The employees are very helpful, the store is well organized, well stocked, and the lines aren't normally too long. I waited less than a minute on Black Friday which is pretty awesome. Thank you local Wal-Mart staff.

I ordered 3 platters from north wal mart. They were the sliders. When I got there 30 minutes before my Christmas party.. they were just sandwiches cut up in regular bread 🤬 after arguing with the lady they offered $10 off each platter which was still almost $200 for an order they messed up. And yes I triple confirmed with the lady in what the order was before I had them make them. Never again will I use them

The store isn't always clean.. But, I really like the employees! They are friendly, helpful, and down to earth. I visit the store frequently, and honestly I can't tell you any time in the last few years where someone has been unkind or rude to me there.

...Well, I can think of an experience about a year ago where the manager wouldn't let me return a stuffed animal from a holiday because supposedly they had only a 30-day return window or something like that (I can't remember the details now, I can only remember how she treated me.). She said that signs were clearly posted, but I never saw those signs. That was frustrating to me, but that experience is the exception to the rule. I enjoy going to Walmart... For the people and obviously, for the prices.

Oh...yeah... The only thing I really, really don't like about Walmart is that they allow some really skanky images on their perfumes or their muscle drinks or posters, etc etc! I know that this problem isn't limited to Walmart, and unfortunately most people don't speak up, but I always speak up when I see things! And I hope you will too!

Spend the extra 10 minutes and go to the south walmart. I have never been so unimpressed with an associate.
I needed to return a product, it was unused, unopened with a seal still intact, I had a receipt. I purchased it 7 days ago. It was a food product so I wasn't sure if I could. I looked up the policy on this product and walmart website said they could accept unopened up to ninety days. Just to be safe, I called and the associate confirmed I could return this product. When I got there, the manager, Lori, told me I could not return it, I let them know.I called and was told I could and I drove about thirty minutes to return it, she said "We have associates that drive farther.You will be fine"
I drove 10 minutes down the road to the South Walmart, returned the product no issues and the associates were so kind. Don't bother with the North walmart!

I've been here four or five times since moving to the area. It is clean and well organized. The cashiers are friendly, and they generally have what it is I need.

Yall for real need to work on the attitude. Everytime I have gone into the store and asked for help from a associate they always give me a bad attitude as if I’m just being a disturbance to their conversations. Yesterday I went In to buy a tv and I told the girl that I wanted a tv and she just stood there staring at me and then she followed me and I was like I want this one and she was like ok. So I asked her to grab me an L cart she brought it out for me and then walked off didn’t offer any help lifting the tv she just went back to talking to her friends at the photo lab. Like thank you, next.
And not to mention working at this store was more of a nightmare then actually shopping there.

I can no longer shop at this store. I have become increasingly frustrated by the changes to the layout, additions of TV screens, and price gouging being enacted by this specific store and Wal-Mart as a company. The design is more claustrophobic and distracting to the point that the thought of entering it fills me with dread and I never leave with what I need.

I also tried doing order pick-up but the wait times are atrocious and now the advertisements on my list on the app are so plentiful that I can't see any of my usual purchases without scrolling through hundreds of sponsored advertisements. There is also no way to opt out of that and the pictures are also zoomed in so you can only see two products at a time, most of them sponsored. I just want to shop in peace but that seems to be the last thing they want as they strive to squeeze every last penny they can out of me and my family. In addition to all of this crap, I also can't find many of my usuals in this store anymore or they stop stocking an item entirely right before I do need it.

This store is an ever-changing, greedy maze that seeks to entrap you while you waste so much time trying to find what they don't even have, even when they say that they do. I do not trust this store, I do not trust their app, and I do not trust Wal-Mart as a company. They even have AI now monitoring for theft. I would never steal and have even come back to a store because I realized a cashier forgot to scan in one of my items after checking the receipt. AI is not foolproof and now I'm terrified of being accused of doing something I would never do and then being stuck with legal fees to fight off such charges. As such, I will never ever use self checkout again but what if that's not enough? I get they are hoping to stop the enormous amount of theft they've been experiencing but AI is not the way. It is largely untested, flawed, and is known for making mistakes. Going with AI will prove to be a mistake.

I used to think that I saved money shopping at Wal-Mart, but now I see that the total cost of shopping here is truly too astronomical of a price to pay. I would say everyone could shop elsewhere but Wal-Mart has done it's best to make sure all the competition drowns and dies in the hopeless cesspool of fighting a supermarket giant like Wal-Mart. Options are sparse but, where it is possible, it is time to shop somewhere else.

You do you, Wal-Mart, but I won't be shopping there again until you do better.

North Logan Walmart pickup is always so slow. I am a Spark delivery driver and it is very rare for me to wait less than 15-20 minutes to get my orders. There have been multiple times that I waited for 45 minutes for an order. The employees are always very nice, but there is no sense of urgency.

This location needs to put speeding bumps the signs do not work! Me and my child almost got hit AGAIN! This is ridiculous! Do they even care for the safety of their costumers! Are they waiting for someone to actually get hit! Walmart do something about it!

Employees are very kind & helpful. Generally speaking, the majority of Walmart prices match what shelf price states. Walmart doesn't require the consumer to download their app for a lower price, nor does Walmart require a clipped digital coupon to get a better end price. The price is the price! Thank you, Walmart, for treating your customers equally. Everyone doesn't have time to peruse pages each week of advertised deals, then clip digital coupons before heading to a grocery store to save money. I like saving money, and I will clip digital coupons, but only if it's a big savings. I usually know my prices before buying large quantities and a long list of needed items in hand, especially if time only allows for one-stop shopping. Thx Walmart for making life a little easier for the consumer.

Logan Utah store 1888. Sales associate working with the phones lied to me about items required for a phone activation and didn't offer to help or do the activation themselves. I am now out twenty dollars for a phone card that is nonrefundable and just going to collect dust. Very upset and will be taking business elsewhere in the future.

8/15 update: Very nice manager reached out and spoke with me about the incident. We came to a good resolution.

Oh so many, but the latest...we ordered groceries (we have them delivered)...they sent a notice saying they couldn't be delivered until the next day. Also we have received rotten lettuce, crushed chips, smashed bread, broken eggs...things we've ordered they say they don't have...we go to store and it's there. Horrible Horrible service...if I didn't like the prices and the fact that I do like a lot of their products...and not fighting the circus I would discontinue...this NORTH LOGAN WLMRT is a mess nd really should be shut down...very very poor management.

Online order for groceries. Supposed to arrive at between 3 and 4. At 5:30, I decide to see if they dropped off the groceries without ringing the doorbell or knocking. They did. 100 degrees outside. Walmart is fully reimbursing for the groceries.

Walmart always gets a bad reputation. But lemme tell you that as a former employee and current customer... It's actually a good company. They really do try to give you the best deals and variety. The return policy is outrageously good most of the time, and usually keep everything in the store organized and clean. If you steal or abuse the self checkout, honestly, stop being such a loser. It makes shopping for the rest of us 10x more difficult and will increase the prices and accessibility to everything.

I can’t believe I have to give it a one star to post. Warning to all that have oil changes at the North Logan service center. Do not go there. We filed a claim after our 2018 Honda CRV engine with only 40000 miles was destroyed less than 200 miles from receiving a full synthetic oil change. This was my second visit for this service so no one has touched my engine except them. We paid a certified Honda service center over and above $8000.00 dollars for the repair. They located and identified a foreign object blocking oil flow in my engine. We were denied access to the oil change video and denied our claim. They will not answer our repeated phone calls or voicemails. We have photos and videos but no one will reply after we were denied. We had just retired and are living on a limited budget but the money I thought I was saving going to Walmart cost me dearly. Andy Little Providence Ut.

Was in there tonight at about 5:30 doing a huge spark delivery order by myself and went to check out and found only 4 of the small self checkouts open with only one bag carousel thing and 3 regular checkouts open. I asked one of the regular checkout employees if I could just checkout with her real quick as the lines were big at the self checkouts and NONE of the bigger ones were open. She rudely told me, "no, your just going to have to wait." Obviously I checked out at the self checkout with one bag carousel, one huge basket overflowing with items, and items of mine all over the ground as I had nowhere to put anything.
I would highly suggest to Walmart to leave there bigger self checkout lanes open instead of closing ALL of them for people like myself with a cart overflowing with stuff! It isn't just this walmart either, but I have dealt with it almost every time I go to this particular store. Better yet, take the damn self checkouts out and replace with regular checkouts. Sincerely, a very disgruntled customer

On June 22 2024 at approximately 2:20 pm, I attempted to return some gifts that we received at a baby shower that we were not going to use. The Walmart website said that those could be returned if we presented valid photo ID. The girl who was at the counter insisted that she could not issue a return for us, and was not the most polite about it. I was really sure that she was just being lazy and didn't want to do it for us. I wish I took note of her name. My suspicions were confirmed when I went to the other Walmart up the street, and they immediately issued the return on a gift card for us without any fuss whatsoever.

Employee pushing a cart acknowledged me from 15 feet away proceeded to push his cart at me about running me over giving me no more than 6 inches between his cart and the shelf. Then walked on like nothing happened. I didn’t think this locations employees were that bad but wow this is sad. Drive to the South Walmart to avoid delinquents.

If you ever want to change your own oil don't take your vehicle here. They will torque your drain plug and strip it to where it's a nightmare to get off. They then add leak seal which is just lazy and dishonest. Drain plugs need to be hand tightened but I assume that is either too hard to train or takes a couple extra seconds?

If the self checkout cashiers spent less time loudly talking smack on their coworkers and more time working, the professionalism of this establishment would be much higher. I’m concerned with how obvious and down right rude they were talking about a coworker whom wasn’t very far away. Perhaps some sensitivity training will do the trick?

Pretty good Walmart! Helpful employees and good prices. The produce here is actually pretty good! I hope you continue to use self checkout because it's far faster for me than waiting in line for a cashier. I am always in and out with everything I need!

Edit: the pharmacy was also able to fill my prescription that was in a shortage. Excited to use their new gas pumps!

I have also noticed some new assett protection agents, whom have been nice to me so far as I walk by with my groceries.

My experience at this establishment was incredibly disappointing due to the behavior of one of their managers, Josh/John. He accused my friends of misconduct they didn't commit, then proceeded to verbally berate them without any provocation. His refusal to listen to reason and his abuse of power made the entire encounter unpleasant and deeply distressing. It's disheartening to see such behavior tolerated within the establishment, and it raises concerns about the overall atmosphere and management. I would caution others against patronizing this establishment until they address these issues and ensure that all staff members treat customers with respect and professionalism.

I have the Walmart app on my phone. I was looking for paking tape and on the app it said it was in J22. It wasn't there, But an employee was walking past and I asked him where it was and he took me to it. 5 stars to that employee but the app wasn't correct.

You know I used to give this Walmart five stars consistently it's not the employees but the process for picking up your groceries is incredibly bad. I've sitting here for 25 minutes now for order that was supposed to be ready at 1:00 it's now 5:05 when you call the only response is please be patient with running behind. I realistically could have gone into the store and pick out everything and walk back out.

I've never really had any issues here. It's a Walmart, and cleaner than many I've been to. Grocery pickup always goes smoothly, though you're better off choosing your own produce than playing the produce pickup lottery.

Didn't know if I should post this, but it's been stuck in my head for a few days, and I don't know how to do the survey thing considering it was my parents grocery pick up I was picking up and not my personal one.

Picked up groceries I think around 3-4 pm on Saturday, I think Bay 4 if I can remember right. I usually have my dogs in the car, mostly Chihuahuas who are barkers but nice dogs, and I had a few in the car as I was taking them to groomers for nails after. Normally I get out of the car to speak to the person and tell them we have dogs that may bark when we put groceries in the back, but they're nice, can't get to you and won't try to, they're just loud. I always help the associate put the groceries in the car, and to keep the dogs from barking, or if associate doesn't like dogs and whatnot. Never had a problem with any Walmarts I went to except this location.

Anyways, lady saw me try to get out but proceeded to walk too close to the car door and didn't move out of the way for me to fully get out, not even give me space (should be common sense to even move back a little if you see customer trying to get out), so I was in between the crack of the car door and the inside of the car. K, whatever, I'll just move when she starts walking to the back. Well, one of my chihuhuas in the car barked once (that my mom was holding) and the associate got scared, and jumped, even though the dog was nowhere near the associate or can even be seen, and there is no way for the dog to even get to the lady. It was also just one bark. I thought maybe it just surprised her and apologized but then she proceeded to tell me that she would have "smacked the dog" if she saw it or if it came after her, and repeated it a few times. I was shocked that she would even say something like that to me, but I just tried to be nice, still in shock. I think she tried to rationalize her response to me after, which I understand trauma, but telling me that she would have abused my dog because of a bark? She also NEVER apologized. That just left a really bad taste in my mouth. Not sure if this is the right job for her, to be going to peoples personal property, if something as small as a bark could cause them to be violent. I think she told me her name was Amelia or something similar. Maybe the employees need to be trained better, I don't know. But NEVER threaten to smack my dog when they have done absolutely nothing to you.

Had an issue, the person in the tire shop was very accommodating and fixed it.

The staff are extremely friendly. This Walmart is smaller than other Walmarts in the region though. They often don't have the items that I'm looking for due to their smaller size.

Won’t price match their own website for items sold by Walmart. I came in the evening the purchase something and ended up having to come back the next day after ordering through their app. Very annoying and silly system.

It's a Walmart. It's big. They've done some updates to it. They have a huge clothing section. It's near the University so there's always students in there and it's pretty busy.

The North Logan walmart is absolutely terrible with grocery pickup. They always put other food with the raw chicken. I would give 0 stars if possible. This time they put the lunch meat, diced ham, and our colby jack cheese with the raw chicken. We are unsure if it's safe to eat. Not sure how long they have been put together.
