she let me. Got it off in three seconds. Definitely not impressed with this place. I appreciate the effort they gave however, if you come here don't get anything with a spider wire on it. I'm more unimpressed with what seems like the lack of training on something I learned to do from a one minute YouTube video...

Great store and fantastic employees! I went in for a specific item and couldn't find it so I was about to give up and check out. Aniceto was eager to help me find what I was looking for. And not only that, turns out I was looking for the wrong item to begin with so he told me what I actually needed and helped me find it. He was the most helpful, friendly employee I've encountered in a very long time. I was very impressed with both the store and it's employees.

Got a coupon at the framing counter that he said was good anywhere in the store, only to get to the checkout to be told it was online. I get about 10 coupons/emails a week with my rewards card, but none showed up when checking out so I got nothing off my purchases. Apparently the rewards program stinks. I spent $275.00 on framing and got zero discount on my other purchases? Really?

I just went to Michaels to buy a sketch pad and pencils. I wasn't greeted when I arrived or any other time during my visit. Several employees looked at me but didn't ask if I needed any help. One male employee looked at me quite a bit and even came around to look at me while I was viewing an endcap and came down the aisle when I went to where the rest of the pencils were. Neither time did he ask if I needed help. When he came down the aisle he asked the older couple if they needed help but still didn't ask me. When I went to the register, the item I planned to buy rang up much higher than it was labeled but the cashier didn't offer to help confirm the price I'd seen or ask anyone else to go check. There wasn't anyone else in the line at the time, so it wasn't too busy to offer assistance. I also wasn't greeted either of the two times I went to the register. I did witness the cashier greet a customer in front of me, and I also witnessed another employee ask a customer if they needed help while I was standing at the register, so the employees are capable of acceptable customer service.

Trisha is incredibly. She will go the extra mile to see that your custom frame job is perfect and affordable. She came by the store on her day off and saw that I was struggling to design and place my order. She jump in and work with me for at least two hours on her own time. This gal has not only great customer service skills, her heart is in the right place to lead a team of people by her example. Just when you think retail has lost the art of good customer service, people like Trish show up and restore your trust.

Went to get a picture framed (supposedly same day) lady was 10 minutes late for work so I had to wait for her to even show up first. Was then told it would take about a week to finish instead of same day. 2 weeks later I get a call that I was misquoted and the style and layout chosen won't work. To recap; employee was late for work, not properly trained, quoted me for work that couldn't be done, tells me 1 week for something advertised as same day, and more than 2 weeks before then notifying me of any of these problems. Top to bottom bad experiences. Nothing good at all I can think to say. DO NOT SHOP HERE!... A month later I am still waiting for the dipsticks that run this place to figure things out and finish a simple framing job that a C- high-school shop student would have had no problems accomplishing. However, they dont have any problems keeping my money as tho it they did their jobs correctly and on time. Would have been faster and cheaper to nail my picture to a tree and wait for it to grow the frame around the picture.

Again, website showed that the items I was interested in were available in store but they were not. I also wanted to return items that I purchased online but I needed all of the paperwork that came with them. I had the order number on my phone showing all of the items in my order but this could not be used. There also seemed to be confusion on how to return online orders. I generally enjoy Michael's but my recent experiences have been frustrating.

The selection seemed good and the staff was friendly, but I wouldn't recommend going to this location if you have asthma that can be set off by perfumes. The smell of scented pinecones was overpowering everywhere I went, and I started having a hard time breathing after just 5 minutes. I can usually just speedwalk past the smelly stuff at most Michaels locations, but I'll be avoiding this one until the pinecones have sold out.

I visited today in search of fall decor. Their employee Janice was extremely rude and tried to humiliate me in front of other customers that she was chatting with. I was called a "Halloween freak" and when I walked passed them, she pointed me out saying "See?" and stared me down until I passed her.

I usually love shopping at Michael's, but I will not be coming back to this location.

Michael's has super clearance and usually when I shop for their candles. I like the proximity of this store to my house! Nice cashiers, typically a line but the cashiers have seemed patient enough to handle crazy customer issues and remain friendly. This keeps me going since I wouldn't have the patience myself to wait otherwise!

I have a sleeve of tattoos and was shocked to realize that the store had secret shoppers following me the whole time. I was profiled and felt like just because I had tattoos I was some thief. Probably not going to go back

Great place! Only 4 stars instead of 5 cuz several times I've been in there I had to hunt someone down for help and most of the time they had no helpful information or gave me wrong information. The younger employees aren't knowledgeable on pretty much any question you have to ask and don't even know where things are. :/ Wish they'd train them better.. but other than that the store is great! Thanks for making sure your store is clean and organized! 👍

I always love shopping the sales at Michael's! I find it easy to be really thrifty with my projects if I stick to planning from the items available at a discount. This location was clean and well-stocked. The staff was pleasant, even when faced with customers who were UNpleasant. Kudos.

I went in with a general idea for a custom frame job based off of Michaels web page. Far more options to choose from in store. My framer, Cassandra was not only kind and patient but she helped me elevate the piece to surpass my expectations. In love with the frame design. Very excited!

The store is a nightmare the older woman at the register never knows what’s going on items will say that they’re on sale and they won’t ring up that way and they will not honor it and when you try to return things that you bought online even brand new in the box they won’t take them every time I come here it’s been something I will go out of my way 40 minutes to go to the American Fork store at least they know what they’re doing
