Long time Keto person and user of Keto Chow products. I am not unbiased, huge fan of Fasting Drops. Still this was the first time I could visit the premises and I was impressed with the store and I was granted a tour of the facilities. There are too many names to remember but Holly, Lynette and Steve all stick out as being above the top friendly and helpful. No wonder the mail order business is so fantastic. The in person service is just as good. A big surprise to me was the book section which had a great many of Carrie Brown's books as well as many other books on a well formulated Ketogenic Diet

It's been several years. I still remember the first ad I saw for Keto Chow. It was the perfect humor to speak to me and piqued my interest to check Keto Chow out. Ever since, I've never looked back with these mixes being my go to for years now.

Now even if you're not doing keto, these are actually still a great choice! They contain all the nutrients you need in a day and can be mixed with less fats to fit higher carb plans.

But in addition to all of this I'd like to note that Keto Chow was also a life saver for me. I went through a devastating time in my life at the end of 2020, and could barely function much less care for myself. The shakes were so mindlessly easy to make and simple that they got me through weeks during this period that I would have just starved otherwise.

Keto Chow is much more than just a simple meal replacer, there is true meaning for me. Even more, there is the most amazing community that you will find. Full of encouragement, recipes, and ideas.

I encourage Keto Chow to do a mukbang challenge. I can drink a lot of Keto Chow, and I would show up to compete. In fact, Keto Chow is so good that it has ruined all other protein/whey shakes for me. These shakes blend up beautifully in the blender with or without an added fat such as heavy whipping cream.

I live an hour north of Keto Chow headquarters. Last night I placed an order for pick up.
This morning I received an E-mail from Customer Service rep Jenn B. She said she noticed I lived an hour north of the facility and she would be happy to mail my order free of charge if I needed her to.
WOW, not only is Keto Chow an amazing meal replacement but their personal service is also top notch. 5 stars for this company, the product and their personal touch.

I told them my mom wasn’t feeling well and I was just looking for something to cheer her up. They threw in a ton of free stuff for her and they helped me find the perfect gift as well as a flavor that was sold out online that my mom loved. It really made both our days and I would go here again and again!

Stopped by the Keto Chow headquarters and met Jenn, Lynette and Travis today while picking up a few shake mixes. They were incredibly friendly and provided amazing customer service. Jenn even gave me a swag bag and a few extra goodies just for coming in! I’ve been using Keto Chow for a few weeks now and I feel great (and have lost 6 pounds). A big thank you to the staff at Keto Chow. You are the best!

Was in there for maybe 2 minutes picking up my order, the front desk lady was incredibly sweet and helpful, and asked me multiple times if I had any questions about anything, I'm no stranger to keto so I didn't need the help but it just goes to show their customer service is incredible.

As far as the shakes go, a lot of people complain that they're expensive but when you take a look at what you get the price becomes easier to swallow. These aren't keto protein shakes, they are keto meal replacement shakes. I tried my first one with half a cup of heavy whipping cream and some unsweetened almond milk. The shake was the tastiest keto shake I've ever had and I've had a lot, doing keto on and off for the last 5ish years. The consistency is also amazing, it's thick and creamy and very filling. Accompanied with the great customer service, best tasting keto shake I've had, and the convenience of being able to pick it up same day, they are a 10/10 in my book!

I started eating keto Chow when my keto coach offered it during one of her programs. I purchased the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor and it is delicious! I've even added a couple of tablespoons of natural peanut butter to the shake and that makes it even more filling than it already is. I don't use the Keto Chow shakes on a daily basis. They are the perfect meal in a pinch or on the go. I do use the Electrolyte Drops every day and I love them.

I LOVE KETO CHOW!
The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They offer an in-store discount, subscription option, and on-line purchasing.
Needing a meal replacement that is KETO (and for me less than 1g of sugar per serving), they has finally done it! They taste amazing, offer tons of flavors, including seasonal limited time options.
They also have savory options (also Keto) for like soup bases!

Their banana powder is the best on the market. I've tried other powders, extracts, etc... Keto Chow's quality is superior. Their powders seem to be ground (finer) more than any other powder I've used (in the last 5 years of my keto life).

They are more expensive per meal than most keto powders; but you get what you pay for.

I have been drinking Keto Chow for a couple weeks now. I LOVE it! I Obviously I have my favorites, but I like every flavor I have tried so far. I've been mixing all flavors with butter and they are really good and keep me as full as if I had a meal. It has also helped with my sweet cravings since it's like having dessert for a meal. Thanks Keto Chow!

I started eating keto Chow when my keto coach offered it during one of her programs. I purchased the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor and it is delicious! I've even added a couple of tablespoons of natural peanut butter to the shake and that makes it even more filling than it already is. I don't use the Keto Chow shakes on a daily basis. They are the perfect meal in a pinch or on the go. I do use the Electrolyte Drops every day and I love them.

As a keto product, this is just ok. I offered a review directly to the Keto Chow website, but they must not have liked what I said as I cannot find my review on their website. I am including information I included in my initial review as well as new information. My initial opinion was the name 'Keto Chow' sounds like a cat or dog food. It took me awhile to finally open the website and do some exploring. A better name would be more appealing. Once I opened up the website, I was a little intimidated in there were several videos on how to make the shake. Yikes! I need to watch a video to figure out how to make a shake? I finally decided to order the sample pack after receiving an email offering free shipping. I added a few other individual flavors to the sample pack and ended up being charged for shipping which I wasn't happy about. I found the price for the individual packs to be high. They try to justify the price on their website, but the price is high. They must have forgotten that you need to purchase your fat source which adds to the cost of a meal. I was surprised by the flavors of most I tried. The chocolate peanut butter and the vanilla were very unpleasant. I tried a majority of the other sweet flavors and enjoyed them all. I experimented with the fat sources and found that butter was better in caramel and toffee flavors, adding coconut oil to the chocolate tasted a bit like an Almond Joy candy bar and used heavy cream in the rest of the flavors. The were very thick and definitely tasted better if left in the refrigerator over night. I had 2 shakes a day for the first four days and lost 5 pounds but since then, I haven't lost a pound despite following a 1500 calorie a day intake. Very disappointing!

I decided to give Keto Chow a second round and ordered a large bag of chocolate and the sample pack of the savory flavors. In my opinion, the savory flavors are a huge waste of money. I didn't find any of the flavors pleasant and had to add additional ingredients to just get them down. The savory flavors don't stay hot and start out warm and got cold very fast. I don't like cold soup.

The big bag of chocolate got old after a few days. I need variety and eating the same flavor 2 times a day, every day got boring for me. With the price of the large bag being over $60.00, I didn't want to invest in more than 1 large bag. I did use coconut oil and heavy cream to alter the taste of the chocolate shake a bit.

I wish they would offer smaller containers so I wouldn't be committed to such a large amount of one flavor.

Good points:
1. Most of he sweet flavors were very good and tasted very close to what they were suppose to be.
2. The shakes were thick and filling if left overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Much easier to make that I first thought. I don't see the need for many videos showing you how to make the shakes.
4. If made ahead, easy to grab and go.
5. Having 2 shakes a day, the usual constipation that goes along with the Keto diet was not a problem.

Negative points:
1. The cost. In addition to the product, you had to purchase the fat source which increased the price of each shake.
2. Unless you buy multiple large bags in different flavors, you are stuck with a single flavor or you are forced to buy individual flavors which are higher in cost. Smaller options would be nice
3.Chocolate peanut butter and vanilla are very unpleasant. I am a peanut butter lover and the peanut butter flavor doesn't taste anything like peanut butter.
4. The savory flavors are terrible. Don't waste your money on these.
5. Free shipping was offered but ended up paying for shipping. It's not good business to offer a perk and then not follow through.
6. When there comments regarding the flavor on their website, their generic response was always seen. It would be nice to see a more personal response to those comments.
7. I found it very hard to have 2 shakes a day and found myself looking forward to the one meal where I could actually eat and chew some food.

Hey Keto Culture! I’m a chef (Life Chef) chef_Qadree on insta. I rated this product 4 stars, really (4.5 stars) because personally I expected a stronger flavor profile, so see below!

Keto Chow is a superior product by content alone. It packs more vitamins and mineral, way more protein and has a very mild highly palatable “flavor”. The actual flavors that are advertised are very subtle and exist under the mild but perfectly balanced sweetness I tried the sample pack with coolers with 6 different flexors. The draw back is that you have to add your fat content (which could become expensive) but they do a very good job of giving you measurements on how much fat you can add and how many calories/grams you’re adding when you do. I like!

Ample K, (2 scoop 400 calories) another product I used before Keto Chow, does provide a minimal vitamin and mineral count but at first glance looks to provide more fat (34g with 2 scoops). This isn’t the case when you compare it to the fat content you’d add to keto chow. Flavor wise Ample K comes through a little stronger. I get more of a chocolate taste with Ample K. If following a 2k calorie daily diet you’d need to take Ample K 5 times where as Keto chow requires only 3.

So it turns out that Ample K is a slightly better tasting product but lacks additional flavors but also a bit more expensive and lacks when it comes to nutrients and protein. Keto Chow flavors mostly taste the same but with a very nuanced distinction, while packing a punch on the nutrient and protein content but absent fat. I love that it’s really high in protein as someone who works out! My vote goes to Keto Chow.

I am new to this Keto way of life. They are extremely helpful with my answers. The shakes are so good (and I am lactose intolerant) but since eating like this the shakes do not bother my tummy at all. Great fresh treats too. It's a GREAT place! a must go if you are eating Keto or want to.

I have been drinking Keto Chow for about 6 months, I completely love it! The taste is incredible and makes keto so easy. The customer service is also great, they have helped me out a few times with and it has just been really easy to deal with them through email. The people at the desk at their office are also very polite. Really just an all around great company.

They do weekly sales which is awesome. Stuff tastes great. I would not recommend unless you're doing the keto diet though. If you're doing keto, it's a GREAT meal addition/supplement. In some cases, it's a replacement too.

I'm a big fan. The product is delicious and was shipped with a minimum of packaging. The customer service was excellent with INSTANT answers to questions using the website chat function. I'm impressed with the product so far and I can't recommend it enough. I bought 4 bags of the weekly sale flavor which saved a little money. I try and eat some of it everyday as every serving has a huge quantity of Potassium in it that I believe really helps me feel better.

Keto Chow makes a fantastic food replacement, not unlike Soylent. It is meant for those wanting to be on a ketogenic diet. You simply mix the powder with some water, heavy whipping cream and MCT oil and you've effectively got all your nutrition needs handled. I've been shopping at Keto Chow on and off for over a year now and am always satisfied with the quality of the product, the packaging, and the customer service.
