They’ve got quality clothes, and amazing shoes in my opinion. Everything is also at amazing prices, especially for the Nike stuff for men. I definitely want to shout out the employee Erika Lopez, who helped us find everything that we needed for Black Friday before the line got long, which I am grateful for. Definitely recommend shopping here

I usually only go into Kohl's to return things to Amazon. My wife goes here to shop. It is always clean, and everyone is helpful. I think I am going to find another drop off point for Amazon though. Everyone seems to go there to drop off and the line is pretty backed up.

Love going and grabbing some of my online orders that didn't get sent to my house. I get to see my peeps that still work there. The customer service is fantastic via in person or over the phone, they try their hardest to get it right for you! Then there's the saving, rewards, and of course the Kohl's cash!! Many times I've had so much Kohl's cash coming in with my rewards adding to this neverending shopping spree, and another thing is the $5 you get if you go pick up the order instead of having it shipped. The fact that it all adds up and you can use coupons on top of this cash flow and you don't have to wait months and months.... It's pretty freakin instant, aside from the dates that you can use the Kohl's cash. Great savings, great perks, great quality, great staff, great location, great service, great company, and lastly great store!!

Our cashier Rachel was amazing. She asked us to check our email for a discount coupon so we did. We saved 30%!!!
This store is always clean and organized. Great employees make good businesses look better.

I was pressured into signing this or that to get a credit card. The cashier promised that doing this would save a chunk of money off my total, and when l saw it go through my bank, they had taken out more than my final total shown me by the cashier. I want to discontinue the credit card!

This once thriving store is now a shell of its former self. The only reason to ever go in there anymore is to drop off an Amazon return. We were in there on December 11th, the heart of the Christmas shopping season, and there were two nice but extremely slow cashiers with a line of more than ten customers waiting to checkout. Additionally, there were two employees at the customer service counter where we dropped off our Amazon return. We decided to look for a couple of Christmas gifts and this store’s selection is mediocre at best and there were zero employees out on the floor to help customers and answer questions. Last year I thought this store would be out of business by now. Basically, I would say they are other than the doors are still open. Sad ... I gave this store two stars because it’s an easy way to make returns to Amazon and the store is clean ... probably because there aren’t many people who ever go in there anymore. For the love of me, I can’t understand why Logan can’t get a Target to come in here. Heaven knows we have nearly every fast food franchise known to man.

So far I've found gifts I'm looking for at Kohl's. I hope Kohl's is doing well, as not many choices in Logan. Seems online ordering is the way to shop these days. I like seeing the real product, not virtually. Hoping more folks will shop at Kohl's to keep the store open. Clean, organized store. Glad it's been de-cluttered with less stuff. Before pandemic Kohl's reminded me of a flea market. It was hard to sift through all the stuff. It's more professional and classy now.

the check out girl was very kind. She alerted me to a 30%discount on my purchase that I was not aware of and walked me through to process of using the discount. Many items that I was needing were not available in my size. I would probably shop there again.

We checked online the night before we went to see if they had certain items in stock. When we got there, none of them were there in my son's size. I don't know if the store is disorganized or if there's an issue with keeping track of stock, but we were disappointed when we couldn't find anything we needed. I do like their selection of toddler/baby clothes, so that's one small win.

Dalea and Carrol were wonderful as my kohl’s card wouldn’t work today. They helped call customer service and get answers as to why. They were patient and kind working through this problem with me!

We had the nicest sales clerk. I believe her name is Leila or very close to that. She went out of her way to help me find nice clothes for my very elderly mom. Couldn't ask for nicer staff. All were very nice, and the quality of their clothes are also top notch! The only downside to the store is that there's no place for a very elderly person to sit down. Please consider a few benches or something for those who struggle to walk.

I went into Kohl's two different times today, was greeted both times by friendly people who helped me located what I was looking for and had wonderful cashier's. Dalea and Tamlo, were their names I think. They were very polite and understanding. What wonderful employees. Thank you for being a wonderful store.

In store experience is fine. However their mobile app is frustrating enough that I just deleted it. I feel their website will need some changes if they’re gonna compete with other online stores like Amazon. Neither the app or website are very customer friendly or easy to navigate.

I went for a pair of Levi's. All of the styles and sizes were all mixed up and Wranglers mixed in with them. I looked for my style and size for a couple of minutes and got frustrated, left and ordered them online from another store.

-1 Internet was filtered and blocked any streaming. I had to listen to store music. I could visit Amazon for a return or a few sites. Out dated IT policies.
-1 Only one check out open, she was upselling a credit card or membership. I had to wait a half hour to get the same pitch. I hate being harassed by a store pretending to be a trash financial institution.
-1 At a clearance sign they had six coffee makers priced nearly double online prices. Dishonest vibes.
I don't want the store to close, but when it is the shareholders and elites will be completely to blame. I know they will blame the workers and customers.

Store was extremely filthy! Wouldn’t return an item .. the item was over $40.00 they were only willing to give me $7.00... even tho the tag was on the item. Completely dishonest store!

The last 3 in store purchases have had security tags NOT REMOVED so I get home and discover it later.....like the day I want to wear the item the first time. This has been a few times now. Sometimes I don't even notice the security tags because they're not all big shiny obvious tags, hence being a possibly hard to find tag serving its purpose. Staff needs better attention on this issue

Wish Kohl's cash lasted longer.

Staff is friendly, often sold out of common sizes though. I've sometimes had to settle for a size up. Same for women for my wife.

I have always loved kohl's. You can pretty much find anything you are needing here and they are always having sales. The only thing I would complain about is them potentially being understaffed or at least their method of doing things is a little off. The last time we were there the line was very long to checkout with only a couple registers active. Each register had 2 workers at them. One scanning, one bagging. It seemed as though the wait to checkout was so long because the cashiers were going really slow and not realizing that there was a bunch more of us just waiting for them to take their sweet time which each customer. It would have been more efficient if they had 1 cashier per register and more registers open with each cashier scanning and bagging themselves then once the customer's with less items were gone from the store they could have went to help the other cashiers if they needed it.

The return process for Amazon is dumb and needs to be changed back to the customer service desk. I went into today, no one was at the Amazon stand to return the package, went to customer service, they told I needed to go to the stand. I told them no one was there, to which I was told I needed to ring an obnoxious cowbell. I rang it and waited,no one came. Rang it again and waited and no one came. All the while the customer service person is not busy. I went back to customer service who told she told someone that I was there. She reluctantly helped which took all but 10 seconds. This is not staffing issue this is a management and process issue. Don’t put off simple work on someone else when it can be done very quickly. What a waste of my time!!!!

I go to Kohl's to checkout their clearance items. You can get some pretty good deals if you have the time to invest.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't see many of them around but they were good once I found them.

The checkout li es weren't too long and the cashier was working hard to get people through the register.

The store looked like it had been busy a lot of merchandise out of place and unfolded. I actually had to step over some dog beds that were in the walkway. That wasn't very safe for sure. The store didn't look very busy while I was there, there weren't a ton of cars in the parking lot.

The parking lot was clean and tidey. The walks were swept it looked like.

Overall being the time of year it is, it was a good experience. I recommend Kohl's...

Prices are high to really push customers to use their coupons, loyalty points, and even sign up for a credit card. Over half of the time spent checking out was listening to the associate explain all of these incentives and even forcing multiple sales pitches for their credit card. I said no three times to three credit card sales pitches. On the third time, the associate essentially said I have no choice but to listen because her manager was there. Surprisingly, my answer never changed.

Whatever policy they have for ignoring their customers' declinations needs to change. It is extremely frustrating to be held captive by someone who literally won't hand me my purchase or finalize the sale until they get their mandated sales pitches in. This needs to stop. I will avoid Khols until this predatory policy ends.
