Friendly counter staff and great coffee! I don’t normally prefer Starbucks anymore but this time it was fantastic!

Guys seriously they have new spicy flafel pocket...so good...my favorite was impossible sandwich..but spicy flafel gona be my favorite..must try

Every time I go to our local Starbucks, the staff is friendly, and my favorite drink is made to perfect. Favorite coffee shop!

Traveling through. So happy to see a Starbucks. Super busy but patiently waited. The lady never mentioned they were out of caramel syrup and chose to add something else. They made the drinks of the people behind us. Leaving one of our 3 drinks unmade. Requested my money back and left the store. Would not recommend!!

I rarely go to Starbucks and will never return to the Douglas WY one

Number one - your Starbucks employees should not be chewing gum while working. Talk about disgusting as barista was chewing very loudly and non-stop with her mouth open. 🤮🤮

Number two - ordered a grande iced pecan crunch oat milk cold foam latte. Cold foam on my drink was from foam sitting in a blender for who knows how long as it wasn’t frothy and definitely NOT dairy free. I ended up very sick because i have a dairy intolerance.

Number Three - $7.00 for a grande coffee that I had to throw 1/2 away because i immediately got sick. 😡😡

The lady Hannah was extremely rude and proceeded to throw the cup on the ground and then continued to use that same cup to make my drink. Yuck. The other lady that was with her named Susan was also extremely rude.👎

Very nice ladies that work there! I accidentally ordered a drink cold instead of hot, i came back in and they fixed me up a new one with no issues! lovely people and the service was great.

Chelsea is seriously awesome, her energy every single time we go it’s just charming and when she’s there it’s the best service! She definitely deserves a raise or bonus! When I walk-in to Safeway and I see her it just makes me want to buy Starbucks! He costumer service is spectacular!! Best in Douglas Id say!

Went to get a coffee at 8:15am and place was empty, no one there. Waited a while, with other people. Finally asked Safeway staff and was told "she's on break, it will be 10-15min" taking breaks at 8:15?! Strange way to run a coffee shop....
