Dunkin'

It's tough to say if it's a trend, but more often than not, my orders seem to have issues. While they're always happy to correct it, there are times when I'm in a rush and only notice the mistake after I've left. So, my advice: double-check your order before heading out. Aside from that, the place surpasses Starbucks, boasting a variety of delicious breakfast options and coffee-focused drinks.

Within a span of 2 days I visited 5 times to this location. In that my order got messed up 1 time. I did not complain their , noticed my order messed up only I came far from location and blaming myself not checked while getting order. During weekends it got bit busier and staffs were able to handle well. Sometimes the pos person is young person and takes some time to make it into order but the delivery team were faster. Sometimes I had to wait for them to call us though our food were waiting in the section and customer who came after our order were able to get their order and left. One spot mobile ordering and section is good for avoiding long queue for ordering section. Parking is enough for moderate crowd. There are couple of outdoor chair/table to enjoy the weather. Easily accessible complex but location of Dunkin is to go through the parking and visible from the road. But the foods are delivered fast enough.

literally spent $20 just to get less than half of my order off uber eats. literal thieves. I ordered a turkey sausage sandwich and two counts of hash browns. NONE of them were in the bag. just my coffee and a donut, yet i was charged for all of it. unbelievable.

Had a quick pick up of breakfast . Good service . Quick and efficient . Coffee could have been better . Was a bit thinned down . Bagels were good . I love their hash browns .. they have restroom facilities . Nice location and good parking spots . Overall good 👍

Sunday morning Dunkin runs are tough from 7am until 9am because of the weekly cars and coffee that is held here. But if you like car shows, it's worth it to order ahead in the Dunkin app, park, walk in and pick up your order then enjoy your coffee, food and the cars.

Please never buy donuts at this place. They sale weeks or so old donuts…i have come here 3 times thinking that they will change but they never did.I will never come here again. The donuts are not fresh at all and nasty!

Seems like any Dunkin I go to. The employees don’t know how to make coffee. Anytime I get a flavored coffee, it always tastes old coffee with no flavor. I even stir it to see if that helps. It never does. I made sure to use all my points I had, so I could remove the app. from my phone.
I am now a Wawa customer. Coffee is much better there. The employees take pride in their work.

As I was being helped by Aruna (great job) very patiently on my order which needed a bit of juggling due to allergies , this other employee named Mohammed rudely interrupted and yelled. It was disconcerting and upsetting. And it looked like the other employees were scared of him.

This location is probably one of the best ones I've been to! Super nice and helpful staff! Every once and awhile something gets mixed up on an order, but they're always really nice and quick to make corrections! The food and drinks are made consistently which is nice when I'm craving my favorites! ❤️

This was a good location a couple of months ago, but it's really gotten terrible. I came in 2 days in a row, and both days the women's restroom had no soap and looked filthy. The same piece of gum that was stuck in the trash bag the first day was there the second so I doubt it was cleaned at all. Tables are gross even when theres no customers there. Staff has become extremely rude. I'd rather skip lunch than go here.

That India manager guy was so racist, rude and unprofessional. I order the cold brew coffee with less ice but actually I got whole cup ice and I ask them if this should be less ice, that India manager guy yelling and told me this is less ice with no any apologize. I look around another customer, I think only me get extra extra ice in my coffee and I really don’t like his attitude.

This is a relatively new Dunkin Donuts. It does not have a drive through and it's usually not busy. I'm not a huge fan of the service there, but they get the job done.

I’m a Dunkin not Starbucks fan. But I have to say, some days you have skip your preference, such as this place, which is the worst Dunkin. I go here when I’m in town and EVERY single time my order is wrong. You can’t say anything to the manager, he’s rude, condescending and a very angry individual. Never going back to this place again, dirty, bad customer service and the WORST management.

I normally don’t leave reviews but the manager here was so rude. I tried to use my giftcard but he claimed it “didn’t work” even though he slammed the card into the machine backwards and quickly said “doesnt work” even though the balance was gone from my account. Then he left and the employee scanned one of my offers on app and the manager came back and said there was something wrong with the receipt?? so he made the employee scan the free offer again (and it didn’t work because it had already been used on my past receipt & limit 1 customer) and he told me I wasn’t able to use the offer at all?? He was literally yelling at the employee too the whole time who was such a sweet girl too and didn’t deserve it at all. Do not recommend

Understaffed by rude and unhappy individuals. It’s often busy at this location so I get it, but customer service is the field you’re in. Food/drink orders will come out wrong. Avoid this place like the plague. Upper management contacted but nothing but crickets.

Always great and consistent on weekday mornings! Mohamed and Mactar are super friendly and work quickly and professionally. Weekends and nights, however, are full of teenagers who either don’t know or don’t care about what they’re doing. Usually on their phones and never get a consistent product. Good Dunkin, but quality depends on what time of day you go.

Came here on Sunday around 10:30 am. It was pretty crowded. We waited in line for 10 minutes for someone to tell us that they were not taking order in person even though 2 people before us they were. So we ended up ordering from a kiosk.

My coffee was fine. My husband's coffee, on the other hand, was half full. So, I went back and asked them to fill it up. We also ordered biscuit bites. They were served cold in the middle.

He missed the order and when I ask him that you miss the order showing the Receipt
then he was so rude saying you should ask it before

Worst D&D I've ever been to EVER. How do you run out of donuts at 11am? No attendants were at the register, busy laughing and joking and taking selfies like immature kids. I'll never go here again.

Great place for donuts, but don't expect fast service. Ordered curbside to go and it was sitting in the restaurant. Another curbside customer went in and found outs together.
Clearly, they need more help.

Absolutely awful. They tried to sell me extremely watered down iced tea. The what I can assume was the manager decided to argue with me and get upset with me, saying that no it's definitely tea and we make it like that everyday. I'm sorry but if you make your tea like that everyday then you are severely screwing over your customers. While yes it was the color of tea, it tasted exactly like water. There was no sweetness at all, even when adding the liquid cane sugar. Makes me wonder if you're watering that down too.

I just walked into this establishment and was on cloud 9 as I peered into the donut display and saw how ravishingly these donuts were displayed! Never have I seen a donut display so charming in my 96 years of living. Whoever designed this display deserves a major raise!

You see everyone's talking about this jimbo/jamie/johnny guy. I think the real hero is Zach Tyson. Dude has been stepping up to the plate since day 1. I go to the car shows on sunday and this man is directing the flow of traffic in the store when it's at its busiest times! I've never seen such a hard working man!

I forgot his name maybe it was Jamie but the aisan kid helped me get all my food squared away in record time and even offered to pay for my food when my payment didn’t go through. On top of the excellent and outstanding customer service from him he opened the door for me. Truly amazing employee, will be visiting again frequently.

I had an excellent time at this fine dining establishment. All the workers were so great and I loved the employee named Jamie. He was so helpful and so nice. I have been coming to this dunkin for about 4 years now and I have never once had a issue with customer service.

I went in there today to get some coffee and donuts, the manager Jamie, was very respectful to me and my family and took our orders down the FIRST TIME. After checking out, he proceeded to make our order by himself and it came out beautifully. Thank you so much Jamie!

It’s fun on Sundays. There are collective cars parked everywhere and people come there to watch and have fun. I usually park on the other side of the road either in Walmart or the other parking to avoid waiting to take the car out.

This is probably the only Dunkin’ Donuts I know that loves its gear heads.

I attend the Cars and Coffee events as much as possible and nothing beats a hot cup of coffee and donuts during the blistering cold weather or a cool ice coffee for those muggy summer mornings.

Ample parking is available during the rest of the week (except Sundays when it’s taken over by fellow motor enthusiasts). The only DD that has fresh everything and two types ordering stations within the establishment (that I know of at least).

No sense of urgency or care for others time . Other reviews are accurate and I didn’t read until now . So I’ll just say if you want a slow rough start to your morning go to this location. Ellie (blond hair ) was really the ONLY working/attentive person. The other 4-5 really don’t care .

Only been to this Dunkin on Sunday’s 7-9am when the coffee and cars @Dulles is going on. I am impressed with how they handle the influx of people. I never have to wait long for a hot coffee and a donut.

They put the store at the mercy of bunch of school kids. No sense of keeping the accuracy of the order. On top, non stop arguments. Please provide some minimum required behind the counter qualified coverage to the customers. Asked for small coffee with I cream and regular sugar. Came with 1 cream and 1 sugar. When i asked for correcting the order, they said the sugar is out there, go ahead and out this by your self.
This store always gave me challenges, every time I visit here

Awful service. Five people in line. One person on register AND six other employees putzing around trying to look busy. No one would help out the line. I get waiting when there’s no staff but six and only one cashier. Wake up management.

Good in the mornings but horrible after 6pm. They close their latte machines at like 5:45pm ish which is ridiculous as you order from the app and get there and they are always saying sorry and giving a refund. Twice I have ordered at 6:05 to get a refund. Very disappointing as you do it thinking it's a one time deal but it's not. You are better off going to the Starbucks down the road, at least the serve their drinks all day.

If only there was an option to give them negative points! The worst customer service I have ever seen. They have hired bunch of teenagers who think it is their God given right to yell at the customers and threaten to call the cops.
Management should really pay attention to who they hire and how the employees behave with the customers.
I will be reporting this store to the Better Business Bureau.

Waited 30m for curbside pick up, it was the morning so I was trying to give them time to fulfill the order. Went inside and my order was just sitting alone on the counter now cold. I bet it had been there for the last 25m. Medium coffee was also only filled 3/4 of the way. So don’t pay for a medium because you’ll get a small, and curbside pickup is completely ignored so don’t bother.

Visited this location twice. Both times the trash bin outside was overflowing with the top removed, additional trash on the ground. Went inside and the place looked like a mess. The order point was really dirty and nobody came to ask me for my order for a solid 2-3 minutes of me standing there trying to make eye contact with an employee. A person who I could only assume was the manager (the only one who looked older then 21) was just peeking their head out of the backroom every now and then making eye contact with me but refusing to come and take my order. To top it all off, of course, both times my orders were made incorrectly (missing ingredients on the drinks). Not sure who runs this store but it is the only Dunkin that I've seen in this terrible of a state. Other Dunkin's in the close by areas are just fine and the service is good.

I visited for the first time, but it's not nice. The back of the counter is very dirty. There is dirt on the bread boxes. There are garbage on the floors. It is not a daily thing behind the counter. If you pay attention, there is a clear cleaning problem where the dust remained a month or two ago.
