I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have a real human being take our order and gladly did so today. I get frustrated at the lack of human connection at fast food restaurants these days and not only that, but you guys called our order by our name when it was ready. The time to write on the product, what it was! You had guys out cleaning tables and for a Taco Bell, this was one was really clean! My son is the only reason we go and I usually dread the experience! I actually enjoyed eating and ordering from your store today and will be back!!! Please, please continue to take orders in person and not force people to order on those inhuman machines that offer no human connection!

The server was great. I have a food allergy and let them know, but my food still came with tomatoes. That could have been deadly. I ordered large drinks at the speaker, but they didn't put large size on the order. They could work on listening better. The food's always great and quick, please just listen better to especially food allergies

I have never had any issues at this location until last Saturday. The kid working the drive-thru at 7:00 pm was the rudest person I have encountered in a very long time.

He was rude when I placed my order and even ruder when I pulled up to the window. Had to ask twice for napkins and fire sauce which I also asked for when I placed my order. The sauce flew out of the window at me.. Really no excuse at all for acting like this.

People like this don’t last, but it was bad enough that I felt the need to leave a review about it..

i work at the walmart around the corner and i don't know when my break is going to be but i don't have long so ill put an order in on the app so i can pull up really quick. we'll i guess they changed the app so you have to wait for a certain time to pick it up? but that time can be over 20 min later?! i pulled up and they wouldn't make my food as if i was using the drive through like a normal customer.
i don't get to eat on my lunch today and i genuinely don't understand why?!
i've worked at taco bell before and i do not get why i got turned away?!????

I've always enjoyed the Mexican pizza, and it's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. However, the Draper location is disappointing. The staff seemed untrained, and it took me five minutes to get someone's attention to place my order. Additionally, almost all the tables were dirty; only one was clean enough to sit at. I understand technology is helpful, but I prefer a more personal touch when dining in. Please train your employees better to maintain the quality of service.

Worst Taco Bell ever, the night shift is the shows no effort in their food. I've ordered food from there several times, each time hoping they get it right.

The sad part about this is, it's the only taco bell next door to me, so I have NO option but to go there if I'm hungry.

Tacos have small portions of Taco meat, Taco shells are stail. My order is some times missing a item. Then the servers look at me like I made up the whole incident.

None of the food came in the separate boxes we asked for. Food quality was sub par and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Better Taco Bell’s other places. Wouldn’t recommend.

Came for lunch in the drive thru. Logan was the cashier. He was very polite and professional and just his genuine kindness to a perfect stranger turned my day around. Thanks for the excellent service.

I have a rule.. Take my order at the counter within a minute or two and I'm gone. By the way.. I don't need to learn to use your Kiosks.. Especially while three employees are kickin back gabbin in the back..
These fast food corporations are a joke. Nothing like it was when I worked for Taco Bell.. Pathetic.
If I come to this location again and the front register is not open and my order is not taken promptly.. I'm gone.. never to return.

Customer service seems to have taken a backseat. You need to manually put in your order, which is not displayed anywhere. You can wait 5 to 10 min before someone tells you.

I hadn't been here since before the remodel, we were both pleasantly surprised with everything here. We came in for breakfast and thought it was very good with lots of options. The inside is very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend if you haven't been to this location or if it's been awhile.

The employees were very rude to me and my group. When they messed up on an order then handled it very poorly and were talking back to us when they were in the wrong. They also refused to give us water cups when I’ve always been given water cups in the past so it was quite confusing.

You know I forgot that this taco Bell was here. It has changed since last time I came here, they have the touch order screens. I actually really like those. There was three people working tonight, all of them were super nice and said hello when I walked in asked if I needed any help I said no no I know what I want the delicious nacho fries lol, but yeah the place looks nice and clean it wasn't busy, I had a good experience. Went here around 10pm couple nights ago and ordered the nachos and a Burrito the chips were stale and barely any toppings. The guy at the speaker had an attitude. The Burrito was mostly tortilla barely anything in it. Terrible food terrible service. I go out of my way to avoid this location. Was tired and thought I'd give them another shot since they are 2 mins from my house but I won't make that mistake again. Absolute waste of my money

We used the drive-thru so atmosphere wasn't really an issue. But this was the best drive-through service we've had not only in a long time but possibly ever. I'm not exaggerating. The service was quick friendly professional. It seems lately you hardly get a thank you at a drive-thru window. Just here's your receipt. Here is your food. But we were really impressed with the level of service we got at our visit.

I travel frequently for my job and I worked at a Taco Bell in high school, so I always get Taco Bell whenever I’m away from home. For context, in the last 3 months I’ve had Taco Bell in every time zone in the continental United States at least once. This Taco Bell hands down was the best one I’ve been too, the exterior was spotless, the person taking my order was super friendly even though it was a little bit of a rush, and the craziest thing was I ordered like 4-5 items, and each one came out looking like it had been in a tv ad. Two of the things I ordered weere off the cravings menu, and those almost always come out looking like they kinda got smashed together in .5 seconds, but even my potato soft taco was pristine. No idea what y’all got going on here but keep it up!

Easily the worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. I asked for beef tacos and kept getting bean tacos. This was a delivery order and when I called and asked if they had the ground beef they said yes and just hung up on me.

First of all, I wish I hadn't thrown away my receipt before I wrote this review, as I would have liked to call out the drive-thru employee by name, as she was awesome! So nice, kind, thoughtful, and I told her to be sure to tell her manager that she deserved a raise! :)

Second, however, has nothing to do with this location, but Taco Bell in general. $30 for three of us to eat?!! And we didn't even get drinks. My burrito did not taste good enough, nor was it big enough to be worth over $5. I doubt I will be buying food from Taco Bell any more at those prices.

When I walked in the workers were giving me rude glares and I went to pick my order Alex was berating me about if it was my order and that I had to show him my receipt which has never happened before. The manager needs to keep his employees in line. Also, the food that I did order had had tortillas, hash browns, and rancid tasting cheese.

We just went through the drive through in Draper and my husband and I ordered 3 tacos and two burritos. We were so disappointed with both the quality of the food and just how little food was in the shells. Literally, there was maybe a teaspoon of grated cheese and lettuce and something that was suppose to be chicken but was unrecognizable, two tiny pieces of white something? We had to toss them away as I gagged looking at it.
We were saddened by the entire experience. No “Bell’ ever again for us.

The beefy 5 layer was crunchy, like the torilla was left out for a few hours before rolling and just broke. Also, this location no longer does chalupas. Still on the menu and even paid for it, but they had to give me a refund and said that they no longer sell/carry chalupas. Then again, it does look like new management so who knows.

This location used to be ran efficiently. The last few visits have been horrible. They are out of products, drink cups, etc. I waited over 20 min for two boxes and a burrito. I was missing two items and went inside. There were 5-10 customers waiting - most with similar issues - and no one at the front at all helping them. I left after an additional 5 min in the store waiting to be acknowledged.

Had a terrible experience on Saturday February 18 2023. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12 pack of tacos. I had asked for half hard shell and half soft shell. When I got to the window the total was much more money than expected. They read the order back and said I had asked for BLT tacos. I told them I hadn’t requested that. She then got a manager. He said that he heard me ask for BLT tacos. I told them that was incorrect and my wife also chimed in saying the same. The manager then said “get out of my drive-thru” and then slammed the drive thru window.

This is ridiculous for someone who claims to be a manager. This is poor business. A discussion would have been great. Instead, they chose to act like a child and not try for an opportunity to correct the problem. I will be happy to tell as many people as possible about this experience.

We had a mobile order from the app and made substitutions for vegan! The employees at this location were so nice, and got the whole order correct. Bria was so nice and kind at the window! Holy cow! I have never waited so long for a steak quesadilla and a baja blast in my life! No joke, it took 45 minutes to get my food which I have to say is outrageous. I can't give this taco bell below 2 stars because the steak quesadilla is so good and that Baja blast is amazing. I would recommend going to a different taco bell if this one has more than 3 cars in the drive thru.

We had a mobile order with 2 specialty boxes one was vegetarian and the other was regular to start the didn’t box them so I had no idea which was which till I realized they didn’t even put the second crunch wrap in and the other wrap was half open so I went back and asked them for it to be fixed the fixed the regular one and the black bean one was incorrect again I only had black bean and cheese in it when it was supposed to be a black bean wrap with everything except sour cream and add potatoes but no it just had beans and cheese worst Taco Bell ever workers need to take a minute to do each order properly and and there was literally another customer who came in while I was there who was also missing part of there order sooooo this place sucks

Went today to get a quick lunch. Did I say quick! I was in the drive through line for 20 minutes before I even moved an inch. Then another 15 minutes to get to the 3rd in line. Total time in drive thru was 45 minutes. I had a 30 min break and am now late back to work. And there is no way to get out of line. Pretty smart on your end Taco Bel. I Will never go here again and they are RUDE! Such a waste for sub par food too. I could have gone to a sit down place for less money and less time!!! So bugged!!!

Just had the most disappointing chicken quesadilla.
It didn’t have any of the chipotle sauce in it. Just some half melted cheese and half warm chicken in a quesadilla.
Not at all worth $6.
I literally had to look up if Taco Bell changed the quesadilla recipe.
Of course I didn’t discover the lack of sauce until I got home.

Horrible service! Spent 20 minutes waiting in the lobby for a single chicken quesadilla with extra meat. Received a half made chicken quesadilla with almost no meat that wasn’t even cooked! They ignore the lobby and only focus on the drive-through and if you make any alteration to the standard menu item say extra meat or well done they will screw it up every time and they do not care! This is becoming a pattern with every single Taco Bell in the state of Utah they do not try they do not value their customers I will not be coming back to this location ever again or any other Taco Bell in the state of Utah as this is my fifth experience like this at various locations run by this same franchise owners

This is one of, if not the worst managed Taco Bell in the state.

I've worked near this Taco Bell and frequented it over the course of a year+ and it's been terribly managed the entire time.

Breakfast items? Never heard of her.

Want ketchup for 4 burritos? Here's 2 packets.

Did I mention breakfast is almost never available?

Service is 0 stars and I should give 0 stars, but the sausage breakfast crunch wrap changed my life so I'll give 2.

Hit and miss with this place. Sometimes you get what you order while most times you don't. This place has many teenagers working there so I'm not surprised why orders are wrong. Maybe pay their employees more so they actually start caring.

It was closed! Hours of operation posted on the outside of building. It was clearly within that time. In fact some one inside saw me and walked out of my view. Oh man. They didn’t acknowledge me. They just walked out of my view as j knocked on the window.

Ok I get that places are short staffed. And even crazy life stuff happens. But at least have the professional courtesy to post amended hours of operation on the window or explain that circumstances come up to require change. Anyway. Lame. Unprofessional And disappointing

I was craving a Crunch Wrap Supreme (I haven’t had Taco Bell in yearsssss!) and caved despite the mixed reviews of this location. I’m so glad I did! The food was delicious and everyone I interacted with through the drive thru was pleasant. Might not have to go so many years in between my next visit!

Walked up here on my lunch at 230 says they close lobby at 4 they were closed anyways wasted my lunch if you can't keep your restaurant open then shut down permanently like Wendy's next door instead of wasting people's time

This location really needs to up their game. They charge more than the other locations for extra meat and this picture is supposed to be a "steak chalupa." I'm not paying $4 for a taco shell and little to no lettuce. Step it up, eh?

I came here tonight and ordered 4 things and each item was messed up in some way. I didn't receive the cinnamon twists I ordered, the burrito wasnt grilled like we ordered, the nacho fries had NO seasoning on them?? And let me tell you, they're gross without it. The cheesy gordita crunch was soggy and stuck to the wrapper so when trying to even eat it the whole outside fell apart. The staff working seems like a bunch of high school kids and the employee at the window was rude and incompetent. It's sad that they did all the renovations only for it to be worse than it was before. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes into Sandy and go to Taco Bell on state st. Service and food are both ten times better.
