Spencers

The customer service here was absolutely awful and disrespectful. I accidentally was going to purchase an item that was 21+ that wasn’t labeled that as an 18 year old which I do take responsibility for but the cashier’s reaction was completely uncalled for. I set it on the counter and all I get is a “NO I don’t think so” in the rudest tone that isn’t appropriate for customer service and I get a look of pure disgust. I understand that at a place like Spencer’s they probably get a lot of teens knowingly trying to get stuff they shouldn’t and I understand that part but his reaction was completely inappropriate. All I needed was a simple explanation or a simple I’m sorry I can’t do that. I will never shop here again.

Absolutely amazing. Got my favorite backpack here and the sales person was so sweet and gave me a discount on the backpack that matched the pricing on Spencer’s website. Such a fun and goofy shop and the sales people went above and beyond for me. Spencer’s at Dulles mall is amazing

Just left the store had a handful of items and was going to pick up more when the woman decided it would be a good idea to make a beeline passed all of the Caucasian families and start harassing me and my Black Family. She was a short blonde. I put all my items back and walked out. Lost a sale today and forever from me and mine.

It was around 7:00 p.m. I don't know the lady's name but I know that my wife and daughter and I were having a private conversation we had just walked into the store when she rushed over to us interjected herself into our conversation which had absolutely nothing to do with her
We had just walked in and she was very aggressive and insisted that we needed help with something this tactic is taught to retail employees by loss prevention when they think someone is stealing.

Honestly would rate it a 10/10 if I could. Except my experience with one of the butt plug vibrators it was the zebra print with pink stripes on it. Didn't come with batteries in the packaging. I wish Alex would've told me...it's fine I guess. It did the job so I am not complaining :D

Great selection of funny t shirts and reasonably priced. Google navigation takes you into an alley near Sears. You walk into that entrance, go into Sears, then take a left to go inside the main mall and then Spencers is located on the level above. Was a little hard to find at first.

This is the ideal place if you are looking for a gift. They have everything from t-shirts, mugs, board games, decorations, erotic toys, etc. Many things to choose from. This place is worth seeing and even if you dont need anything, you will surely buy something you like.
