The fact there is a TSC in Douglas is half the rating. The other half was the friendly and helpful staff.

I shredded two wheel bearings on my loaded utility trailer at 7pm 60 miles south of Douglas on I-25 Friday evening. I managed to nurse the whole thing to Douglas for the night. As I was sitting on my motel bed, I was looking for parts in town, and not coming up with much. My buddy said to hit up TSC and I didn't even realize there was one in town. This morning (Saturday) I hit up tractor supply and took account of what their inventory said on the site, and it was correct. Bought a bunch of tools and parts, got my trailer back operational. The manager (I assume that's who he was) even came out to check on me, told me they had extra tools kicking around if I needed anything.

Overall, this is the second time a TSC has saved my trip, but this one was much more of an ordeal, and I have nothing but good things to say about the Douglas TSC.

Not too bad but I had to go find a person to help me... The item I wanted was locked up. They need to hire some prettier girls in there for eye candy lol. Process are competitive with the stores in Casper.

Bought a Carlisle trailer tire from them for $230. Staff was nice but later found out the EXACT same tire sold for $105 everywhere else. Dont know how they could justify a 210% mark up from everyone else's retail price but whatever I guess.

Bought a $1200 Grand Teton Pellet Stove here. It worked for less than a month. Unit has a fatal software flaw and doesn't work at all. We have had a cold winter down to -65°. These stoves should have been recalled. Also bought two small electric Mr. Heaters. Only one of those works now. Thanks for trying to kill us this winter and for Zero customer support. Sub par Chinese products and zero customer support . What's not to love? BUYER BEWARE OF TRACTOR SUPPLY.

I visit a lot of Tractor Supply stores throughout the US, because I absolutely love how their employees are very perfessional, polite, and curtious. I also love that they are very friendly to my Border Collie "Baby". I am in WY running frack sand in a tractor trailer, 1,000 miles from home. The gal knew exactly what I needed to flush my little girl's eyes out (Baby), because she has allergies to the sand and grasslands up here. It was like walking into my Vet's office back home. I will remember this store and it's employees.

Thank You to you all at this store location for all of your hospitality and professionalism. You all are the "BEST OF THE BEST",

In September I pulled into Tractor Supply and it was nearly closing time. I was driving my uncle's winnebago to Montana and it did not have a tire iron and I had a flat tire. No tire stores were open in town. I bought a tire iron from TS and it didn't fit. I went back in and exchanged it for another. Did not fit. I went back in and it was closing time. The lady at the register and another employee helped me find a socket and a wrench that they thought would work. They said they would wait to make sure it worked before closing. I can't say enough about how much that helped me out, I'm truly grateful. 🙏

Iam disassified with you not stocking the helley Hansen or hhworkwear mandel series raingear color( yellow) and I have been with that line for 22 years now and that has and also their other lines as well the fit feel is best what might help in sales is offer the yellow,orange, army green, and they came out with a white processor Mandel like 5 yrs ago and (I have tried your blue mountain brand and carhartt) and they don't hold up like the helley Hansen raingear and there other clothes and as a semi driver and diesel mechanic that travels I depend on the stores shelves for me to pick up I don't like what the managers are telling me

I really like tractor supply they usually have what I need, if they don't have it you pay for it, order yourself or the sales person can order it & have it sent directly to you or you can pick it up at the store. It's a very friendly place to shop, tractor supply is a good investment for Douglas

Went in with a simple question , then was yelled at by the manager ,she also yelled at the cashier . Very rude service , left and went to Bomgaars and got exactly what we needed for work and service was friendly. Will never stop at this location again.

We've supported this store since you opened and bought numerous items from you not to mention pellets about once a week for the last 4 winters. We were in tonite again and my husband complained about not getting help Loading 8 bags of pellets. We have never been offered any help, any time ever and my wife has had breast cancer for the last year and STILL works two jobs. I can't believe you have three employees who a stood there and watched us load this in a snowstorm, and when I complained, all they had to say was no that's not right. Really??? We will go to the feed store and hardware hanks from now on, even tho they are more expensive, they are WAY more helpful. You might want to hire some.people who actually care about their job and how to give customer service. This comes from two people who work with the public. And word of mouth will not be your best friend.
