I’ve had two incredible experiences working with Autumn in the printing department. She did our entire football teams fatheads on incredibly short notice and with such a quick turn around. The process and communication is seamless and the price is the best I’ve found. She’s also done a full size cut out with details and accuracy that I didn’t even expect. 5 stars. All around.

Taking it out on the customers and speaking negative about them after they leave is not a place I would recommend. With places like the $1 store or 5 below that do balloons and party supplies might just grab my attention going forward as these types of employees do not know what it takes to make ppl feel welcome and appreciated. The only person that was smiling and assisted me with a warm greeting was NEW, please don’t lose her as I feel she is a great asset to your store. If the owner would like to hear more about my visit, I’m available!

Hands down, THE best place to have banners made! Autumn was absolutely amazing to work with and so nice (she even texted after the bridal shower to see how everything turned out!), the banner turned out perfect and even better than I had imagined, and as if that’s not enough, it was ready to pick up early! Fantastic experience!

I went in today and spent $270! Went out to my Car and once again realized they over charged me. Which has happened the last 3 times I have gone in. It took 3 employees to refund the over charge. I left without the item.
Can you imagine if they over charged most of their customers and no one thinks to check.
It is Stealing from the Customer.
Not one employee can figure out how to ring up a Customer the right way.
I have spent $1,000’s of dollars at your store this Year.
I won’t be back. I’ll have to start ordering online like the rest of the World. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!

We’ve been working with Autumn on trying to use an old photo to create cardboard cutouts of our parents. If I could give zero stars I would! I bought round table cloths here for a baby shower. Zurchers was always known for their good, thick quality cloths. What I got, was cheap see through cloths! I would have needed 4-5 of them just to make the color on the package. I might has well have went to dollar tree to get them. It was too late for me to do anything about it and it make my baby shower look cheap and trashy. Don't buy their table cloths if you are looking to make a nice color statement. Or buy 4-5 of them just to get it to look the color on the package.

Working with Autumn to produce a banner went great. She was quite responsive, informative, and talented, but also flexible as I made a few changes on the banner over several days. I had other options to buy elsewhere, but the price here was reasonable. Customer service seems hard to find as compared to the past, but here the customer service was excellent and made it all well worth it. Thank you.

I originally bought a product that was damaged when I tried to use it. I left a review of the product, as well as the service I received in store. I got a prompt response from Bethany G, who addressed and resolved the issue quickly.

I needed two missionary welcome home banners. I had ordered from Etsy and that order fell through at the last minute. I texted Autumn and told her my needs and timeframe. Zurchers came through big time! We needed a fat head of my daughter for her birthday and they were able to do a rush on the order. The quality was top notch and it was even bigger than we anticipated. We took the fat head to her soccer game on her birthday and even had the team sign the back of it. It was a fun addition to her birthday and made us all smile! Highly recommend you get a fat head.

Went in to Zurchers looking for something to hold up at the airport for the return of our missionary. Found a couple of generic signs and then the cashier said that we could speak with Autumn in printing if we wanted something more custom! I had no idea that option was available! From the minute I told Autumn what I was looking for, she had so many great ideas! She was thorough and open to answer any questions to make sure my vision came to life! After placing my order and leaving the store, I received proofs via text within hours! Autumn continued to communicate with me until my order was ready! My name is Bonnie. I had autumn at the Draper store make me a yard sign for a baby shower. I was very pleased with the job she did. There was a deadline for the sign to be done, and when the day came. It was supposed to be transferred American Fork store, but there was a problem As soon as I notified autumn, she was right on it finding out what happened to my sign She went out of her way to get Sign the next morning and delivered it to the American Fork store herself. We ordered a 30” x 72” banner from the Zurchers Print Shop to celebrate our missionary returning home. The banner is perfect, beautiful and fantastic quality. Super clear image, vibrant colors, thick material and it came with grommets for hanging. We worked with Autumn via email and she was awesome! It didn’t take long to communicate and hash out the details of what we wanted for our custom banner. She was quick to send me options and respond. Thank you Autumn!

I almost never take the time to leave reviews but totally want to give a shout-out to Autumn at the print shop. I had an idea of a banner I wanted for celebrating a big milestone, but it required more than just a photo upload (old hard copy photo plus very tech-illiterate me = struggles). She helped me learn where and how to scan right from my phone so the quality would be much better than me just resorting to taking a photo of a photo. She helped me every step of the way, gave good advice and ideas, and had it done SO FAST! It turned out perfect! Even better than I originally expected. She was so awesome to work with! Thank you!!

The print shop at Zurchers did not even blink at my weird request and the $15 was worth the rush print. Autumn was friendly helpful and professional. Definitely will be doing more projects with them.

There’s literally no way to even reach them by phone. I called the number, it says their hours and days they are open. Says to remain on the line to talk to them, or press zero, I tried both, and it goes in one big loop forever. I never even talked to anyone. 👎🏼

I needed to get a same-day banner for my husband's birthday. It was very last minute so I wasn't sure I could get it done.
Yes I called and talked to Autumn, she was amazing! She helped me design the banner and was so patient, the end results exceeded my expectations.
She communicated with me over text the whole time and got my input on the design until it was completed.

First time ever in a Zurchers and I probably won't go back. I was trying to support a smaller Halloween store instead of going to *the other one*, but after this, I won't be back.

I was trying to find a bald cap for my kid's costume. Their website said they had 3 in stock at an $11.99 price point. I talked to 2 workers, one of whom was a manager, who said they didn't have any more. So they don't keep their inventory updated, okay. Fine. The only other options, though, we're a $20 bald cap or a 4.99 YELLOW bald cap. Just... uncolored latex. No attempt at any sort of skin tone. Whatever. I grabbed that one and a bottle of liquid latex to make it skin colored. Well the liquid latex is obviously expired stock, as I got not even a quarter into the bottle and the rest was just a giant glob. Completely unusable. Not to mention, the texture of the bald cap is awful and it has little pinholes all over it. I think if anyone with a bigger head than my TWO YEAR OLD SON tried to put it on, it would immediately rip. Terrible stock, terrible quality, lacking in customer service. Sad, because it's such a convenient location.

If you are buying Halloween costumes, make sure the whole thing is there!!! We got my wife's costume here, spent around a hundred dollars for the costume and accessories to go with it. Got home and she went to open it and try everything on together and half of the costume itself was missing out of the package. She returned the following day to try and get the rest of it and they didn't have anymore. The manager tried to make it right and refunded her half of the price of the costume that she bought, but we spent twice that much on the accessories to go with it, and my wife still only has half of a costume... not impressed by our visit here, and will probably go somewhere else next time to pick out costumes.

Just ordered a banner from Zurchers and was so impressed with the whole process. Orem employee Adam was so polite and helpful. Was especially impressed with Autumn. She was very quick to contact me via text with a picture of the banner and made sure I was happy with the design before printing it. She had it sent to the Orem store within a couple of days of ordering—so much faster than I expected. She was very professional and so pleasant to communicate with Just picked up the banner and it looks great!!

I contacted the Draper, UT Zurchers to get information about a personalized banner. I was contacted by Autumn and she was amazing to work with! I gave her an idea of what I wanted and sent some photos to add to the banner late in the afternoon. Autumn designed the banner and sent me a proof the very next morning, and her design was better than I had imagined! The pricing is much more affordable than what you will find elsewhere. I would highly recommend working with Autumn. I am so pleased with how the banner turned out.

So last night I was in around 7:30 and it was the cashier Josh and one other boy who was doing balloons. And my experience with Josh was great! He was so respectful and asked how I was told me to have a great night even though I know he must have been stressed with how long of a line there was.(I've worked retail I know how it can be) Kudos to Josh for keeping it professional! Hope his night got better he was so sweet. The other boy was great to had is head down working the whole time but I didn't get his name.

The graduate poster we received was perfect! The vinyl quality, print and coloring was spot on and let everyone know where the party was. And, they went the extra mile by sending a personal text when they realized I wouldn’t receive my poster in time by sending it to my local store. Zurchers paid the cost to UPS to me so I’d have on time. We were very grateful someone was paying attention!! We will definitely recommend Zurchers for any sign needs and use them again! The employees need to learn how to behave in front of customers. I went in and all 8 employees were not talking to customers but each other instead. I checked out and they said nothing to me. All acted like the customers were an inconvenience to them.

I went to shop for a birthday party. The employees were so clueless. I couldn’t find anyone to help us out. The employees were all in the front corners on their phones. I asked if they had some the the foil balloons in stock and the only answers we would get was “ i don’t know or I don’t think we do”. Couldn’t get any info on the rental.
